• semaan (3/5): Bad and unpleasant experience! - Nothing! It was supposed to be for 3 people and having 2 separate beds. It was a double and a rolling single uncomfortable bed. Also the Coffee maker is rusty, and we got locked in our room if you don’t have the key with you, it was left in the kitchen. We could have stayed in a nice hotel for that price!!!

• Paola (9/5): Ottima posizione - Ottima posizione, strategica per visitare Napoli. Camera spaziosa e silenziosa, letto molto comodo. C’e’ una piccola zona comune con macchina del caffè a disposizione. Molto comodo il metodo di self check in. Host sempre disponibile e celere nella comunicazione. Purtroppo la tassa di soggiorno non e’ quella che compare su booking ma e’ leggermente più alta (5€ a testa per notte). Booking dovrebbe aggiornarla per evitare scomodi equivoci.
• becsoph (8/5): Good option in the historic centre - Convenient location right in the heart of the historic centre. Had obviously been recently renovated and was clean. They allowed us to leave our bags in the common area after check out. Self check in/out meant there was no contact with staff, for advice there was just a couple of generic leaflets on the desk. The shower leaked a lot flooding the bathroom. There is tea/coffee making facilities, but water would have been helpful.

• Slavomira (9/5): Superb - The acommodation has everything you might need, is conveniently located and the check in and check out process is very smooth. The room with balcony faces the street, which is quite loud for most of the night. If you are a light sleeper, I recommend booking the courtyard facing rooms.

• Kostyantyn (10/5): Exceptional - I highly recommend it to all visitors to Naples, it is very clean and quiet despite the busy part of the historical center.
• Colleen (5/5): Not recommended - the location was excellent, right in the historical centre, close to all attractions. The bed is confortable too. Although the room was very clean, the shower was very dirty with yellow old stains - There is no table and no chairs in the room which meant that we could only sit on the bed. there is a kind of beanbag (supposed for one person to sit on) which we used to place our things, since there was no other place available to put things - a shelf or two would have been useful. Basically in the room there is just one bed, a small shoe rack and a wardrobe which was not functional - shelves would be more appreciated The worst thing about this room is that it is NOT SOUNDPROOF: impossible to sleep with our neighbours in the apartment who were enjoying their time and making noises up unti 1 am... the room is inside an apartment with 3 rooms: you can hear everything happening outside the room, even what happens in the toilet next door is heard. I found this place very unconfortable for these reasons. Mostly for not being able to rest properly. I never got to see the manager because everything was done on the phone and via whatsapp messages.

The host was attentive to providing direction and booking a taxi for us the next morning - super great! The location was great but in the "clubbin" location - so leaving at 4:00 am the next morning was a bit sketchy.
