• Chiara (10/5): Fantastic - It was so affordable , heating was on POINT!!! . The home is honestly so beautiful I will be booking again . The host was so kind. And quite area . Only think I would say is not enough toilet roll
• Markovic (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment is a decent size, but it is quite cold, especially the living room and one of the bedrooms! Also, it's amazing that the water taps don't work in the large bathroom, so it's impossible to use the shower, because the water is boiling hot! For such an expensive and "luxurious" apartment, you should invest in faucets, because it's not very expensive! Also, the hygiene should be a little better, the oven was dirty and felt in the living room! The beds are comfortable, but there are no extra sheets that could be used!

• Jakub (4/5): Nice appartment that desperately needs more maintenance and cleaning - The appartment was nice at first. The living room was huge and great place to meet with others. Public transport to the city center was fine (bus stop right in front of the building and underground nearby). Most of window handles were broken and windows could not be properly closed (in December)! The property owner is not native and it is difficult to talk to. He promised to reach out to maintenance and we never heard back from him ever after. The appartment was not clean at all, seems like it’s heavily used for parties. The lift can only take you from the groundfloor to the 3rd floor, then you have to take stairs to the 4th floor (works ok when going down), this information was missing in instructions. There were leftovers in the fridge. Visible dust in every room. Stains on the carpets. We’ve killed couple of moths. Most of the furnite was damaged (cabinets, chairs, etc.). There was not enough heating (probably only in bathrooms) and it takes days to heat the entire flat. Cheap toilet paper.
• Dana (8/5): Really great short stay for us! - The apartment is very nice, comfortable and cozy. We found there anything we needed and spent excellent evenings, as long as we were visiting London during the day. We especially liked the carpet from the bedroom, so soft and warm, the livingroom and kitchen area so well equipped and organised. The location is great, quiet neighbourhood, right next to a nice park. It was very easy for us to get transportation to the city center. Bathrooms felt a little cold at times and there would have been useful some minimal furniture on the balcony. Also, it would be good to specify better which apartments have espresso machine or toaster, as long as they are present in the description and we did not have them. A check of the shower water taps in the bathroom with no windows could be done. And a ventilation system for that specific bathroom would be extremely useful if possible.
• Laiba (10/5): Exceptional - This property was so accommodating! They had everything available that anyone would need. Hairdryers, irons, hangers, all kitchen equipment and utensils, many towels and much more. Couldn’t be more happier with my stay here. The only downside is the lift but it’s just a minor thing as it takes a few seconds for it to respond but it’s genuinely not that bad!
• Claudia (10/5): Beautiful flat with many glass window, comfortable beds and nice living room area. - Instructions where clear. The key box was empty - didn't have a key. There was a mix up with flat numbers and the problem was solved in a short period of time.
• Joe (7/5): Nice modern apartment but the facilities need improved and cleaned better. - Very modern, clean, nicely laid out apartment. One of the lights in the bathroom constantly flashed on and off so had to disconnect it, the shower knob for the temperature was almost seized and extremely hard to turn, only had around 2 rolls of toilet paper provided and for 2 of the 4 days we had no hot water.

• Camille (10/5): Convenient Relaxing Enjoyable. - Two full bathrooms. Style of the windows & doors with the privacy screens. Kitchen with room to cook & entertain together. The natural Lighting of the apartment. Most convenient for transportation as buses to travel to any destination. Uber response was also timely when needed for travel. Cable viewing was without cost & able to view Netflix & CNN News. Easy access to grocery & food store.
• Liza (9/5): Superb - Modern penthouse, bright and well appointed, right by beautiful Acton park. Well connected by buses and train. Good restaurants and a grocery shop are very close by. There were a few maintenance issues, but the owner was very quick to arrange repairs.

• Najwa (9/5): Highly recommended flat. - -We were a family of 6 persons spent 8 nights totally. -We got the key from a box in the bicycle storage with password -The flat was in the 4th floor, capacious as in the pictures with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, modern style, shiny with large windows and surrounding balcony. -It was clean and completely furnished with provided washing machine, dish washer, iron, tools for cooking and washing, towels, shampoo, soap, bed sheets, covers and pillows -Free WiFi. -lt was quiet area infront of actop park with nearby small shop, bus stops and stations. -The owner was very kind and responding to any question. -Before arrival, the owner informed us about the problem in the elevator as it was ascending to the 3rd floor and continue by stairs except if somebody requested it from the 4th floor (the elevator door opened directly to the flat) and it would take time to be fixed unfortuantely after our stay. Otherwise, it was pleasant to stay in this flat.

• Basak (10/5): Gorgeous flat. - The flat is brand new. The bed was so comfortable and linens were so clean and fresh. Kitchen is very well equipped and has all amenities you may need. Living area with big screen TV is perfect. I stayed one night but really enjoyed it. Definitely will stay again. Highly recommend it.
