• Paula (10/5): Amazing location and views to the beach and Surfers. - Gaining the access key to the apartment required going to another address to pick them up. Delivery of keys to same location on end of stay was also necessary and inconvenient.

• Emma (9/5): Superb - Great location and balcony room. Great that there was plates/cutlery etc. The fan in bathroom was disgusting. The staff at actual hotel reception unhelpful. We couldn't get into the pool on second day after already being in there the day before. Spoke to security about neighbour blaring music still at 2.30am.... Both times they said sorry can't help u. Ended up banging on their door and nearly had a confrontation because they were so intoxicated. Please leave spare bin bags next time. Im happy to empty the bin as requested but spare bin bags would be handy..

• Glenn (5/5): Due to the key collection policy, and general cleanliness of the room, I would not stay here again or recommend it. Ther - Hotel was in a good location and was from what I understand a reasonable price for the time of year. Had to collect room keys quite some distance from the hotel from a third party as the service desk did deal with the issue of keys. There was would in the bathroom tiles, stains on the carpet, no shampoo in the dispenser and the only usable power point beside the bed was in a very difficult spot to reach under the bedside table. There was also no room service during my stay.

• Jessie (7/5): Great location. Great apartment. Had some shortfalls but we enjoyed ourselves. - Great location. Great access to the beach, city and public transport. Microwave was super helpful. Comfortable beds. It’s directly above an open air night club Fri, Sat and Sun. No soap in the shower. Not much toilet paper. Tv didn’t work but then was fixed. One sachet of Dishwashing liquid for a week was open and empty. Balcony railing was loose and wobbly. Door for.to balcony was hard to open.
• Lyn (7/5): Hotel is in a great location, comfortable and neat room, and perfect for the Gold Coast Marathon - The location of the property, close your the beach, tram, bars and restaurants was great The location of the room within the hotel was not good due to being next to an open air night club

• Jane (8/5): Great location, comfortable room ,had a lot of fun on goldcoast - Hotel had a great view and room was comfortable, but a little grubby ,but we love it anyway Had mix up with keys ,but was attended to very quickly
• Julie (8/5): Very good - Room was spacious, shampoo, body wash and conditioner provided in large pump bottles, beds were very comfortable. Lots of noise from street outside, however that is to be expected on surfers paradise.
• Jing (6/5): Overall it is an okay staying if take the peak Aseason into the considerations. - Location Cleanness and hygiene are the mainly concerns. The room smell mouldy. The lobby floor and lifts are often sticky. Television didn’t work.
• Wayne (10/5): Beautiful scenery. It’s loud but we loved watching the nightlife. - Close to shops, nightlife, restaurants and bars Balcony railing was loose, bathroom extractor fan didn’t work making it very hot. Tv and wifi didn’t work

• Mr (8/5): Very good - Amazing view and good facilities The beds creak a lot and despite stating that the beds are double beds they felt slightly smaller, especially if there’s two people sharing it.

• Domg (10/5): Great place for a short stay! - Nice big and clean hotel room in the centre of Surfers, easy to walk everywhere, minute to the beach. The instructions to pick up the keys could have been a bit clearer, however host answered phone straight away and explained easily.
• William (10/5): Great location and customer support. - Fantastic location. Apartment has great views. Right in the heart of Surfers. The corridors are in desperate need of an update.
