Iba ang binook namin nsa booking.com sa room na binigay sa amin pagkadating ng HK, little disappointed dito kasi we are expecting yung nasa picture. nagconfim din ako na ang makukuha namin eh ung nasa picture na binook namin they said oo. Wala na kami magawa nung andon na pagod na gusto na din magpahinga. lift/ elevator - maliit lang kasya lang ang 5 person pero kapag may dalang maleta 2 tao lang kasama a ng maleta room- we stayed sa couple room, literal na pang couple lng talaga maliit sya pero may cr, ung cr sakto lng na makapg bawas, hahahaha all in all ang flat nila ay affordable sapat lang na may tulugan after ng mahabang lakaran sa galaan. pero do not expect na hotel vibes beacuse no no hahaha, u know what i mean.

It’s in the middle of Hong Kong which is helpful, but above an absolutely disgusting mansion. Dirty, shower didn’t work and was cold, cockroach’s everywhere, noisy, horribly uncomfortable beds, tiny box rooms, rock hard pillows, no floor space at all, doors didn’t lock properly, smelly, dangerous area.
- Oleg (10/5): Perfect stay, recommend to everyone - It was probably the best of the "cheapest" hostels I've ever stayed in. Everything was actually better than I expected: - Room had 4 beds, only one of them was upper. So it was proper beds - There was a window in the room, so it was fresh cool air at night (February). - Towels are provided for free - Queues for the elevator are actually not so bad comparing with block A, for example. In 4 days it was only once when I took the second elevator, all other times I jumped into the very first one. And you can always take the other elevator and walk 1 floor down the stairs, no problem at all. A few times I also walked down the whole 10 floors, not a big deal. - Location is perfect, walking distance from two subway lines, to supermarkets, to the harbor etc - Chungking Mansions atmosphere is priceless. - I wish I stayed longer, vacation was too short :( - Price is of course quite high (but it was still literally the cheapest option on booking available)

- Christoph (3/5): erwarte bei solchen Preisen wirklich nicht viel, aber das war zuwenig! - Lage Preis sanitäre Anlage („Dusche“, Waschbecken und WC gefühlt auf einem halben Quadratmeter. 4 Betten in so einem kleinem Raum, dass sich immer nur einer anziehen konnte. Nur Ein USB- und ein normaler Anschluss für 4 Personen sind einfach zu wenig!

- Ronald (4/5): There are better choices than this with almost the same value. A good night’s sleep is what you’ll need after a long day - The location is definitely good since it is close to the Tsim Sha Tsui station. Easy access as well to the bus going to the airport. If you are to visit the HK Cultural Center, Avenue of Stars, then the sites are accessible by just walking. The pictures really are deceiving. What was in the choices of rooms during booking was not the one that I got. The bunks didn’t have a close by socket for charging. I had to share an extension outlet with 4 other guests. I stayed in a 6 mixed bunk bed and there was one guest, I would rather call her a ‘tenant’, who would wake up at 5am and rummages through the room like there were there no other people sleeping there. She would come in and out multiple times. The room felt like a stock room. There were multiple luggages (some look like they have been there for ages) through which the ‘tenant’ would run through in the morning. Not sure, but I was not able to check if a towel should be provided by the hostel, but they didn’t give me one. There wasn’t even a place to hang it dry. No hanger. Nothing.

- Brar (10/5): Overall, it had been a great stay, would definitely come here again to stay during my next trip! - I liked how it was value for money, considering there is a lot of attractions nearby for tourists. In general, the staff is very helpful and nice, even provide you information when asked, such as directions to a certain place. The location is awesome as there are tons of transportation for you take, making it very accessible.

- Mark (10/5): 24/7 Reception and Check-in. Convenience at its finest. Amazing staff. Highly recommended to anyone. - Staying here for a couple of days for work was an absolute joy. The staff are there to help you 24/7, you are allowed to check-in at any time of the day (24/7 check-in) which was nice as my flight landed at 1am. The hotel is located literally a minute from the train station, all you have to do is cross the street and it is located at the hub with Victoria Harbour only 15 minutes away by walk which I frequented almost everyday. Another thing that I have to give this hotel's staff credit for is the fact that I was lost in the middle of the day and I didn't know where or who to ask for help, I gave one of the staff a call with the number provided and they helped me get back to the hotel. I even got a chance to speak with the owner. Initially I just wanted to know where I could go to eat but his tone and mannerisms were so welcoming, we ended up talking for an hour. At first I was a bit concerned having read the other reviews. But after my stay, all I know is if I were to ever visit Hong Kong again for work or pleasure, this will be the place I stay at.

Dirty room, hair on the bed, bits on the floor, mouldy mirror etc. Tiny bathroom with shared shower that remained wet the majority of the day, making clothes and the bed damp. The sink pipes also leaked onto the floor. Noisy environment, people banging on the walls and floors from above in other residences.
