• Mark (7/5): - The large balcony When we left the hotel, the reception turned off the electricity to the room. When we came home in the evening, it was 36 degrees in the room and there were hot drinks in the fridge.

• Usevalad (3/5): Не советую этот отель для проживания.Кругом полно похожих отелей где персонал более чист на руку. - Стандартный номер без окна.Окна в мини вьетнамских отелях есть только в дорогих номерах.Но эти окна всегда будут выходить на шумную улицу с обилием выхлопных газов.Решайте сами что для вас лучше. При заселении не дали сдачу,как будто 12000 донг это ни о чем.А на эти деньги можно купить большую бутылки воды или более полкило мандарин на рынке.Считаю такое поведение недопустимым!

• Rohan (2/5): - It had very good location and the room did not look bad in anyway The bed was very uncomfortable and the curtains would let in light so it was hard to get a proper night sleep. I booked for two nights and only stayed one one time when I went down to ask the staff a question for something and he went to get the cleaning lady to help me she was in the middle of cleaning or washing something in the toilet on the first floor and had wet hands. She just ripped them on her clothes. I said I did not want help unless you wash your hands since this is very gross. The staff thoughtiy was funny and laughed about it, and she did not wash her hands after I tried to bring up the complaint. They just told me it was OK and thought it was very funny that I was grossed out. If this is how the cleaning staff behaves on a regular basis, I cannot imagine how they would keep up cleanness in the room.

• Ziy (10/5): - The location is at the heart of the city. The price was very good for the quality. The place is very quiet and well maintained. The staff was friendly and they can speak English at least the front-disk. Nothing.

• Jeanny (7/5): Au centre pour petit budget - Idéalement placé dans le centre. Au cœur et à proximité de tout. Personnel sympa. J’aime que les serviette et bouteille d’eau soient fournis tous les jours. Ils avaient upgrader ma chambre mais j’ai demandé à changer car trop bruyant et sale. La suite exécutive (101) ultra bruyante. J’ai demandé à changer de chambre. Le ménage laisse à désirer. Il y a des endroits qui clairement ne sont pas nettoyé. Il y avait des traces de gouttes rouge (vin peut être) sur plusieurs équipements (téléphone, lampes etc)

• christine (10/5): Lovely 5th Floor Twin Room - We had a 5th flr twin room with small enclosed balcony. It was a lovely room and perfect for us. Friendly staff, great location, quiet, and even has a bath tub!! I would highly recommend this room.

Achtung: die günstigen Zimmer sind sehr klein und haben Fenster zur Hausmauer der Stattpreis ist im Bereich der Fantasie angesiedelt. der reduzierte Preis hat zwar gepasst, aber es gibt bessere Hotels zum selben Preis.

Нам это было не критично, но кому то может быть важно. Есть лифт. Персонал отзывчивый, на все просьбы откликается сразу. Воду давали каждый день и полотенца меняли ежедневно. В принципе ванна конечно требует ремонта. Один раз утром обнаружил в ванной маленьких муравьев. Очень напрягся, но похоже их протравили и и следующие ночи муравьи больше не появлялись. На улицах достаточно шумно ночью, но это старый квартал и там это почти везде.

• Isabelle (5/5): Hotel vieillot, il y a beaucoup mieux à Hanoi pour un prix similaire - l'emplacement très central. Nous avons averti l'établissement que notre vol avait du retard et ils nous ont demandé d'annuler notre reservation car nous ne pouvions pas indiquer notre heure d'arrivée . Cela a généré un gros stress à notre arrivée à Hanoi. Quand nous sommes arrivés (en ayant prévenu que nous avions atterri à 21h), la chambre était sale, sol avec des cheveux, des moutons et la poubelle de la sdb n'était pas vidée. Le réceptionniste était très désagréable, seule une jeune femme a été souriante et s'est excusée de l'état de la chambre. Le personnel de réception (hommes) sont très désagréables, pas souriants, ne parle pas anglais, l'établissement est vieillot, nous avions une chambre avec deux lits, durs, très durs et la chambre très petite, l'espace entre la porte et le lit proche de cette dernière fait à peine 20 cm. Un miracle que nous ne nous soyons pas cassé un orteil ou le tibia. Le lendemain, le sol n'était pas plus propre !!!! Les lits n'ont pas été faits, juste des bouteilles d'eau ... Le réfrigérateur de la chambre sentait le moisi, inutilisable. Bref, il est exceptionnel que je laisse un commentaire négatif, mais je ne comprends toujours pas la bonne note attribué à cet établissement.

It’s exactly where you want to be while exploring Hanoi old quarter with lots of tours available for outer attractions.they also upgraded us which was really nice as it was our first stop in Vietnam. It was really let down by how dirty it was. We did ask the staff during our stay to clean some things but when we got back, they’d still missed lots of things so made us feel a bit icky. The communication I think didn’t get across but the room did what we needed it to. Sleep and shower.
• KKC (8/5): Great location - The hotel is located in the old town, close to different tourism spots. Different famous Pho shops nearby only 5 mins walk. If you join local tours, the tour guide will pick you up at hotel lobby. Noise and there are some ants inside the rooms. The AC only located in bedroom, and there is not sufficient ventilation in living room. The room located at 5F with no lift access.

There was no cover sheet in bed and the blanket stank, don’t think had been washed in a while. Water leaked in the ceiling also did not help, good thing when we noticed it we do not sleep there.
