• Alejandro (7/5): Good value in a great location, but showing its age - The location is hard to beat — right in the heart of the Old Quarter, which made everything walkable. The room was comfortable enough for a few nights and the price was fair. Staff were a real highlight: always helpful and welcoming with a smile! On the downside, the room felt a bit run down and could use some updating — the photos on the site give a more flattering impression, probably taken a while back. A bit noisy in the early hours, which is expected given the location. Breakfast was simple but did the job.

Белье старое, застиранное не приятного серого цвета. Стены обшарпанные. Фото видимо сделаны давно. 3.Завтрак нормальный. 4.Персонал старается, но это не может исправить общего впечатления об отеле.

Water room clean and amenities daily There is no pool but there is so much to do we wouldn’t have used it much. Excellent pressure and hot water in the shower. Free local tour on site. Book the transport from the airport via Sena for a smooth journey ( we had to have the staff chase down our cab and retrieve overcharging for us!! Amazing help!!)

Really comfy mattress and powerful hot shower. Decent WiFi and loved that there was an HDMI cable I could use to plug my laptop into the tv. Night 1 there was a cockroach in the bathroom so despite the comfy bed I didn’t sleep well any night expecting the cockroach to reappear. Ants on dressing table. No windows in the room (sneaky pictures made it looked like there was a window but this opened into a closed, dark shaft so no natural sunlight in room). Charging points in awkward places around the room and light could only be controlled by the door. Breakfast was poor - they offered egg options and I asked for poached eggs and was given a pancake. I clarified I wanted poached eggs and 20mins later they were still nowhere to be seen. A different day I asked for an omelette and it was full of egg shells - gave up on the hotel breakfast after that.

I think the hotel owner push the staff to ask high review scores. It is very common in Vietnam. So don't fall for the high reviews. The hotel is just ok. The staff is doing their best but they can't improve the hotel conditions. I stayed 3 different hotel in Hanoi in different times. This was the worst one. Breakfast is poor but ok. Photos at booking.com are not up to date.

Hanna and David are incredible—super friendly and always ready to help. They genuinely made sure we had no doubts about anything and were always checking in on us. The breakfast is great, and the staff there is very attentive. It was the perfect way to start our days. We also booked our airport transfers and tours to Ha Long Bay and Ninh Binh directly through them. Everything ran like clockwork: punctual, professional, and zero stress. It made our trip so much easier to have everything organized by people we could trust. If you’re coming to Hanoi, this is definitely the place to stay. Thanks again to the whole team!

They were always to greet you and always served with a smile. They organised our Halong bay cruise and assisted with currency exchange. Breakfast was average and enough to start of your day. Complimentary water. Location was great , walking distance to most attractions and lake. Best rooms are the ones at the front of the hotel. Unfortunately there was construction in the street like everywhere in Vietnam so not the fault of hotel but there is noise in the middle of the night just FYI for light sleepers
