• Kereš (10/5): 10/10 - So nice and clean apartment, close to the metro, 10–15 minutes’ walk to the Duomo, in a nice, quiet area, with plenty of cafes and shops nearby. It would be nice to fix the window nets (they were torn), but since I stayed in October, I didn’t have any problems with mosquitoes, so it really didn’t affect my stay. There was no dishwashing detergent (I believe they just forgot to replace it) but since we only stayed two days and didn’t have many dishes, it wasn’t big problem. The apartment literally has EVERYTHING else- and I mean everything! 🤗 I also saw that some people complain about the apartment being in the “basement”, but I was aware that its ground floor when I booked it, and it honestly didn’t bother me. We spent most of the days outside anyway, there’s enough daylight in the morning, and by the time we got back in the evening, it was already dark- so it didn’t matter to me at all.

Sicuramente il tempo non ha aiutato e nemmeno tutti i vari scioperi, però qualcuno aveva già iniziato a fare qualcosa perché le lenzuola pulite erano presenti ma il lavoro non era stato portato a termine. Il proprietario era all’oscuro di tutto o così è sembrato. Un’altro problema è stata l’acqua calda, due docce complete non si potevano fare, non c’era lo scaldino perché era tutto centralizzato con il condominio, un dramma acqua fredda a non finire e non abbiamo mai utilizzato la cucina. Tapparelle sempre chiuse, casa buia, un vero peccato perché dalle foto sembrava una casa luminosa.

• Kaya (9/5): A nice stay in Milan - We loved the luxurious look of the apartment. Additionally, the location of the apartment was pretty reasonable. Finally, the neighbourhood felt really safe. And also the ac was amazing, very hot in milan so very essential, reslly glad we had ac. 1 lightswitch was broken so it was very hard to press and keep the light on. And the water from the shower smelled a bit like chlorine however, the regular tap water was good to drink.

• Toni (9/5): A great and spacious apartment while visiting Milan. - The location of the apartment was easy to find- a short walk from one of the metro stops, but also at a great location in terms of getting around the city on foot. The apartment was really pretty, spacious and very clean upon arrival. I asked for an earlier check-in prior to arrival on the day- which was approved. However, the keycode access hadn't been activated as of the time I had arrived at the apartment. This was quickly revolved after contacting the host. The signal by the entrance of the flat isn't great at all. Requires having to connect to the WiFi right by the door to access the online keycode system.

• Kay (8/5): Very good - Very good location. Very aesthetically designed. Would definitely stay again. Only downside was maybe the lack of towels and toilet roll as well as no soap. We had to purchase some for our two night stay. The lock system can be very difficult to comprehend - we didn’t have service so couldn’t access the email to unlock the door. It took one of us to stand above the stairs beside the front door of the apartment building and one to run down in hopes for it to work. After a few tries it worked and after we connected to the wifi there was no problems. After we got used to it, we didn’t have any problems.

• Natália (8/5): Very good - The place was cute,clean,bright,equipped with everything needy. Not far from the centre in a calm surroundings. A smart door lock didn' t work when we arrived cos of low battery what was quite unconvenient. The landlord was nice,texting back that he was trying to solve the situation but the technician wasn' t avaliable immediately,actually we didn' t learn if he ever came and fixed it. It means, for 3 days we stayed in an unlocked appartment, but nothing happened.

• Vidhu (4/5): Lack of essentials otherwise okay - The apartment was neat and was located near to the train station for easy commute. Lack of essentials like toilet paper, handwashing, body soap. We had to purchase it all by ourselves for a short 2 nights stay.

• Nicole (7/5): Good - Very nice and modern/fresh looking Bed lovely and comfortable Good location I would suggest to have a toaster and cloth to clean the sides with. The general property was clean but behind the TV/book shelves etc was very dusty
• Griffiths (9/5): Very enjoyable and good value for money. - Good instructions and videos of how to/where to access property. Would have benefitted from a video of how to lock the property as it took us a while to figure out how to do this. When we initially arrived at property at the time agreed the bedding had not been cleaned and no toilet roll. I tried to contact host however no reply, left a message but not called back. We had to go out to buy toilet rolls but when we had returned the apartment had been cleaned after our arrival time. Following this the rest of or visit was great and we really enjoyed the apartment.
• Molly (9/5): Superb - Property was spacious, lovely and clean. Good facilities and a really good location. After we had checked in somebody let themselves into the apartment. We believe this was a mistake as they were dropping off extra towels and toilet paper etc and probably didn’t know we had checked in. Other than that couldn’t fault it.
