• Mariia (6/5): The room is really nice as well as the building. The stuff experience could be much more client oriented - The room was really nice, renewed and clean. Location is good Unexpected deposit cash payment 200MYR on the counter. we were not notified about the deposit NOWHERE in booking and we didn’t have that much cash in any currency. The staff was extremely rude and insisted to pay or cancel the booking ourselves and bare all consequent expenses. No tea or coffee in the room. Also the lobby staff is really rude and not client oriented: don’t try to leave your luggage after check out - there’s no such an option. Elevators are very crowded and no AC
• Annabelle (7/5): Good - We had a generally pleasant stay at this hotel, with many aspects meeting our expectations. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and the overall atmosphere was enjoyable. However, there were two notable issues that detracted from our experience. First, we often had to wait up to 5 minutes for the elevator, which seemed to prioritize other floors—likely because our floor, being more budget-friendly, wasn’t given the same attention. Second, the receptionist was shockingly unfriendly and treated us in a condescending manner, which left a sour taste. Despite these drawbacks, the rest of the stay was decent, but those two points could definitely use improvement

Spacious and cosy atmosphere The room is incredibly spacious and cosy, with a delightful touch of vibrant items that create a welcoming and cheerful ambiance. 2. Thoughtful amenities The amenities provided are excellent and convenient, including a microwave, an electric induction cooker, a medium-sized fridge, a Coway water dispenser and a full-length mirror. The TV adds to the comfort of the stay, making it feel like a home away from home. 3. Comfortable bed and bathroom The big bed is very comfortable, perfect for a good night’s sleep. The bathroom is spacious and features a bathtub, adding a touch of luxury to the stay. 4. Impeccable cleanliness The room is kept immaculately clean, which is greatly appreciated. It truly enhances the overall experience. A highly satisfying and enjoyable stay! For directions,you need to put in the uber The face suites lobby.

• Zhetpisbayeva (8/5): Will stay at this hotel again for sure! - The property is located 10-15 minutes walk from Petronas Towers. The room was spacious, located on the 10th floor so not so much of a view. But excellent view from the swimming pool floor. The staff was very polite. The whole floor was very quite, couldn’t hear any noise, was sleeping like a baby:) Didn’t change the towels every day. Has this smell of humidity, but I think it’s inevitable in the country with this type of climate. It didn’t bother me(and I’m super anxious)
