• Weslyn (9/5): Superb - The apartment is very spacious. The kitchen has everything we need. There are some bars nearby. It could be a bit noisy in the evening when people leave the bar and pass by the apartment.
• Cutri (9/5): Overall we enjoyed our stay at this property. Very convenient and surrounded by lots of eateries. - The location was great, very central, walkable to all main attractions and surrounded by good eateries and restaurants. The beds were comfortable. The property was also equipped well with pots and pans, coffee maker, good olive oil and coffee etc very practical for families who want to cook a meal. We had a great stay as a family of 6. The mosquitoes were a pain, not feedback on the property itself but perhaps additional screens can be installed to help keep out the mosquitoes.
• Yiyin (1/5): Non-Functioning AC and Poor Service - Good location Our stay at Borgo Pinti was extremely disappointing. The air conditioning in one bedroom was broken, making it unbearable in 30°C heat. Despite multiple calls, the promised fan never arrived, and the property manager was rude and unresponsive. Additionally, we were promised a partial refund, which we never received. I do not recommend this property due to poor maintenance and lack of integrity.

• Juliana (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was beautiful, very clean and centrally located. So many restaurants and shops nearby and all the Florence "must-sees" are within walking distance. Communication with the host was excellent and access to the apartment was very convenient. The kitchen was fully equipped and there was even a washer machine. I would love to stay here again if we ever return to Florence.

• Michal (10/5): A perfect experience at a perfect apartment - The location was PERFECT! So close to the center and everything you need. The apartment is very big and allowed a family of 5 to each have their space while spending the time together on this vacation. We will absolutely be back to Firenze and for sure take this apartment again As it is close to the center it was somewhat noisy at night. We had to turn the AC to counter the noise.

• Meris (9/5): it was a lovely stay and I would recommend it if you can manage a few flights of stairs with heavy luggages! - this property was huge and well equipped with everything we needed. the location was great as well, close to many things! the host was also very helpful and quick to reply to questions. the stairs were quite brutal since we had 4 very heavy luggages and the apt is not lift accessible.

• Murali (10/5): Exceptional - Access to city attractions...facility was neat and tidy. Would definitely recommend to my friends. Mother who is old aged couldn't climb the steps. Escalator would have been more convenient.
