• Maria (9/5): - Das Ferienhaus ist top-ausgestattet und hat eine überragende Lage. Vermieter meldete sich nicht auf eine Anfrage von uns. Die Bettlaken waren sehr rau (vlt. neu und noch nicht gewaschen), daher war das Schlafen nicht angenehm.

Spectacular view ; through huge windows in the open plan living area & main bedroom. Well appointed properly. Ample provisions. Comfortable, relaxed vibe. • Prue (9/5): A beautiful place to stay in Bicheno - we would choose it again. - A beautifully-presented holiday home with a fabulous ocean view. Lots of space and light, very private and accessible, with undercover parking right next to the front door. Given the overall quality, it was surprising that there is no dishwasher. There’s also no coffee maker/plunger - and only one wine glass, although there were champagne flutes.
• Jane (10/5): Exceptional - Loved the view! And the sound of waves on the beach. Very peaceful location, outside of town but a nice walk to get there. The house is comfortable and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

• Michele (9/5): Just lovely. Wanted to stay longer - Fabulous views. Nicely appointed. Comfy beds. Good shower. Bicheno is a charming village and central to lots of places Needs to add some more wine glasses. Only two mismatched glasses in a place that sleeps four.

• Keryn (8/5): Our stay was very convenient and comfortable at a good price. - The location was very convenient and the view was great! We would have liked to have been able to walk down directly in front the house to the beach. The booking was easy and communication was very efficient with friendly with a prompt response. Not being gas users it was not obvious from the notes that there would be no hot water unless the gas cylinder was turned on. Once we figured it out and found the hotplate switch on the wall, which was obvious, we could cook. Perhaps a little note in the booklet as well. I also thought it would be more convenient to have host email and mobile at the front of the stay information as I had to go searching through.

• Steven (8/5): House great. Weather (and driveway) not so great. - Made own breakfasts. 1/Problem with bathroom light switch (very hard to turn off and on). Also, only 1 of 3 vanity mirror lights worked. 2/Worst problem - very little space in which to manoeuvre a large vehicle. I recently purchased a new Nissan Patrol, and scratched to paintwork trying to drive in and out of a very narrow, steep driveway. Needs a turning circle or something similar at the house, as not everyone owns a little 4-cylinder buzzbox.

Bicheno shops just down the road and some lovely places to eat, a place that you must stay at you won't regret 😊 There was nothing not to like about beach break it was Amazing

• David (9/5): One of our favorite stops in our trip around Tassie - Perfect place with an amazing view. Property manager helped us out when we left something valuable behind. Bicheno town is lovely also and we enjoyed it as a base for Freycinet NP. Would have been nice if we could walk to the beach.

• Belinda (8/5): A wonderful time. Thank you. - Location Comfort Selection of children's toys and games There was a very strong smell in the children's bedroom. It smelt like a mix of insect spray and dust. As someone with asthma and allergies, this was not a nice room to be in. There were also a lot of dead ants on the pillow of one of the children's beds.
• Joy (1/5): Won’t recommend at all. They have no sympathy at all. - We booked a family trip and intended to drive a long trip from Hobart. My husband ended up sick the morning before checkin. I contacted the property and asked for consideration of the circumstances and seek a partial refund. No response from them after I contacted the property a couple times and detailed the circumstances. Very disappointing indeed! The staff has no sympathy.

• Margaret (10/5): Beach Break, Diamond Island - Everything. Tastefully provided everything we needed. Undercover parking for the car. Loved the vacuum as we were able to tidy up the place after ourselves. The 2nd b'room was a bit small as were the beds a bit short for taller adults. Not always kids sleep in the second bedroom. It would be perfect if single beds could be interchanged with a queen when adults using both bedrooms. Otherwise all great.

• Karen (8/5): A clean, comfortable house with a beautiful view. - The views from the house were lovely looking over the sheep to Diamond Island but there was no access to the beach which was disappointing. The house was very comfortable and clean.
