• Petark. (4/5): Mit paar Veränderungen könnte es eine 8/10 werden so nur 4/10 - Die Lage Leider sehr schmutzig. Der Laminatboden war beim Gehen sehr laut. Die Eingangstür hat sich sehr unsicher angefühlt, da sich das Schloss und der Griff so angefühlt haben, als würden sie fast abfallen. Außerdem waren Glasscheiben in der Tür und man konnte oben hineinschauen. Im Großen und Ganzen hat es sich unsicher und unangenehm angefühlt, dort zu übernachten. Ein neues Schloss, bessere Reinigung und vielleicht ein neuer Laminatboden, dann wäre es sicher eine 8/10.

• Heiko (3/5): Katastrophal - Die Lage, die Größe. Die Bettwäsche war schmutzig, hatte sogar Blutspuren dran. Ein Bettlaken hatte ein Loch. Das Doppelbett gegen die Straße hinaus im Zimmer drei hatte eine schlechte Matratze. Sie hatte eine Delle, wie eine Badewanne. Wenn man am Rand lag kullerte man zur Mitte. Es gab keine Wischtücher in der Küche, die Geschirrspülmaschine war voll mit Geschirr, das wohl gewaschen, aber noch schmutzig war. Wir haben alles von Hand nochmals abgewaschen. Und mussten uns bei unserer Tochter Wischtücher besorgen. Die Waschmaschine funktionierte nicht und es gab nicht mal einen Föhn! Im Zimmer zwei fehlte eine Fensterscheibe, eine zweite war gesprungen. Auch gab es weder einen Esstisch noch Stühle. Und das ganze für einen wirklich überwiesenen Preis! Wir sind sehr unzufrieden und würden niemals mehr dort hingehen und diese Wohnung niemandem empfehlen! Wir haben darüber mit unseren Freunden in Berlin gesprochen.

• Jessica (7/5): Top Zimmer mit Stil - Die Zimmer sind wirklich sehr schön hergerichtet. Lage ist super. Direkt an der Straße, für 2 Zimmer etwas laut. Es war wirklich dreckig im Bad. Jede Couch hatte große Flecken. Das kann man auf jedenfall reinigen. Die Ausstattung für eine Nacht hat gereicht. Für mehrere Tage bezweifel ich das
• Matjaz (10/5): Excellent apartment, conveniently located walking distance to the metro - The apartment is situated on ground floor and does not seem to be adjacent to any other apartments (there is an entrance hall to the inner building courtyard on one side, not sure for the other, front/back looks on the inner courtyard and the street). It was very quiet, we could sleep out. The three bedrooms are well separated and allow a lot of privacy. There are good options to get a snack or buy something to drink in the vicinity. The apartment is a 15-min walking distance to the nearest metro station and walking distance to the popular night clubs in the area. The communication with the host was excellent. The apartment does not have a proper living room, we hanged in one of the bedrooms when we were not outside on sightseeing or enjoying Berlin otherwise (which was most of the time anyway). The kitchen is very small and has no table - not suitable for having meals inside (which we also didn't plan anyway). The check out time at 11.00 is excellent. Only 1 roll of toilet paper was provided, we had to restock,
• Géraldine (7/5): - Les chambres et les lits étaient très spacieux. Chaque personne avait de l'intimité. L'appartement est confortable, bien situé. Il n'y a pas de table où nous pouvons nous asseoir pour déjeuner. Les toilettes ne sont pas séparés de la salle de bain. Nous avons essayé d'appeler pour des renseignements à plusieurs reprises et nous n'avons pas eu de réponse, ni par message.

• Anna (8/5): bell'appartamento, comodo per 6 persone - stanze spaziose e letti molto comodi. La cucina in proporzione alle dimensioni dell'appartamento era un pò piccola.
• Fabio (5/5): Neither good or bad! - The location was what we really aimed for, and even though the place was properly cleaned, we would have expected to find more toiletries. We would have expected a better support when we reached out with questions and reported issues. The host was unable to provide clear information about parking both times we had questions about it and ignored our report about the heating system which resulted in the place to be too cold on the first day. Moreover, a friend got sick and used two towels for two towels to clean up and the host tried to charge us for it (like they couldn't wash the vomit off the towels!)
