• Muhammad Omer (10/5): A Calm and Serene Family Experience - - The host explained everything in advance and was very helpful in every single way. - The property had almost every amenity a family needs and was in excellent condition and quality. - The location of the place is ideal after busy Praha or busy citities tours. Nothing.

• Friedemann (9/5): - Ein gepflegtes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung am Waldrand. Wanderwege beginnen direkt beim Haus. Kleine Geschäfte im Ort. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen.

• Hergett (10/5): - Wunderschönes, modernes, sauberes Haus mit allem was man braucht. Kamin, Fussbodenheizung, tolle Terrasse, eigene Sauna, eigener Pool, Grill und vieles mehr. Ruhige Lage an der Moldau, aber man ist in einer halben Stunde in Prag. Sehr nette Gastgeber, die viele Tipps für Ausflüge bereit haben. Sehr gern wieder.
• Piotr (10/5): - Dom świetnie przygotowany. Czysto, drewno do kominka przygotowane. Piękne widoki za oknem. Cisza i spokój :)
• Ivan (10/5): - Ubytování bylo velmi příjemné a klidné, ideální pro odpočinek. Chata je čistá, dobře vybavená a odpovídá popisu i fotografiím. Oceňujeme zahradu, terasu a možnost grilování. Lokalita je tichá a vhodná pro rodiny nebo menší skupinu přátel, kteří hledají klid. Komunikace s hostitelem byla bezproblémová, vše proběhlo hladce. Rádi bychom se sem v budoucnu vrátili.
• Felix (10/5): Perfect off-city accommodation in short distance to Prague - We had a really great stay! The accommodation is beautifully furnished, everything was spotlessly clean and super cozy. The underfloor heating kept it pleasantly warm—perfect for feeling at home. We especially loved the sauna and the pool, which were just brilliant for relaxing. The hosts were also super friendly and welcoming. All in all, a great stay, highly recommended! That we had to go home after our stay.. :)

• Marzzi91 (10/5): Super Wochenende mit Freunden. - Wir hatten ein tolles Wochenende in dieser Unterkunft. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt, Kaffeeautomat, Mirkowelle, ein n paar Gewürze, Küchenutensilien, genügend Handtücher,... Das gesamte Haus war sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtete. Den Pool konnten wir im November natürlich nicht nutzen, dafür aber die Sauna mit super Ausblick. Das Haus besitzt eine Klimaanlage und Fußbodenheizung und ist damit für jede Jahreszeit geeignet.

• Susanne (10/5): Außergewöhnlich und ruhig - Sehr schöne Unterkunft, gemütlich und sauber in ruhiger Lage. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Schön fanden wir, dass ausreichend Holz für den Ofen vorbereitet war, vielen Dank dafür Wir hatten nichts zu beanstanden

• arjan (9/5): Fijn en mooi huis - Het zwembad en terras. Ingang van de tuin is erg smal met de auto.
• Petra (10/5): - Úžasné místo, cítili jsme se jako doma. Vše čisté, velmi pohodlná postel, zatemnění venkovními žaluziemi a absolutní klid - výborně jsme se vyspali. Skvěle vybavená kuchyně, vstřícná paní majitelka. Moc rádi se příští rok vrátíme!
• Peter (1/5): - Vi har lejet mange sommerhus, men ikke prøvet som dette. Ejer skrev de ville mødes med os ved ankomst, så de kunne vise os og forklar om huset. Kort før ankomst får vi en nøglekode. Vi bemærker ikke der er overvågningskameraer, men vi modtager en mail fra ejer, at de kan se vi har parkeret forkert. Overningskamera bruge til indtjekning. Det står hverken på booking.com eller i mailen vi får tilsendt. Vi synes dette var meget ubehageligt. Der er 2 kameraer og det ene peger mod poolen, hvad der ikke burde være nødvendigt. Kan ikke anbefale dette sted. Vi har overført 150 Euro i depositum, men vi har ikke fået nogen opgørelse over el eller vand. Vi kunne heller ikke se vand- eller elmåler, så vi ved ikke hvad vi har brugt.
• Gertruud (10/5): Mooie, luxe, moderne woning met heerlijk zwembad. - Prachtig, modern ingerichte woning met een heerlijk zwembad (moet het wel goed weer zijn 🤣). De eigenaar niet gezien, maar via whatsapp goed contact gehad. Dagje dierentuin Praag is aan te raden.
• Frank (8/5): Schönes Haus - Schönes,modern eingerichtetes Haus. Schöner Pool, alles war super sauber. Die Zu.-und Einfahrt ist gewöhnungsbedürftig.
• Monika (10/5): Exceptional - We wholeheartedly recommend the Budka. A beautiful, quiet place. Very clean. The owners very warm and friendly. The area is quiet, close to Prague.
• Nazarii (9/5): Superb - We really enjoyed our vacation at this place. The couple who rent this house are very nice people. They were very polite and friendly, explained and showed us everything we needed. It was nice that they spoke not only Czech but also English. The place is very quiet and peaceful, there are lots of trees around and beautiful nature. There are many amenities in the house, which made us happy. And a special pleasure is the private pool :) The only drawback to this lovely place was the lack of air conditioner or fan
