• Джурова (3/5): - Упътването за достигане до локацията и намиране на ключа не бяха точни и бяха объркващи, без никакви снимка за уточнение. На телефонът за контакт 20 мин. никой не отговаряше. Диванът, на който трябва да спи третият човек, е счупен. Спалното бельо беше старо.

• Alexandra Kuyum (7/5): Добра локация, но с компромиси - Много удобен апартамент – запазих го, тъй като се намира близо до офиса, което е идеално за командировки. Спокоен и добре оборудван. Препоръчвам го за служебни пътувания и краткосрочен престой. Апартаментът има нужда от подобрение. Вратата на душ кабината не се движи и изглежда нестабилна – може да падне всеки момент, което е опасно. При влизане се усещаше неприятна миризма, а в банята зад пералнята бяха оставени плочки. Като цяло апартаментът се нуждае от освежаване и повече внимание към детайлите.

• Abu (8/5): - Bardzo czyste mieszkanie. Super lokalizacja - centrum miasta i lotnisko. Klimatyzacja w sypialni. Warto przewidzieć w przypadku wynajęcia mieszkania dla 3 osób dodatkową pościel i ręcznik :)

• dani (6/5): Convinient, but needs a bit of love - Very convinient location if you have business in the area. The studio is well designed, and although it says a studio, the rooms were smartly separated. There's every amedity a person might need for a long stay. Wifi is good. Coffee and coffee machine inside were good. Take this with a pinch of salt, as I have very high standards. The apartment needs a bit of love. The door handle in the bathroom needs fixing, the bedroom curtains behind the shelfs need to be fixated, the shelf under the TV is sagging, the bed frame needs to be fixed, the AC needs to be cleaned. All pretty minor stuff, fixable within 4 hours, but it made me a negative impression. No light switch in the bedroom. You have to walk to the kitchen to turn on or off the lights in the bedroom. A bit inconvenient. Check in instructions could be written better. They said "yellow box with a lock", which confused me, since the post boxes are also boxes and also have locks. Google maps location leads to the entrance on the neighboring block. It left me frustrated as my smooth brain needed 30 min to actually get in the apartment.

• Stefan (9/5): Very good option if you don't expect a five-star-hotel experience. - Very convenient location for my needs. Equipped with everything I needed and more. There is a clothing iron, hairdrier and whatnot. Kitchen is fully functional. The couch was so comfortable that one night I fell asleep there. A very convenient little grocer downstairs. The building outside the apartment felt... unfinished. The street is unpaved. The parking spot was unavailable for me and not usable anyway because it is underground and that's forbidden for LPG-equipped cars like mine. Parking spaces are available on the street but not guaranteed

• Nikolay (7/5): Good - The check-in was easy and the location is very convenient Some parts of the apartment could really benefit from some maintenance/cleaning: the upholstery of the sofa, the bathroom door locking by itself, etc.

• Dinko (9/5): good place for short trips - the key box was not that easy to be located but once we called the host we received clear directions. everything else was good. small size but clean and very convenient .
• Silvia (10/5): Exceptional - Nice, clean and big, with some coffee, tea, etc.. The building is quite dirty and sloppy, but once you get into the studio you forget it and enjoy a comfortable stay
