• GAEL (7/5): Un bon rapport qualité prix - Accueil par Fabiana très efficace, rapide et chaleureux, qui nous a aussi aidés à trouver un restaurant. La chambre était tout à fait conforme aux photos, les lieux de vie commune sont propres lumineux et agréables. La fenêtre de la salle de bains des femmes a une jolie vue sur Vesuve. La qualité de la literie n’est pas très bonne.

• Katharina (10/5): - Der Ausblick war spektalulär und das Zimmer sehr gemütlich. Die Lage toll zum Erkunden der Stadt! Hatten einen Mutter-Tochter-Ausflug über 6 Tage und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in der schönen Altbauwohnung. Check In hat prima geklappt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

• Yoshida (5/5): 期待しすぎていたのか、少しがっかりしました。 - ・部屋もシャワールーム内も清潔でした。非接触チェックインのため電話しないといけなかったですが、電話にはすぐ出てくれました。 ・ランドリーの表記はないですが、男性用シャワー室に洗濯機がありました。 ・予約したのはクイーンベッドで19㎡の部屋だったのに、当日チェックインすると勝手に部屋を変えられていました。電話で問い合わせると、「予約した部屋で問題が起こったから今は使えない。変更後の部屋も同じクイーンベッドだから安心して」とのことでした。予約した部屋の方が広かったので値段も若干高めだったのですが、差額の返金や謝罪もありませんでした。 ・ブッキングドットコムのメッセージで問い合わせた質問には答えてくれません。WhatsAppを確認してとだけ返ってきて、チェックイン当日までに必要な情報を手に入れることができませんでした。 ・電気ケトルが壊れていて使えなかった。 ・バルコニーは写真より残念でした。
• Cifuentes (5/5): - Lo bueno es la ubicación. Eso si deben saber que es un altillo de un edificio. La viga del techo que cruza la ducha de varones lo grafica muy bien. Muy impersonal, más relaciones humanas tiene una inteligencia artificial. En los días que estuve nunca vi a nadie. Baños sin hacer con los pisos húmedos. Para que pensar en aseo de los cuartos. El check In fue por video llamada, debo reconocer que me ayudaron a conseguir un taxi. Pero la asistente Miriam no despegaba la mirada de la TV mientras me hablaba. Hace falta un hervidor para poder tomar un café en las noches.
• Magdalena (9/5): Wspaniały widok w centrum Neapolu - Bardzo przyjemny pokój z wygodnym łóżkiem, na ostatnim piętrze starej kamienicy. Naszą ulubioną częścią tego miejsca byl jednak taras na dachu - widać z niego miasto i Wezuwiusza! Niesamowite doświadczenie. Nie dopisała nam pogoda, ale jeśli kiedyś będę w Neapolu latem, to wrócę tu, żeby spędzać na dachu zachody słońca :) Personel był zawsze dostępny i bardzo przyjazny. Łazienka (wspólna) byla zawsze czysta i miała schowanych kilka suszarek, dzięki czemu moglismy wysuszyć sobie wlosy bez blokowania łazienki innym. Dodałabym do pokoju kilka przedmiotów, których brak był dla nas odrobinę problematyczny: szafki nocne, lusterko, dodatkowe wieszaki na ręczniki. Woda w prysznicu była gorąca, ale były momenty, kiedy przestawała lecieć i była tylko zimna. Trzeba brać to pod uwagę przy planowaniu toalety.

• Ella (9/5): - Ubytování je v super lokalitě, kde se brzy dostanete jak na hlavní nádraží Garibaldi, tak do historického centra. Ubytování je v 6. patře, takže je v pokoji klid a ticho, navíc je tam velice pohodlná postel. Na pokoji se dá i zatopit nebo naopak pustit klimatizaci. Personál byl velice příjemný a ochotný. Vše bylo čisté a se vším jsme byli spokojeni. 😇 Nedomysleli jsme, že tam nebudou příbory a nůž na krájení, takže to byla občas sranda např. s krájením melounu. 😀 Jinak bylo vše super.

The location is perfect—you can easily reach any part of the city on foot or by metro. The staff also let us leave our bags after checkout, which was really helpful and gave us extra time to enjoy a walk around the city.

• Pizzica (6/5): Luce, comfort e posizione eccellente: peccato per alcuni servizi mancanti - La posizione è ottima, vicino al Duomo e a Spaccanapoli, con accesso comodo alle principali attrazioni turistiche. L’edificio è molto grande e dispone di un portiere; per raggiungere il B&B ci si orienta facilmente seguendo il video inviato dal B&B. L’ascensore è gratuito. Essendo situato all’ultimo piano, il B&B è molto luminoso e gli spazi ristrutturati, con inserti in legno qua e là, creano un’atmosfera accogliente e rilassante, quasi da chalet di montagna. I contatti avvengono esclusivamente tramite telefono e messaggi con il personale del B&B; non si incontra mai l’host di persona. Non viene fornita acqua potabile. C’è una macchina del caffè, ma mancano l’acqua, le capsule e le tazze, quindi di fatto non è utilizzabile. Non c’è nemmeno un’area per lavare le tazze usate, per cui sembra che la macchina del caffè sia stata collocata senza pensare a un reale utilizzo. Nello spazio destinato al mini tavolo è presente una campana in vetro per le brioche, ma la colazione non è inclusa. Manca anche un frigorifero per conservare l’acqua minerale. In camera ci sono TV e aria condizionata, ma non funzionano: le batterie dei telecomandi sono scariche oppure la TV è rotta. Si tratta di un B&B molto pulito e gradevole, ma si notano alcuni aspetti un po’ deludenti dovuti al fatto che certi servizi per gli ospiti sono stati ridotti. Anche se alcune attrezzature sono presenti, se non funzionano non possono essere considerate come un vero servizio offerto.

Fue fantástico dialogar con Valeria u recibir asesoramiento sobre lugares y restaurantes. Las habitaciones muy confortables y amplias. El baño compartido muy limpio y disponible. Todo muy bien. Detalle gracioso: tener en cuenta de no golpearse la cabeza con el techo al tomar una ducha :)

• Andrew (9/5): It was a good location and the staff was very pleasant to meet. - The property is in the center of the old city, so we were close to many of the sites we wanted to visit. The only thing I didn’t like was that we could hear the guests in the rooms next to us, but they weren’t particularly loud that night.

• Caroline (6/5): - Localisation à proximité du centre historique, prix raisonnable Impossible de faire le noir complet dans la chambre, l'une des chambres n'a meme pas de store, les chambres sont très basiques, la salle de bain commune est propre mais pas de tapis par terre c'est trempé, on ne sait pas ce qui relève de la chambre pour les équipements savon/shampooing, Et compliqué pour l'ouverture des portes, il faut échanger par WhatsApp avec des personnes situées ailleurs pour avoir la chambre, on ne croise personne c'est impersonnel.

WiFi ok. Ubicación top. Cerca de la estación de buses/trenes y al centro y puerto. Check-in fácil y muy amable. El ruido de la calle se nota bastante. El agua caliente funciona, pero con mucha paciencia. El equipo de limpieza tenía prisa con el check out para entrar y limpiar. Me preguntaron 20 minutos antes de la hora.

• Reina (9/5): Very good location to walk to Spaccanapoli and Quartieri Spagnoli - The location is perfect and the view very nice to the Domo area. You can see the ocean from the terrace. The building is old and the elevator as well, but the apt is modern. There were 2 bathrooms to share with all the guests. 1 was not in service, only the one for Men. Not enough toilet paper and some people splashed water on the floor when they took a shower. The room was ok, but the TV was not working, there was a sink in the kitchen of the room that wasn't draining and it didn't have any note for not using it. After the water was stuck, there was a sewer smell not good coming from there. The plates were dirty and there was not silverware, only outside at the common area.

• Elena (4/5): Da evitare - Palazzo antico La stanza è molto rumorosa, perché una finestra non si chiude . il bagno è in comune, lo sapevo ma non funzionava per un guasto solo la doccia delle donne e invece hanno chiuso proprio tutto il bagno e si poteva andare solo in quello degli uomini . Problemi anche con il wifi . Pessima esperienza
• Elsa (8/5): Un gîte bien situé - C'est un très bon emplacement pratique pour se déplacer dans Naples, dans un immeuble avec du charme. La terrasse est très sympa et appréciable pour boire un verre le soir. C'est un peu froid : pas d'accueil en personne, caméra de surveillance dans le lieu commun, pas de café d'infusion mis à disposition, pas de livres... Beaucoup de messages sont envoyés à l'avance en prévision de l'arrivée. Certaines chambres n'ont pas de quoi obscurcir le velux. Les équipements sont un peu inégaux : une chambre avec un four mais pas de couverts à disposition par exemple. Il peut y avoir un peu la queue pour la salle-de-bain.

• Larisa (8/5): - Номер був доволі затишний. Зручне розташування біля порту. Є мансарда з видом на Візувій. Є посуд і холодильник. Ванна кімната загальна і не зручна. Душова кабіна протікає. Немає ні поличок для засобів ні кріплення для душу.

• Angelica (10/5): Posizione tattica, staff professionale e alloggio molto pulito e curato :) - L’appartamento è in una posizione tatticissima essendo in pieno centro ed attaccato alla metro Duomo, l’abbiamo trovato molto pulito e fresco (che con il caldo estivo è un lusso non da poco). Lo staff ci ha seguiti a distanza con professionalità e attenzione ai nostri bisogni. Quasi è dispiaciuto essere di passaggio solo per una notte, la prossima volta ci toccherà restare di più :)

• Dominika (4/5): Disappointing - The place was looking nice and the location, which was close to metro was really good There were many small inconveniences, like the coffee maker wasn't working, the shower was leaking, the window shield was broken Unfortunately we also found small ants and one cockroach (which was surprising because the apartment is on the 6th floor), the dishes in our room were full of dust and there was no sponge or detergent to wash them. The TV was not connected and maybe it's more of a personal reference but there was no night desk or shelf to put clothes just hangers A bit confusing was that in our room we found the oven but unfortunately it wasn't working.

• Jan (1/5): We were not let into the room when we arrived and got stuck outside at night - If there were not so many other reviews, I would be sure this is a scam. Due to problems with transport, we arrived with a large delay, at midnight. We communicated this to the host got assurance it was fine (it was 30 mins after indicated latest check in time). Upon arrival, gate was closed, no one reacted to messages or calls. They were even online on whatsapp, but did not let us in. Stuck in the middle of the night in Naples (did not feel safe), we had to search for something else. They have been ignoring us since then and refuse to refund the stay. Bonus: Check-in requires a selfie with an ID next to your face. Hard to believe that a stay in such a room would require a security at the level of opening a bank account. Who knows what they are collecting this for and where it lands. For Miriam: Dont tell your guests is ok to come late, when you leave your door close and insist on your policy. You can save a lot of troubles to your guests (and to yourself).
• Nina (6/5): Pleasant - The location was great and it was easy to reach the host or leave a luggage. The view and terrace as well as the common area were really nice. One room had an entire kitchen furnishing but no space to hang clothes or leave things like if someone decided to put a bed in the kitchen and make it another room, the showers were small and uncomfortable.
