It’s tastefully furnished, with a very comfortable bed and everything set up perfectly for a smooth move-in. The space feels welcoming and well thought out, truly ready for anyone to settle in and feel at home right away. While the unit itself is clean and well maintained, it’s located quite a distance from the nearest bus stop, which can be inconvenient if you’re relying on public transportation. Additionally, since it’s a basement unit, there’s limited natural light throughout the day, which makes the space feel a bit dim at times.
- MaryLou (9/5): This is a clean, quiet place close to all amenities for a short or long stay. - This cozy, yet spacious, basement suite suited the two of us during our 6-night stay. The place was very clean and included the necessities for living. The house was close to all amenities (groceries, gas, hardware, restaurants, etc.). Access to the Ring Road (201) for any direction of travel was very easy. Having hangers in the walk-in closet for clothes would be a good addition. With a fridge & Keureg coffee maker, it would have been beneficial to include some K-cups and basic condiments (ketchup, mustard, mayonaisse, etc.), to avoid the guest purchasing such items. Since guests are only in the suite for a few days, it makes little sense to purchase jars. Such simple additions would put your apartment high on the priority list of places to stay in Calgary.
