• Freya (6/5): Pleasant - The rooms were clean, tidy and comfortable, a convenient location to get around, and provided with the essentials listed, other than wifi. The balcony was a great plus to look across the water in the evening and to be able to cool the place down. The Wi-Fi on the property did not work for our entire stay which was a big inconvenience for trying to plan how to get around and be able to just relax, and the boiler was leaking all over the appliances in the kitchen flooding the kitchen side and onto the floor so we had to use all the towels and cups to mop up the water continuously (appliances were moved once we discovered it) the pictures shown are from a video right when we discovered the boiler leaking and it ultimately got worse but no other pictures were taken.
• Michael (7/5): Good for a night stay if going to O2 arena - It was nice to sit out on the balcony and see some of the skyline. TV comes with Netflix, YouTube etc Good one night stay if you are going to a concert at the O2 arena. Apartment could do with a touch up, but nothing too bad.
• Elias (3/5): we won't book this flat in the future - It was very old , the bathroom had mould on the ceiling and the light did not work. The heating was very noisy and its on the flight path of the airport. The curtains in the bedrooms did not block out the sun light

• I.cibuku (10/5): Perfect Stay – Great Location and Excellent Service! - I had a wonderful stay at this 2-bedroom house! The location was great, making it easy to get around. The house was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was very responsive, answering my messages quickly and ensuring I had a smooth experience. I truly felt at home and would highly recommend this place. I would definitely stay here again!
• Marina (1/5): Ruim - The house does not match the photos on Booking.com. The bathroom heaters were not working. The technician went there, but still did not resolve the issue. I only stayed there for one day and asked them to refund my money and left. I have all the conversations with the owner and still they did not refund my money and I did not stay there.
• Steve (3/5): Poor very poor indeed - Not a lot really Right where do I start 🤔 1/ hot water was crap to have a hot bath or shower Was to say the least not happening unless you got a saucepan and transfer the boiling hot water from the sink in to the bath 2/ needs a good makeover as the walls needs painting and the bathroom ceiling is covered in mold above the none working shower 3/ only 3 knives so u had to take turns eating and there was no tea towels And other small things didn't think it was worth the 1300 POUNDS IT FEET LIKE A BUTLINS Shalley Was very disappointed to say the least
• John (3/5): Poor - The location and the viee. It took us 10 minutes to get into the flat as the keys did not work properly. The TV did not eork and was fixed after we had been in the flat.2 days. There was only one glass and 2 knifes in the kitchen. For a 2 bed flat this is not acceotable.
• Thompson (10/5): Exceptional - The property was very clean and spacious, the owners were at the end of the phone straight away when needed to ask a few questions. Lovely destination with amazing views.
• Renesha (3/5): Fasley advertised. - The location and terrace view The property was OUTDATED. Doors sqeeking, broken wardrobe, unclean bedding, damp in the bathroom, no central heating instructions for an outdated boiled. There was also the broken intercom to answer the door when needed. Which meant I had to go downstairs on numerous occasions. There was no communications between property and myself. I sent messages, text and received no response. There was no clear bins for the property to dispose of. So politely placed the rubbish in one area of the kitchen. House was extremely COLD. Wore my jacket to BED. Extremely bad value for what was charged.
• Tayla (7/5): Private enterance, quiet area, local to greenwhich, Isle of Dogs, Stratford. I had a wonderful stay. Would definitely st - I love the fact it’s next to the water and you over look some parts of Canary Wharf. Specially at night when you stand on the balcony with the little lights on. I didn’t like how small the kitchen was and how the fridge is behind the door. Many things were chipped, paintwork chipped, furniture in all rooms needs upgrading or repaired.
• Barry (3/5): Disappointing apartment is run down and nothing like the photographs. - No hot water boiler turned off on arrival. No communication what to do. Kitchen cupboards sticky to touch. Light fitting in bedroom ceiling bare wires exposed. Lamp in lounge broken and just hanging. Bedroom door handle broken away from door. Only 3 wine glasses. Bathroom ceiling was hanging above shower and mouldy. Which had just been sprayed with stain block.

• Jacqui (4/5): Good location but property falls short of expectations. - It was easy to deal with the owner of the property and it was in a good location. The property was also spacious. It wasn't very clean and smelt bad. The wooden floors were very sticky and the bathroom roof has damage. The photos of the bedrooms online did not reflect the actual rooms themselves. I have included actual pics of the bedrooms below.

• Karen (4/5): Disappointing - Okay location for the 02, 20 min taxi drive The flat is very tired and not quite like the photos. The beds were so uncomfortable we may as well have been sleeping on the mattress springs. When we arrived the flat was unbelievably hot, we opened up all of the windows . I emailed the landlord but didn’t get a response.
• Natalie (8/5): Very good - Great location for attending an event by the O2 for a 1 night stay and excellent value in comparison to other accommodation in the area. Good space for two couples.

• Kimberley (10/5): Perfectly comfortable stay with amazing views - Beautiful views ! Very specious , especially the livingroom and large balcony . The bedrooms are both of a very reasonable size unlike sometimes in apartments one bedroom is obviously different in size ! The host id so kind and polite ! Everything was so comfortable and amazing !
