• Antanas (10/5): Fantastic accommodation for an Amsterdam trip! - Frank was one of the best hosts we've had - proactive, informative, responsive, kind and understanding! Very clear and easy communication. Great location - 15 minutes by tram from Central Station. Quiet and peaceful residential area. Comfortable and cosy room that includes a mini fridge as well as a spacious private bathroom. Everything was very clean.
• Jacqueline (9/5): Sauber warm freundlich - Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, der uns sogar zwei Stunden eher aufgenommen hat. Kaffeemaschine funktioniert und auch Dusche und WLan. Jederzeit wieder.

• Ezio (8/5): - The owner/host (Frank) was warm and very welcoming. Proximity to tram 26 (a few minutes walk) which took less than 15 minutes to get to downtown Central train station. Shower water pressure could have been better but was adequate. Window was left open since there’s no a/c (not really needed in April) but noise from neighbouring homes could be heard until after midnight.
• Tsz (9/5): Cozy place and friendly owner - The place was very welcoming and the larger bedroom came with a massive bathroom, it felt more like living in a home rather than a hotel. Frank also gave us a lot of complimentary food and items such as the 2-legged plugs which we really needed. He also provided us information regarding transportation. The beds were slightly smaller than expected but it was manageable.

The whole B&B is made with natural materials and furnished with taste without compromising comfort or functionality. Frank is the best host and the room was perfectly clean. You should stay here, dont let the distance from the centre discourage you, the nearby tram 26 takes you in the city within 15 mins or so Nothing to say, everything was 10/10

Everything is well taken care of, the rooms are cosy and the bathrooms are spacious. The owners are welcoming and helpful. You should also visit their website for extra tips.

• Deborah (10/5): This is a beautiful, large and comfortable room that has been beautifully designed and decorated. We loved everything a - What a beautiful and comfortable room! The owner Frank put a lot of thought and care into the design of the room, including very comfortable beds and chairs, a huge gorgeous ornate mirror, a stylish bathroom with a nice shower, and good coffee! We also appreciated having access to a microwave and washer/dryer in an adjacent utility room. Frank was so kind to make room for our rental bikes in his garage and even gave us maps and suggestions for rides in the area. The location on Steigereiland was very convenient in that the tram to the Central Station (where all connections can be made) is only a 5 minute walk from the house, and there is a good Turkish deli/market on the corner, and an absolutely delicious nice restaurant very nearby. A larger market and other stores are only one stop away. We liked everything!

Неймовірно гарні мозаїки з кахлів на підвіконнях і у ванній. Кавоварка, кава, чай, міні-бар. Гарний і особливо оформлений будинок на тихій вулиці з красивими житловими будинками, поруч трамвайна зупинка, 13 хвилин трамваєм до центру Амстердама. Дуже привітні господарі, Франк підказав нам також недорогу підземну парковку поблизу.

• Sarah (9/5): Lovely and quiet B&B stay - The room was spacious with a large private bathroom. The coffee maker and hot water kettle were a nice touch. The host was thoughtful by providing reading materials and snacks. The B&B was about 450m from the tram line and about 15 minutes to the central station. This is the perfect location if you're looking for a quiet residential stay with easy access to the city center. The restaurant at the end of the street was lovely. There is a beautiful park in the neighborhood I recommend visiting.
• Bogdan (10/5): We felt like we had everything we could possibly need, and for everything else we could always ask. - Our host Frank was such a delightful human, every interaction made us feel welcome and at peace. I will absolutely come back and hopefully book here again. Our room was impeccable and the bathroom was really nice and clean. We've had enough of everything we could possibly need. As a person that usually prefers the least amount of contact possible, I was surprisingly happy with the warm welcome and general communication. Whatever advice we could possibly need, Frank (our host) was there to advise us and we were really happy with suggestions. I would recommend to anyone to stay here if they prefer more chill parts of the city and a comfort of a room that actually feels like home (vs. a hotel room).

We enjoyed the location as it was very easy to get a tram to centraal, we are usually people who walk everywhere but the tram was no issue :) The water in the shower didn’t get very hot but this might just be a one-off thing!

Clean facilities, and the owner Frank was very informative and helpful. Nothing….but it is located about 15 minutes outside the city center. A tram stop is very close by, and very easy to get into central Amsterdam.

Beautiful walking trails, close to transportation, 12 mins to the center of Amsterdam. The host was very helpful and accommodating. The room was large, newly remodeled with lots of closet space, and the bathroom was very large. We loved it all.

House is not very far from the center with convenient tram connection. Neighborhood is very quite, clean and modern. Excellent choice for those who want to have some rest after a long day in the city.

• Martina (10/5): Exceptional - The neighbourhood is very peaceful, safe, outside the centre but easily accessible at all hours by tram or bike. The room is clean, very cozy and beds are amazing. We had everything we needed (towels, shampoo, laundry detergent,..) Also, the family was so friendly and helpful and nice to chat with. We really loved the view from the apartment, the street looks like a shot from a movie. There is a little coffee machine in the room so we made coffee every morning. You will have to go to the city for breakfast or bring something you can put in the mini fridge to eat (yogurt etc.).

Te place is really quiet and pacefull, is very near from the tram 26, which comes directly from Amsterdam centraal. Very recomended place!

A very nice and cosy room (not for 'love birds' :-)) in a residential area, very close to the center of Amsterdam. Tram 26 will take you in a few stops to the Central Station. The place has a very nice bathroom section. It's all at a good price/value ratio, especially comparing to the extremely high prices you pay for poor rooms in the center of town. And a very accommodating host

• Johannes (10/5): We really enjoyed staying here, can only recommend :) - The location of the BnB is fantastic; on the outskirts of Amsterdam. There it is quite remote and peaceful next to the sea while you still have a great connection to Amsterdam Cetraal via the tram (it's aprox. a 20min direct ride). The owners were very nice and you could tell that they really cared about you having a pleasant stay. The room itself was great aswell. It was nicely (dutch) themed, very clean and had everything you needed. All in all, a great stay with really nothing to complaint about. :)
