- Lisa (5/5): We made the best of what we had. - Location was great. Bed linens were clean. 20 minutes walk to all major areas. The overall condition of the property was ok. Several things cosmetically could have been better, i.e. tripping hazard(loose strapping going to kitchen, carpeting was dirty, bathroom heater needed cleaning, more information provided to renters such as garbage disposal & we can’t forget the door handles to the bedrooms were not closing properly, so much so, a member of our group got locked in their room & we had to wait for someone to come get her out. Pictures provided on booking were deceiving & I don’t feel the price reflected met what we rented.

- Sílvia (7/5): Bé però es podria millorar, tenint en compte que el preu no és barat. - L'apartament està molt ben ubicat, és cèntric i té fàcil accés a transport públic. Té espai i molta claror. No m'ha agradat els llargs passadissos i portes, algun tram amb mala olor, fins a arribar a la porta de l'apartament. L'apartament és per a 6 persones en 3 habitacions, però no hi ha 6 cadires a la zona del menjador, només 4. La taula és una mica petita per a 6 persones i només hi ha 1 lavabo, insuficient per a 6 persones. Els estris de cuina tampoc són per a 6 persones: olles petites, només 1 paella que s'hauria de renovar, faltaven plats, etc. Els primers dies no teníem cafetera, ni penjadors als armaris, ni estovalles ni draps de cuina, però després de demanar-ho ens va arribar. La neteja també pot millorar. Ens vam queixar perquè no havien retirat la roba bruta de llit i bany dels qui havien ocupat l'apartament abans, però no van venir a retirar les dues bosses grans de roba bruta i les vam tenir dins l'apartament tots els 7 dies.

- Christina (10/5): Exceptional - Loved everything! The rooms, the locations and how easy it was to find!
- Eetu (10/5): Guinness - First of all, the location was super good, all kinds of stores, restaurants and most importantly the pubs, hehe. The appartment was super clean and cozy. I personally like the most about the own personal bedrooms for everyone. The house got a little cold a some point, but putting the heaters high and some hot air blowers on, we got the appartment on a nice temperature. Only minus that i could think about was that there was no info about where we can empty our thrashbags that got full almost everyday

- Suzi (7/5): Disappointing and underwhelming - It was reasonably large with a spacious lounge kitchen area One small bathroom for a three bedroom apartment for 6 people is not enough The complex stunk, of urine and garbage not pleasant at all The check-in procedure is terrible, very hard and trying to find the apartment was very hard, it was like a maze

- Joseph (9/5): Superb - The property itself was lovely and in a great location to explore Dublin Less than 24 hours prior to our arranged check in time we were informed that we would be required to provide a €300 security deposit. If we had been told this at the outset we might have chosen somewhere else as I am very uneasy about providing such a significant sum without clear terms for return however it was far too late for this with flights already arranged and the property itself (non-refundable) already paid for. As it happens the property manager returned the deposit in its entirety however this doesn’t entirely make up for the slightly underhand way it was obtained in my opinion
- Maria (10/5): Perfect Family accomodation - Just as described beautiful and comfortable, good location, well communicated by public transport and by foot, we only took once the luas due to raining and shops and restaurants nearby. Great local pub with live music every day just 50 metre away. Waking distance of O’Connell street, trinity, the Gail, Guinness, basically everything you would want to visit in Dublin We missed a mop and bucket to clean the bathroom and kitchen floors.
