• Tom (10/5): - Tiefgarage ist wirklich top für die Lage! Wohnung super sauber und schön! Alles wirklich optimal. Lager aber nicht direkt 4th street sondern weiter hinten.. leider wird es auch nicht ganz dunkel in den Schlafzimmern und es ist recht laut draußen durch eine Bar und Verkehr.

• Peripatetic_ (6/5): Good, roomy unit in good location, but management is quite sketchy/scammy. Dirty floors. - Comfortable, easy access, and plenty of convenience to the neighborhood all around, though the alley behind the building has some sketchy characters. Great kitchen as well; in-unit washer/drier and reserved parking spot. Floors were quite dirty. ***The location on the map is *not* the location of the apartment, but rather the location of their office – the unit itself is up on 7th & Santa Monica Blvd.** When confronted about the false location listed on Booking.com, management did not provide a satisfactory explanation. Following our stay, we received a message promising a "$300 credit to any of our properties in CA and FL" for leaving a good review. Left a good review, highlighting the benefits listed above, but management then denied that they could see the review, and stopped responding to messages. Called the phone number, who claimed he was the owner of the property (though when I spoke to him previously about early check-in, he had claimed to work for management), and insisted that I send messages via Booking.com – which I had done, but which were not responded to. The unit itself is fine, but I would beware of this management company and their properties.
• Vitali (8/5): Sauberes geräumiges Appartement. - Die Unterkunft war sauber und hatte eine gute Lage. Alles war vorhanden was man benötigt. Lediglich der Ausblick auf die hinter liegende Straße. Hier lag im Müllhaus der ganze Müll rum, wobei hierfür der Vermieter nichts kam.
• Cristina (10/5): - The apartment was very comfortable and perfect for our stay. We were three adults and a baby, and we felt very comfortable. The host was always very attentive and responded quickly to all our questions.
• Martin (1/5): They are cheating with the adress of the apartment ! ! ! - Aparment is quite OK They are cheating with the adress of the apartment ! ! ! Booking.com saying it is on the 3rd street (map info) / 4th street (description), ....but at the end, You are sent to the 7th street...and nobody cares, nobody communicates. One of two toillets doesnt work, You can't get to the balcony because the blind is still drawn and it is impossible to move it up or down...and nobody cares !

• Ray (10/5): The best place ever - We love this place soo much that we are hoping to return next year it's beautiful apartment perfect for 2 couples or a family of 3 super close to Santa Monica pier and parking is free we couldn't have been happier usually we stay at the Hilton but this was much more private

• Mark (1/5): Breach of Contract - on arrival we were sent to an alternative appartment which was 3 blocks away from our original booking and next to a construction site which started work at 5.30am. Don't trust this owner to fulfill his contract. We were let down badly.
• Adam (10/5): Better than we were expecting and perfect for what we need - Clean, good location, good size, great kitchen Only a very tiny negative but a better balcony area Would have been great to sit out on.
• Lenka (10/5): Recommended, worth to stay and come back! - The apartment was super clean, beds very confortable, good TV, super good location close to Santa Monica mall and all restaurants Poor view to the neighbour window (to be fair good view wasnt promised anyway) but its just missing some nice view.
