I booked this place for 2 nights and ended up with bed bugs the very first night. I immediately contacted the property AND Booking.com to report the issue – and absolutely NOTHING was done.
I couldn’t sleep for over 48 hours due to painful bug bites all over my body. The bites were unbearable and I kept seeing bugs on the bed. The bedding was disgusting – stained sheets, poor quality mattress, and clearly no proper cleaning or hygiene. When I told the property I couldn’t stay under these conditions, their response was heartless – “You can check out if you can’t sleep here”, and they also made it clear that no refund would be issued.
This is not just bad service – it’s unethical and potentially a health hazard. I strongly believe this property should be investigated by public health authorities, and I am in the process of reporting them to the local government. I also believe Booking.com is complicit, because this listing clearly does not meet the basic standard for accommodation, and yet it’s still being promoted on their platform.
Please DO NOT book this property. It’s unsafe, unsanitary, and the management does not care about guests’ well-being at all. Save yourself the pain and money. We booked a 1-night stay, checked in at 11:00 PM, and were forced to check out by 2:00 AM due to a bed bug infestation. We had to spend the rest of the night at the airport, despite already paying for the stay.
Problems we faced:
Bed bugs everywhere – we couldn’t even rest, constantly moving to avoid bites.
The toilet was filthy.
The refrigerator stank horribly.
No one at reception, and no response to calls after 11 PM.
The room was tiny, with a very low ceiling.
But the most dangerous issue was the ceiling fan, which was installed dangerously low. The fan and room light were controlled by the same switch, so there was no way to keep one on without the other. While changing clothes, I nearly had a fatal accident with the spinning fan. This setup is a serious safety hazard.
If you don’t want to lose your money, ruin your vacation, or risk injury, avoid this place at all costs.
I wouldn’t recommend it even to my worst enemy.

I had a terrible experience during my recent stay. Around 3 a.m., I felt multiple bites and discovered bed bugs in the bed. I documented the situation with video evidence and immediately left the property.
Despite reaching out to the owner to report the issue and request a refund, they refused to acknowledge the problem and offered no solution. This level of neglect is unacceptable and poses a serious health risk to future guests.
⚠️ Do not book this place until the issue is resolved professionally. Hygiene and guest safety should never be optional.

- Brianna (2/5): Not great - Our flight was delayed from Vancouver until the next morning and he let us check in the next morning. The bedroom was fine, but the shared bathroom and kitchen were extremely dirty. The fridge smelt and had old food in it. The kitchen was also not stocked with utensils to use, no spoons or forks. The shower and taps needed a deep clean, and the floor in the bathroom also had hair on it. No hand towels to dry your hand either.
I did not like the security cameras all throughout the house or the signs telling guests to clean everything. Seems like the cleaners just came in to change the rooms over and didn't touch the rest of the house. Asking a guest to clean up after themselves is okay, but the house should be deep cleaned before each guest arrives to set an expectation.
- Bette (1/5): Bad - Hi- this was a nightmare. Its a big house full of rooms, without any assistance. The supervisor gave the wrong access code, didnt pick uo the phone. I was outside in the night and waited 30 mins. The I called him again- he picked up end told me i gave the wrong code. But then the worst happened: in the morning i was bitten everywhere: the bed was full of bed bugs. Thus, a total no-go for travellers. nothing. this is pure profit, no care. the neighbours are also complaining about this guy/owner.

Then we came to know that it is vacant and had to open using the key hole from outside without a key. Yeah there is no privacy is bathrooms. Anyone can open it while you use Bathroom
