• Henry (1/5): Atrocious - Apart from the beds, which were laid out nicely, the rest of the apartment was atrocious. The entire apartment had a funny smell. The sofa was dirty, the blinds were not working, and the Wi-Fi was not strong enough for the entire unit. There are a lot more that need to be desired. Nett Nett do not stay in this property ever. All of the above. :(

• Lois (8/5): Location was great with supermarket and bottle shop just across the road. - It was very easy to collect the property keys on arrival. Our host gave us all the information we needed to enjoy our stay, keeping it relevant to what we needed to know. The location was great for us, the beds were very comfortable and the room was well appointed. There was a coffee shop literally next door who made great coffee and amazing toasties! I'm not sure how it could be improved, but the fact that we were 6 women, we wanted all of the rooms to have twin beds. This meant that in the master bedroom there was minimal room between the bed and the bathroom. If you had a queen bed in there, it would have worked much better. It was our choice and didn't really present any problems for us.

• Jameson (9/5): Superb - The location was excellent and a short walk into the CBD, and various tram stations, and an easy walk into the free tram zone. Apartment was as advertised, and reasonably comfortable, well furnished, and very clean. Staff were great and communication was good. Check-in was relatively hassle free. Heating in the bathrooms was welcome! Would recommend for a convenient location to be based at on a trip to Melbourne and nearby. Only minor things that aren't a big deal, blinds were old and finicky, the lock was a bit annoying sometimes to ensure it is locked but just something to get used to so not a big deal. There was some strange high pitched ringing noises but I believe it was the building itself and the noise was not the fault of this apartment as far as we could tell. It only happened occasionally but not sure what causes it, and they didn't last long enough to disrupt anything. Sorry, don't have any more info about that.

• Karen (6/5): happy with the size, not happy with the attitude - Location wise, it's good. The whole building has been revamped, so it looks quite decent and clean from the outside. The unit has everything you need, from washing machine to kitchen utensils. Every room comes with a window, so ventilation is good. For a clean freak like me, Master toilet is very clean. Master bedroom can fit a kingsize AND a foldable single bed, so that's a plus point considering many other places only have sofa beds for the 7th guest. The price is definitely on the reasonable side considering the number of bedrooms and toilets. every room comes with *EITHER* 2 single beds *OR* 1 king bed, it's not like what it's mentioned in its description where every room has 2 single beds *AND* 1 king bed. Staff / customer service was unfriendly when i tried to clarify the bed configuration with them. Overall the way they reply you are just unfriendly. Wifi was poor in the rooms. Sofa and pillow have stains. Since the whole unit is carpeted, it would have been more hygienic if one-time slippers are provided.

• Lewis (10/5): Exceptional - We didn’t stay in the apartment long as we arrived late and had a festival in the morning but was a comfy stay When we booked it said 1 king and 2 singles per bedroom but when we got inside it was different, main room had king and single, second had 2 singles and third had a king so we had to re arrange sleeping but it worked out in the end

With 5 girls on the trip it was excellent to have 2 bathrooms! Having a full sized fridge freezer was also handy and the open plan communal area was great for socialising The only tiny negative was the door to the buildings carpark closes quickly and was a bit annoying when trying to get through it with luggage - but it really is a minor gripe

• Erin (7/5): Southbank family staycation - The size of the apartment was better than most, and having two bathrooms was very helpful! It was secure and kids loved the pool facility. Parking space was a bonus for sure. The wifi was poor, we couldn't use it at all. There was a large amount of plates but no oven trays... We had to pay extra for the foldaway bed when we arrived. This wasnt explained to us by the host at any point prior to our arrival, so it was lucky we had cash on us. We were told this is something stipulated by booking.com but it would have been better service had the host specified in their otherwise very detailed instructions.

• Charlene (9/5): I really enjoyed staying here and will definitely be back! thank you for being such a lovely host - spacious and many rooms, beds were very comfortable, kitchen was well furnished and the view was great! house was really cozy a bit far from the free tram stop but it is within walking distance & hence not an issue
• Nam (1/5): Bad experience, not happy - just the location we rented an accommodation for holidays and felt like we had to do all the cleanings afterwards even the apartments already has cleaners to clean after we left? we are aware this is not a hotel and there is no one to clean daily, however, to clean everything after we stayed for 3 days and keep it as “Clean” and “Tidy” like original??? The carpet is smelly too fyi. Only 1 room has air conditioner and the rest has none. The apartment is also a bit out of dated( Not as clean as described). Highly not recommended.
