• Susan (10/5): Daniele was super attentive. Everything was great! - The location was super, away from the crowds but close enough to town.
• Dorian (9/5): - Daniele was very welcoming and had amazing information on the city. Good communication even offered to help bring suitcase up stairs as no elevator. Place was well located 10-15min walk to most to the centre. Lots of restaurants near the property and supermarkets. Odd smell in the bathroom, sent Daniele my concerns and he addressed it looks to be so wood breaking down in the bathroom near shower. Apart from that the bathroom was great and everything you need
• Sabine (10/5): - Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Pitti Flat sehr genossen. 1a Lage. Ruhig und doch zentral. Viele Möglichkeiten zum Essen gehen auch in Restaurants wo Florentiner essen gehen und das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis gut ist. Supermärkte fußläufig erreichbar. Bahnhof Santa Maria de Novella ebenfalls nicht weit um Tagesausflüge in die umliegenden Orte der Toskana zu machen. Daniele war jederzeit für Fragen ansprechbar.

• Annelize (9/5): Good, clean and well located - The apartment was clean and well thought through. Perfect for the stay we intended and the purpose of the visit. The location was good, close to the main attractions and the hosts made us feel welcome with good communication and updates. There was a problem with the initial check in where the code provided didn't work and we had to wait outside in the heat of the day for someone else to let us in.
• Helen (9/5): A lovely stay and if we visit Florence again, we would try and book the same apartment. - It was a lovely apartment in an excellent location - close to the centre but far enough away to get away from the crowds after a long day's sightseeing. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The facilities were excellent and Daniele was very helpful. Nothing
• Amal (8/5): Great and safe location. Host is kind and Responsive - The location of the apartment was amazing. We had a few flight hiccups with the airconditioning during our stay (also because the weather was really warm this was an issue otherwise would be fine) BUT the property manager/owner (Daniele) was extremely kind and ensured that this was resolved. He personally made sure that he came in to check the issue and immediately support us, he even left us with a box of chocolates (which was a kind gesture). This was very much appreciated & made sure we were comfortable for our last night. The apartment is spacious, clean & has all the amenities that you would need. The apartment building is also safe (so can recommend even when travelling alone), they’ve got a nice coffee spot opposite the gate. The shower/toilet had a funny smell when we entered but eventually with airing the space it was gone. If you’re going in hot weather, make sure you check the cooling right at the start to be able to let the host know immediately if not comfortable (they’re kind and supportive). Overall nothing was bad and our stay was comfortable.
• Gayatri (6/5): Climb with luggage changes the comfort levels of a vacation - Did not like that there was no mention of the climb up to the flat - it’s was a struggle to get bags up the ancient 4-5 flights up even though it was second floor . Was damp and dark and the toilet was very narrow , was overall a stuffy apartment . Smelt dusty and there was a problem with the air conditioner . The host was quite worried about his review and rating and not about the guest experience . Would not recommend
• Niroshni (10/5): Perfect stay in Florence - Location of this apartment was perfect. Felt more local than touristy, beautiful little piazzas nearby, great food and drinks spots. Easily accessible to walk to all attractions in stunningly beautiful Florence, yet away from noise and the bustle. Apartment was spacious and had all amenities one would need. Danielle was easily contactable and very helpful and friendly. Nothing!
