- Steve (1/5): - Unfortunately, my booking was cancelled by the owner on the day of my arrival due to a “technical hitch on the website” a message was sent through the Booking.com website in the small hours of the morning, so I had no chance to see it due to the six hour car drive from Nha Trang. No one at the property was informed so I was told that I did not have a booking. Eventually, a representative did arrive. She was pleasant enough but could offer me no solutions or help other than an apartment that was too small for my family and was for one night only. They were kind enough to offer me “a free cancellation “of this booking. Of course, if I had not turned up, I would’ve been charged the full amount of the stay as per the conditions. There has been no follow-up or acknowledgement of this completely inadequate treatment. The first day of my stay in Ho Chi Minh was wasted searching for an alternative accommodation. I do not recommend this property.
