• Duncan (8/5): Northwood flat - Location was perfect for us Sofa bed wasnt great in front room. But bedrooms were good.
• Anna (8/5): - We really liked the flat. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s a 15-minute walk to the underground station. When we arrived, we realised that there were only three duvets for four people. We tried to contact the flat’s owner, but he hasn’t replied to any of our messages. The issue was not resolved. We had also tried to contact him previously to clarify some matters regarding check-in. We didn’t receive a reply. Towards the end of our stay, the flat’s owner got in touch and asked us to leave a positive review. We have no complaints about the flat—we liked everything—but the flat’s owner really does need to get in touch when tenants need any help.

• Meriem (9/5): - Appartement luxueux, c'est génial de pouvoir arriver et repartir en tout tes qualités. La manière de donner les clés est géniale. Super de pouvoir se relaxer dans un bel appartement. Les enfants ont également apprécié le fait que ce soit spacieux, lumineux. La cuisine est complète. Alors c'est un grand plaisir aussi de pouvoir laver les vêtements avant de partir. Ce n'était pas propre du tout. Le nettoyage n'était pas fait. Le lit était propre et les essuies aussi, mais par contre les sols et la salle de bain étaient dégueulasses. Il y avait des cheveux sur le sol de la cuisine. Quand j'ai passé une lingette sur l'ilot centrale elle était noir de saleté. Il y avait également encore des cheveux dans l'évacuation de la baignoire. La gazinière n'était pas propre. Enfin en résumé limite pour la propreté. Peut-être est t'il aussi judicieux de spécifier la marque de la machine a café, histoire d'anticiper les capsules.

• Francois (5/5): Appartement sympa dans une copropriété avec manque d'hygiène notoire. - L'appartement a été refait donc l'intérieur de l'appartement était bien. Il a été préalablement nettoyé et rien à dire là dessus. Malheureusement vu l'état d'entretien de la copropriété, l'appartement a beau être propre, des cafards s'y sont introduit. L'état de propreté de la copropriété a nuit à notre séjour. Odeurs insupportables dans les lieux communs dus à un entretien laissant à désirer. Lors de notre arrivée, la cours intérieure était remplies de poubelles posées à même le sol et éventrées. Des poubelles étaient aussi dans les lieux communs comme la cage d'escalier à même la moquette. Cette état de propreté évidemment attire des nuisibles comme rats et cafards. La salle de bain comporte un énorme trou au plafond causée par un dégâts des eaux à l'étage du dessus. La porte d'entrée principale de la copropriété ne ferme que de l'intérieur, impossible de la fermer une fois dehors ce qui laisse à s'interroger sur la sécurité des lieux. Les ustensiles de cuisine sont en quantité très limitées, cela correspond à juste la quantité de personne dans l'appartement. Donc si un ami passe un soir, il faut qu'un se sacrifie pour manger.
• sumien van zyl (3/5): Misleading, unhygienic and Poor service - N/A We were very unsatisfied with our experience. The entrance hall and apartment were VERY dirty and did not look like the photos at all. There was a massive hole in the bathroom ceiling through which water leaked. The apartment is above an events company, which hold very noisy parties over the weekends until the early hours of the morning. Not worth your money. Host has not responded any communication either.
• CHEN-TING (7/5): - We knew the appartment was around 12 minutes walking distance from the tube station, so there is nothing bad for this and there is actually option of taking a bus. The rooms are big enough and also a single bed in the living room, quite nice for a 5 people family use. The garbage in the ground hallway was very annoying, that from the first day of arrival until the last day (10 days), the trash were there and no one clean that. I expected someone move them out on Sunday evening but actually it's still there and this absolutely related to the problem of having Cockroaches in the apartment, and luckily they were all small ones, no big yet..... Actually the cockroaches were quite annoying. If someone does not care the cockroaches, this is a very nice apartment i have to say. The neighbour which was a ceremony event location, and it could be very noise in the evening even after 22:00.

I have filed a complaint asking for a refund. I had it booked for 3 nights for work, I stayed for the first night and booked somewhere else

It w - Proximity to relatives The communal entrance leading to flat is not well maintained. The neighbours’ bins are overflowing and the floors are not clean. The beds are only small doubles.

Owner was very helpful and co-operating. There was some construction work going on within the building creating lots of dust.

• John (5/5): disappointing as the flat in its self was fine surroundings poor. - the location served our needs although the bin bags and rubbish in the street out side the flat were a downside to our expectations, not hygienic at all, the bin bags obviously burst and old food and rubbish everywhere the stairs and back door area were a disgrace, burst bin bags and rubbish all over the back door area and the staircase to the flat was filthy.

• Yseult (8/5): great place to stay. two bathrooms and two bedrooms. - big property with all you need to stay in a cosy place the entrance of the building was not really clean but nothing to do with the appartement itself.
