• SIHGUANG (7/5): 因為以前去日本沒住過透天4層樓的，算是新的體驗，或許改善電梯速度及異味之後，會減少住宿者的負擔。短期內應該不會選擇住透天的旅館。 - 距離地鐵站很近，附近有LIFE超市、藥妝店及兩家便利店，購物方便，設備算新，有電梯搬運行李上樓省力不少。 1樓屋內有兩支鋼梁要小心碰撞。雖有電梯但運作很慢，而且有異味，所以大部分時間選擇爬樓梯，如果原住家不是透天的，爬起來負擔有點重。打掃不是很乾淨，平均每天要處理一隻以上的蟲，每次都是女兒發現有驚嚇的感覺。冰箱上面有前一住客遺留的餐具。桑拿製冰機運作很大聲，而且製冰完成脫模的時候會有很大聲響，誤以為東西墜落，老婆在睡覺時都下樓查看好幾次。臨馬路邊隔音不是很好。2樓水壓不足，洗澡時覺得水特別小。備品不足，住四天要自己去買，廁所衛生紙好像是再生紙，因為台灣的衛生用品沒有在使用再生紙的，所以不是很習慣！
• Lena (9/5): Perfect property for a family of 5 affording enough privacy. It was clean and well maintained. - Check in was easy. Code to property was given ahead of time. Property was very clean and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable, pillows soft and adequate. Perfect for a big family. It was especially nice to have two separate floors for the bedrooms as it afforded privacy. We were not able to use the sauna as the weather was not really conducive for it. The washing machine was a big plus as we could do our laundry anytime. Location wise, access to nearby station was perfect, about a 4 minute walk from the property. it was also so convenient to have a konbini, pharmacy and a big supermarket next door. However, to get to main attractions and shopping areas, you have to travel by train to do so. Generally, its in a quiet location, not too touristy. Some good restaurants nearby but we found it more convenient to buy from the nearby supermarket and cook. Would consider staying here again because it is big enough for our family. Amenities were limited considering the price of the property. There were no refills for paper towels and the ones that were available upon our arrival were already used by previous guests. It was hard to communicate with the owner as it took some time for them to respond, usually hours or even a day after inquiry was made. Bath soap was not refilled either when we arrived so I had to request for it. They only provided one set of towel and hand towel for the duration of our 9 day stay and if we needed more than one set, we had to pay for it. We ended up washing our towels so we could reuse it. An additional set free of charge would have been great. I initially had to ask if they allow luggage transport to the property but they refused citing being an unmanned property. It was good that eventually they agreed when I explained our circumstances and we got my daughter's luggage delivered to the property without any problems. A second shower area would have been better considering the size of the property.
