• Alicia Mercedes (5/5): NO LO RECOMIENDO POR LA UBICACIÓN - El Apartamento, el baño amplio. La ubicación esta en el límite del final de Milano, para poder movernos teniamos que caminar 1.5km para el bus que pasa cadad 30 minutos y de ahí tomar el tren para el centro de la ciudad, nada práctico, salvo que quieras moverte en coche y taxi; está ubicado en una zona industrial, en medio de la nada, no es un lugar inseguro, pero oscuro y solitario. Encontramos sucio el horno de la cocina, el edredon sucio (encontré un pelo), se habian dejado toallas sucias en uno de los cajones del baño, no había TV, no había WiFi, las toallas horribles.

• Simona (1/5): Uno schifo. - Posizione comoda per il nostro posto lavorativo. Siamo già stati in questa struttura tre volte per motivi di lavoro: la posizione è comoda e per questo avevamo deciso di tornarci. Tuttavia, l’esperienza è stata ogni volta insoddisfacente e ad oggi non possiamo che dire di essere molto delusi. Il proprietario non si è mai dimostrato disponibile: per qualsiasi dubbio o richiesta,(se rispondeva) rispondeva solo il giorno successivo, rendendo impossibile risolvere i problemi nell’immediato. In un’occasione il lavandino del bagno perdeva acqua e ci siamo dovuti arrangiare per non allagare il locale. Lo scarico del wc è difettoso e ad ogni utilizzo l’acqua finisce più sul pavimento che all’interno. La pulizia lascia molto a desiderare, soprattutto per quanto riguarda piatti e pentole della cucina. Inoltre, il rubinetto del lavandino perde costantemente. Anche il set di asciugamani non è mai stato completo: mancava sempre quello del bidet, che in Italia dovrebbe essere fornito di norma. Per quanto riguarda il comfort, a luglio, con un caldo insopportabile, il condizionatore non funzionava, rendendo il soggiorno estremamente disagevole. A peggiorare la situazione, i fornelli a induzione funzionavano solo in parte: due erano inutilizzabili e, dopo una giornata di lavoro e viaggio, ci siamo trovati impossibilitati a cucinare. La scarsa manutenzione, la poca attenzione alla pulizia e la totale mancanza di disponibilità del proprietario, rendono questa struttura davvero poco consigliabile.

• Pranab (5/5): A good apartment but bad location - The apartment was spacious, washroom really big. There was elevator and check in instructions really good. The location. Totally isolated from the city, surrounded by factories, not a residentil area. No means of availing public transport and absolutely no shops within 3 km. We had to skip dinner one night bcos no eggs, vegetables anything was available. No eateries nearby.
• Hanna (3/5): Poor - A fairly large and spacious room with all the essentials. The public transport stop and a Lidl are relatively close by. I even recommended the place to some friends, but after our first night at the hotel, they changed their minds about booking it. The hotel rules clearly state: no parties and quiet hours after 10:00 PM. Unfortunately, it is not mentioned anywhere that the entire building does not belong to the hotel, and that people live permanently in the other parts of the building – people to whom these rules do not apply. Our long-awaited vacation, which was also a birthday gift to me, was ruined. After an overnight journey, we spent the whole day walking around the city until 4:00 PM. We checked into the hotel in the evening, completely exhausted and just wanting to sleep. However, after 10:00 PM, someone started playing very loud music, and around ten people began singing karaoke. Our polite request to reduce the volume and respect the quiet hours ended in a conflict, a physical altercation, and eventually the police had to be called. Due to the stress, I lost consciousness. Unfortunately, the hotel has no reception or staff on-site to handle such situations. I contacted the manager asking how to resolve the issue, as I initially believed the noisy guests were also staying at the hotel. However, I received a reply only the next morning – after everything had already happened. Sadly, our much-anticipated vacation was ruined, and all our plans to explore the city and visit other places were destroyed.

• Lyle (5/5): Passable - Reasonably clean. Helpful explanation for access by the host. The induction stove and oven proved useful. The location. It's badly connected, no metro, no marketplace, no restaurants nearby. It's dark and deserted at night. The WiFi didn't work for two days; some lights weren't working, using the shower takes very long; a lot of water is wasted because the hot water takes a long time to come. There's no kettle, no microwave, no dishwasher. There's a tiny percolator for coffee, but no useful instructions.
• Nóra (8/5): Good value for money, recommend to arrive by car - Good value for money, staff is very kind and helpful and available immediately if you have a question. Bed and linen, towels are nice and comfy. Very spacious, and well equipped. Shops nearby also a big shopping center. Apartment house was silent and calm. Had a good time there. Also easy and comfortable to self check in. Cleanliness should improve a little bit but overall it was ok. Also smoking rules should be stricter. Recommend to arrive by car because the location is a bit far from the city center, but public transport is also near, you can easily get to town by leaving your car in a PR parking. it’s a developing area
• Vitaly (3/5): Poor - Almost nothing, except it was clean and easy to check in and out instructions. Almost everything. To start with it was advertised as having a sofa bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. In reality both sofas were in the bedroom. We were two male guests and our business trip was ruined because of that. Shower cabin doors not closing tight, sink stuffed the water which didn't go through, shower head holder broken, shower mixer tap broken. Kitchen stove two out of four points not working. Heating working on its own device, going hot like crazy at times then going full stop. Window shades not working. TV no input signal. A/C not working. Disaster.

• Пламен (8/5): Very good - Staff is friendly and helpful,the apartment was great value for the prize and it was easy and comfortable to self-check in and out. Loud neighbors and the streets around the location are really dark and creepy at night which is disturbing in these high crime areas.
• Eyal (7/5): basic apartment but far from everything - it was big but basic the location is very far from anything. at the end of a street in the middle of an industrial area. uber /taxi from anywhere is around 30-45 euro. no meat subway or bus. there are no bed sheets or covers. the sofa is a pull out but the extra pillow was torn.

The location was very bad; the neighborhood very dangerous, not close to any touristic location (more than 10km away actually); the public transportation to there is very poor and consequently the uber to that location very expensive, they don’t want to drive there at night.

• Saša (6/5): great apartment, terrible location. - it was very comfortable and modern, and we really enjoyed ur stay. the apartment itself had no problems, but definitely watch the video on how to get inside! the location. it took us a very long time to get to the apartment, as it is almost completely out of town. i recommend you book this apartment only if you have a car, especially because the summer heat will make you regret getting out in the first place.
