• Emma (7/5): Clean, comfortable apartment. Great location. - The location was perfect as we were there to watch the footy at Marvel and explore Melbourne. Shopping centre and cafes all within 5-10 minute walk. The room itself was clean, comfortable and pleasant - just as the photos show. Secure undercover parking included in the price was great. It’s a lovely apartment with a great view of the stadium which my son loved. The balcony doors didn’t lock which would be a concern for young children. Finding the place and the check- in process was confusing but I can see how it seems easy once you’re familiar with the area. They send you an email with an instructions video to watch but it would help if the video was sent earlier- not the day before check in as emails can be overlooked when you’re busy the day before. The apartment parking is difficult to find at first with unclear signage. Also it’s advertised as rooftop pool but the pool is on the 4th floor. Also advertised as all streaming services such as Netflix - but you have to add your own Netflix account. Perhaps a little misleading. YouTube was buffering the whole 5 nights- we couldn’t get more than a minute into watching anything and it would freeze. A clothes airer would also have been useful, but we made do.

• Mutlaq (4/5): Had not paid in advance for my entire stay, I’d have checked out the next day. - Proximity to trams and CBD Noises from train station and the street down below. The building had a unbearable horrible stench. One bed looked like an elephant had been sleeping on it for a year. Shower drainage grill was rusty.

• Teagan (3/5): Great location and facilities, but cleanliness, missing amenities, and poor follow-up made the stay disappointing. - The location was excellent, close to the tram. The pool was lovely, and the secure parking was very convenient. The balcony was dirty on arrival. Several advertised amenities were missing, including a toaster and games. The TV speakers didn’t work properly, dishes and utensils were dirty with very limited cutlery, and there was visible dust under the couch. We also had to clean the clothes-drying rack to even use it, there were no pool towels provided lucky we had an extra bath towel, and the balcony door handle was broken off and couldn’t lock the balcony the whole stay. Management organised for cleaners to come to clean the balcony, but there wasn’t any follow up to have things address.
• Cassandra (8/5): Great location and value - Exactly as described. Comfortable, clean, so close to Marvel Stadium we could just about reach it from our balcony. They even had salt, pepper, coffee and some basic toiletries. Would recommend and definitely stay again. The cost for late check-out was a little steep and some info on how to find the pool/gym works have been helpful so we didn't have to message but those were minor complaints.
• Penyta (3/5): Stay somewhere else - The showers were strong. Checking in was extremely difficult. After finding the right car park there was no further instruction about finding the location of the unit. In the parking video supplied it also says park in 1010 but it's 10E10, and when I rang to check with staff they were really unhelpful and gave me the wrong information. I was extremely flustered and almost in tears and they were no help at all! The beds were so uncomfortable. The couches had rips in them. It says tea and coffee station available but no milk was supplied. The water temperature in the kitchen felt way too hot and was a risk to my child. I felt unsafe as there are no deadlocks it would've been easy for someone to enter the room. I would seriously not recommend staying here.

This video could really use some upgrading. - the property needs some maintenance.

There was still glad bake on a tray from a previous stay so it wasn’t clean. The dryer did not work. It was broken and it smelt really strong bleach when we walked in.

• Laura (6/5): You can’t find a better location to Marvel but wasn’t impressed with too much else. - You cannot beat the location. The parking is location within the Marvel Stadium and it’s across a pathway to gate 7. Ideal! The beds were comfortable too. It wasn’t clean. The sliding door to the balcony didn’t lock (super unsafe when travelling with kids, like we were). We requested a cot which was delivered (to downstairs) at 8:30pm, 1 hour after our babies bed time. Also without linen. Access wasn’t super straightforward. I didn’t agree with the additional personal information requested after booking either, as well as a “damage fee” or large bond which is released after 14 days.

Picking up keys should have been explained better as the ezy mart was difficult to find and parking explained better. Thanks to the guy at ezy mart for directions for the parking
• Kate (9/5): Close to Southern Cross Station - The apartment was lovely, in a beautiful building. A great size with good-sized bedrooms and bathroom. It's a short walk from Southern Cross Station. Not particularly noisy, considering it next to the railway and Marvel station. There was a game on at Marvel one night, but we only heard a faint cheering. It's needs some TLC, looking tired in places. Odd things were broken, so we advised the company who said they would address them. The tram stop outside didn't really help, so we walked to Southern Cross to catch the trams. A bigger selection of teas would be good, there was only peppermint or herbal available. Buy some milk before you arrive as none is supplied.

• Duffy (8/5): Smelly unclean apartment in a great location - The location I didn’t find it to be very clean and there was a really bad smell that I later discovered was the washing machine. There was a lot of broken things in the apartment like the balcony door and the curtains to that door. The ensuite bathroom door wouldn’t latch and considering you ask for either $400 refundable damage deposit or $64.20 non refundable deposit I think quite frankly isn’t being spent on the property and you guys are just taking the piss. There was no basic cleaning supplies like dish washing liquid or tablets for the dish washer and then you ask us to clean up after our selves how am I suppose to do that.

• Sachin (3/5): They need to upgrade/ repair the stuffs mentioned above. Car park video link should be prompted clearly and make it - Was nothing as compared to as on advertisement. 1. Washing M/C doesn’t operate as its door doesn’t shut at all. 2. Dish washing turns ON, dish doesn’t get washed. The m/c kept running and didn’t stop at all. Had to manual wash afterwards. 3. Drain in bathroom seems clogged. Had myself shower and water didn’t drain at all. I had my feet on dirty water. Didn’t used after the first use. 4. More importantly, had a trouble in way to carpark. The video link provided didn’t match at all to find its way to carpark. I had to call the provided number several times and parked my vehicle in Marvel Stadium Carpark, as I didn’t have option left. TOOK AN HOUR to park my car after receiving the keys from EZYMART. Disappointed for the whole hour and in the meantime, I was looking for hotel to check in. I would strongly suggest the owner to go through the video link to get into car park. The prompts were incomplete, confusing and upsetting. 5. WEAK Internet connection for someone paying for the night.
• Alice (8/5): Lovely stay, the kids loved the pool and loved staying in a quieter part of the city but walking distance to the shops. - Great location! Cozy and clean apartment. A few minor things such as not enough toilet paper for 4 people and very noisy clothes dryer.
• Natasha (1/5): Filthy - Location Disgustingly dirty, bought disinfectant wipes & cleaning products and cleaned before we were comfortable enough to use the apartment. Very disappointing, the floors were disgusting, crumbs on dining chairs, dust everywhere vacuum cleaner broken, no toaster, fridge & washing machine filthy & detergent drawer broken, empty soap powder boxes just left on top, balcony filthy with spills, dust & rubbish, sliding door handle broken, blinds missing (no privacy) wardrobes crammed with cots. Rug is putrid. Bed with ensuite very hard & uncomfortable, toilets, showers, sinks & bench tops all filthy with built up scum in showers and toilet seats were absolutely disgusting. We considered returning home it was so bad and If we were able to afford alternate accommodation we would have. The pool & the proximity were great, however the state of the apartment put a big damper on our family getaway.

Overall the room was nice and functional. Very quiet as well. The room was slightly older than depicted in the images and could have been cleaner. However, it was fully functional overall. No regrets about staying.

Pool was nice but cold wind at height on fourth floor Some maintenance lacking. Was advised of door being damaged before arrival, but also had a blind missing facing the city. Bathroom grout needs a good scrub. Washing machine and mattresses desperately need leveled and replaced
• Loretta (9/5): Loved it and will book again. - Great spot, very close to everything. I love staying in Docklands area there is so much there. Some great places to eat. The room was quiet even without shutting both the sliding doors there was no traffic noise at all. Beds were comfortable. Parking included and the pool area was great. The only thing was picking up the key. I was lucky that I could drop the kids off to go and get it while I did a lap around the block. Might be a bit harder if you were on your own. There is a few parking spots on the other side of the road if you come in that way.

The shower leaked out of the door soaking the bath mat. Not a fan of the frosted glass door on one of the bedrooms.

We will book again and so will other members of my family. People cooking in their own apartments nearby, it was overpowering in the hallway. Needed deeper clean in bathrooms

With no parking to pick up keys from EZY Mart (near gate 7 @ Marvel) the parking was a mission to find. Car park is located under Peppers motel which you access across the road on Digital Drv. Once checked in noticed the apartment wasn’t very clean. Showers had mold. Fans don’t work in bathroom. Back of 2 seater couch is dirty, rug is dirty and stained, oven looked liked it hadn’t been wiped down. Washing machine disgusting. Outdoor area was not clean. As far as comfort, beds are not comfortable at all. Communication with the property was good.

• Leanne (9/5): MARVELous stay - The location is amazing. Easy stroll to trams. Exit the lobby to Marvel stadium ticketing gates and Easymart. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure we had a lovely stay. Great facilities: Parking, rooftop pool (surprisingly warm for mid winter), and gym. We sat on the balcony and watched the roof close on Marvel stadium from a birds eye perspective. Great internet and a selection of streaming platforms. Generous amount of tea/coffee/shampoo etc and very comfortable beds. 100% love to stay here again! Can't really fault it!

• Danielle (9/5): Fabulous location, beautiful apartment & balcony was great - The apartment was wonderful & beautifully furnished. Beds very comfortable. Ammenities were great, coffee machine was a bonus. Getting the keys from the EziMart was difficult as there was no parking nearby & also construction works were going on. I had to drop my 14 yo son off to collect the keys. Getting to the car park was difficult but thankfully we could get to apartment via lift from car park. No complimentary milk to use with coffee machine or kettle.

• Anthonyb (8/5): A neat near-CBD stay - The apartment was in a good location that was convenient to the Docklands area and only a short walk to the CBD. The hosts provided a video that showed how to easily obtain the key and the parking. The hosts were very responsive to problems that we encountered. The second bedroom had a glass-in-lay door to provide natural light as there was no window in the room. The carparking was a challenge to find in the first instance. Others might not like the noise from the trains (this didn't worry us).

No broom/Vacumm provided to be able to clean mess off the floors when needed. No sugar packets provided either. And a slight issue that was raised personally with the property manager that was handled professionally.
