• Ian (9/5): Superb - Great apartment, very clean and well equipped, right down to toiletries and the excellent welcome pack. Everything as described, information from hosts timely and accurate. Highly recommended.
• Miguel (3/5): Wouldn't recommend. Poor communication, dirty apartment. - Great location. You are minutes away from a metro station and buses also go through several streets. Terrible check in and checkout experience, apartment was dirty with stains in walls, floor, bathroom. The shower in the on suite clogs and it gets the whole bathroom wet. When we wanted to leave, the cleaning lady showed up earlier than check-out knocking on the door aggressively and was rude and impatient, the communication with the host is difficult since they don't reply fast. I wouldn't recommend this apartment unless you are short on budget.
• Jade (1/5): AVOID! Dirty apartment with damaged windows - not safe! - Fairly good location. Spacious. I refused to stay here. I was here for less than an hour. The place was filthy and the windows were damaged. There was nowhere to leave my luggage between landing and the late check in time, so I had to lug it around with me. The newsagents I picked my key up from could not release the key even a minute before, so I spent five minutes standing outside in the rain, which just wasn't a nice experience. The keys weren't labeled, the lift wouldn't work so I had to haul my luggage up, and I wasn't sure which key went in which lock (and even when I matched them up the locks were stiff). That's BEFORE I got inside. The mattresses were stained. The sofa was two different colours because the seats were yellow when they were supposed to be brown. Black marks all over the wall? A table outside but no chairs? Cigarettes on the balcony? Sellotape all over the walls - with hairs in them? Two window handles just left on the dusty windowsill and the new ones just handing off? Dirty kitchen? Soiled cloths left below the sink that I had to use to clean up the leaking fridge? No kickboards under some of the counters? Mould in the shower? Mysterious gel/oil on the door into one of the bedrooms? Holes in the wall from where hooks used to be? Dirty, stained cups in the kitchen (I didn't even check the rest of the plates etc). 20 minutes after I got inside I was on the phone to Booking.com getting a refund. After making it clear to the host that I would not be staying here, I was contacted the next day to ask if I wanted to continue my stay or if they need to collect the keys - I had already spent the night in a hotel on the other side of London!
• Edina (7/5): Comfortable and quiet flat with good location. - Good loaction, easy to reach with tube or bus - still quite quiet. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen equipted with all we needed. Host replied quickly upon any question. A small description, introduction could have been useful for the apartment - about Wifi code, TVs, or what to check if no hot water .... First night we did not have hot water - although the host replied very fast and supported what we need to switch on, we only had hot water next morning - it took hours to warm up the boiler (which migh have been turned off for days i guess - so the appartment was not well prepared for our arrival). There is a lift in the house, which was not working although. Some window-handle were broken - so was not easy to open and close back.
• Alfredo (8/5): Quick but relaxed - Check-in and check out, you have to collect the in check-in and give back the keys in check-out, another place, 8 min walking to the flat. If you have heavy luggage you have to book transportation to this place than to the flat. The location is fantastic, you have public transportation, taxi, stores, restaurants, clubs, if you like walking is 30min till thames river. Bulding very quiet, organized, the lift was not working unfortunatly, a kitchen with everything necessary, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, cool. Just enjoy.

• Lisa-marie (8/5): Everything you need for a great stay in Shoreditch - The apartment was in an excellent location in Hoxton Square, with plenty of bars, restaurants and a couple of supermarkets very close by. It is around 7 minutes walk from Old Street Station. The kitchen is well equipped, as are the bathrooms and it is a very secure apartment building. It was great to have the 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and also a small balcony. Plenty of hot water The shower in the ensuite was pretty small and the apartment is in need of a little tlc, although it was clean and we were extremely satisfied
• Chris (9/5): Perfect flat with everything we need. Will come again - Perfectly placed. Had everything we needed. Very tiny things only. Instructions on how to enter the code on the keypad should say to press the key button then the code. It just says key####. A dishwasher tablet would have been good but we just very quickly hand washed our used utensils at the end.

The bathroom was filled with dust and the cups in the kitchen were dirty, the walls need to be renovated. The pictures look so nice, I have no idea if they were edited but it’s definitely not that pretty and clean

• Rosario (10/5): Excellent - The owner is very accommodating & considerate. Location and the property is good; quiet neighborhood. Property is a little dated but meets our expectations. The collection of keys was challenging- need to travel to a distant and unfamiliar place as we were travelling with a toddler with a carrier & a number of luggage.

• Justine (7/5): Spacious apartment in excellent location. - Location and size. It was also very quiet. Communication was excellent. The bed linen was too small for the bed and the pillows were not very comfortable. The property didn’t look like it did in the photographs and the furniture was tired. Our stay was interrupted by the arrival of a cleaner and the toilet seat in one of the bathrooms was broken, meaning we couldn’t use the toilet. The apartment was overpriced.

• Sarah (4/5): Disappointing - Location. Sadly did not live up to expectations. Was not clean, bedsheets were old, lacking any toiletries or condiments (not even shampoo or tea). The ensuite shower was freezing cold and flooded the bathroom.
• Primoz (7/5): Good location, but in need of maintenance and a deep clean. - The host was quick to respond to our requests and did their best to fix the situation. The location was very good for our particular needs. The place was not clean when we arrived and it had the smell of moldy and damp. The en suite bathroom - the door of the bathroom cannot fully close or lock. Since it is an en suite it’s not terribly inconvenient but it reflects the poor condition of the apartment. The water in the shower is mostly lukewarm with occasional warm spells, no hot water. The shower drain is so clogged and drains so slowly that washing your hair is impossible without water going everywhere or having to turn off the shower every minute. The showers were just dreadful. The main bedroom - the bedding size does not fit the bed, revealing a large chunk of the mattress which is gross. There is also a horrific smell in the main bedroom, smelling like a damp and uncleaned room. I’m not sure if we should attribute this to the carpet, mattress or closet but the smell was so horrible we kept the airing the apartment out daily. It didn’t help. As for the kitchen, there were problems, but the host was quick to sort out the appliances. However, the apartment is in dire need of a deep clean, which is evident from the state of the showers, the tile fillings, the door handles - when we wiped them they changed color.
