• Miguel (7/5): No está mal pero mejorable - La casa muy bonita, aunque tenía algunos defectos el baño en general no está mal para estar unos días, la cama es baja ami me gustó pero tal vez haya gente que no le guste. La ubicación daba un poco de miedo, dado que por si el Uber que nos llevaba y camareros o gente de allí decían que ese barrio era un poco conflictivo y no daba buen rollo, aunque he de decir que no pasó nada ninguno de los días, el espejo estaba sucio que es lo principal de la cama y habitación en sí, el baño tenía unos defectos en el techo y tal, la cisterna no tragaba bien.
• Jabepeal (8/5): - La ubicación, a 15 minutos del Coliseo y a 2 minutos de la Estación del metro. Tienes redtaurantes y cafés muy cerca. La entrada al edificio, olía a desagüe porque el desagüe estaba abierto. Con el ascensor tienes que tener especial cuidado por que te puedes quedar atorado (nos pasó una vez) y un día se malogró

• Gianluca (8/5): - Zona centrale e tranquilla, posizione molto comoda alla metro A. Appartamento spazioso e confortevole, host gentile e premuroso, eccellente comunicazione. Tutto ok, solo qualche dettaglio qua e la, un po di muffa in bagno, ferro da stiro e asciugacapelli con spina tedesca ma le prese comode erano italiane, apro l'armadio a muro per cercare una coperta in più e trovo le precedenti lenzuola usate ammucchiate in un angolo.

• Jean-Luc (8/5): Quelques jours à Rome - Très bon emplacement, près de la gare et d'une station de métro. Quartier calme. Commerces et restaurants à proximité. Quartiers historiques faciles d'accès, soit à pied pour la Rome antique, ou en transports en commun pour les quartiers historiques (fontaine de Trevi, Panthéon) et le Vatican. L'appartement est spacieux et plutôt agréable. L'appartement nécessite un rafraîchissement et quelques compléments d'ustensiles dans la cuisine.

• Iuliia (7/5): - Очень удобное расположение возле вокзала и недалеко от станции метро. Позволило очень экономить время на перемещениях. Так же за 30 минут пешком можно было добраться до некоторых достопримечательностей. В целом обстановка в апартаментах была довольно удобной. Была в наличии посуда, кофемашина, чайник, кухонные принадлежности, кровать большая и довольно удобная. Апартаменты просторные. Мы жили в апартаментах два раза за нашу поездку, в первый раз мы пришли и не нашли ключ в ящике, пока мы пытались выяснить в чем дело, в апартаменты поднялись уборщицы, нам пришлось ждать пока они закончат уборку и только после этого мы смогли получить ключ. При этом мы пришли позже чем было обозначено заселение и позже чем написали в букинге. Хозяин сказал что это форсмажор, так как предыдущий жилец не оставил ключ в ящике, что звучало не очень безопасно. Во второй раз квартира была готова, ключ был на месте, но мы нашли грязное белье в одном из шкафов. В целом именно к уборке было больше всего вопросов. На разных поверхностях было довольно много пыли. Такое ощущение, что при уборке максимум перестилали кровать и немного пылесосили пол. Кофемашина работала странно, иногда наливала много кофе, иногда совсем глоток. Душ только верхний, нельзя снять лейку. Нет подсолнечного масла, перца, шампуня и геля для душа. На кухне муравьи, нельзя ничего оставить на кухне открытого.

• Marieke (8/5): Very good - It is a cozy apartment and the host was very helpful. Just a small point: We came in winter and the floor was quite cold. It took a while for it to heat up with the AC.

The ladder to nowhere was just taking up space. The bed was on the floor, so if you have mobility issues this would be a factor The coffee maker had no pods or instructions There is only one large coffee mug which is old & has a large chip Noise from outside & someone hammering & using power tools all hours This property is more like a Bachelor Pad & is more suitable for a single person, rather than a couple.

Not only was the place a little home away from home, but Davide the host was absolutely fantastic in his service, which really topped off our holiday. The apartment has everything you need and is close to transport links. Would have no reservation in staying here again.

• Elena (10/5): Wonderful stay! - The apartment is very spacious and luminous, a central but calm and quiet location, last floor. Metro, buses, grocery stores and many restaurants are in close proximity, and you can even get to the heart of the city on foot in ~30 minutes and have a nice walk!

• Amyjoy (8/5): It was a good value for our money and nice to have the whole studio apartment for ourselves - The size of the room and the amenities like a private kitchen and washing machine. The bed was very comfortable The water pressure in the toilet didn’t consistently flush the contents. Had to use a bucket. And fifth floor meant lots of stairs or a slow elevator ride. Also the location was a 10-15 minute walk to most places. Like termini or colloseum etc.
• Kenneth (10/5): Great place - The apartment is clean and within walking distance of everything. The host was there to answer any and every question I had. If you are looking for a nice private apartment with everything you need than this is your place. Bed is low to the ground and has a wooden post around it so it’s a bit difficult to get in and out of.
• Michelle (6/5): Not what I expected - The host Davide is excellent. Always available and very helpful. Some lovely touches on arrival such as coffee, biscuits, toiletries, and cold drinks. The host has left his netflix account available for guests. The location is quiet. There is a small convenience shop opposite to buy water daily. It is approximately 2000 steps to the coliseum. The room is in need of maintenance, decoration, and a deep clean. The photos make it look well maintained, however, it is not. The paintwork is flaking in multiple areas, the bathroom is grubby around the shower area and floor and the kitchen is incomplete, such as no tray in the microwave, rendering it useless. The steps to the upper area are in the way of the bedside walkway, and a foldable set of steps would make it accessible to all.

• Andrus (7/5): Good - There were a tv with internet. There is a grocery shop near. And Colosseum in 18 mins. It's a terrible neighborhood. There are a lot of homeless people here. At every step we met suspicious people. The footage is much smaller than we thought. I would remove the ladder, since it doesn't lead anywhere now. You can't walk to other attractions on foot.

• Alexia (10/5): The apartment was very pleasant, centrally located, and overall good value for money. - The apartment was fully equipped and very spacious. The bathroom was fully renovated. The apartment is also very close to the metro station, 3 minutes on foot. Davide, the host, was always very responsive to any queries we might have had. Everything was great.

The host is always in contact should you have any questions. The apartment has everything you need, we loved the design very much.

The - The flat is clean, there is everything what you need for staying some day, its good for anyone. The location is very good. Davide is very nice, he was very helpfull! I miss some carpet, because the floor is very cold. And i think there is need a new bed matress, because there is a hole on centre of that :)
