Zeina (9/5): Superb - Very spacious, clean and modern apartment There is no day light whatsoever. You can’t tell if it’s night or day. It’s not a problem if you don’t plan on staying indoors a lot. It’s a shame as it really is a nice place
Niki (6/5): Disappointing accommodation - The location ! Disappointing accommodation Although the location of this apartment is excellent, the amenities are lacking. We did not find the Greek hospitality we are accustomed to. The apartment was not particularly clean when we arrived but the situation only got worse over our 9 day stay. No particular care was taken to change our towels, sheets, take out the trash or freshen up the apartment. The lack of heating in the apartment made for cool evenings and wet towels that didn’t dry between our morning showers. When I contacted the service provider after one week in the apartment to ask for a short cleaning intervention, I was told that I had to pay extra for that (very basic) service. At almost 200 euros per night, it was slim pickings.
Kerem (6/5): Good location, not worth the money! - Location was quite good if you're aiming to stay in the rather chic part of the city. The property management is awfully unhelpful in terms of making changes to the reservation. We encountered a force majeure event and we asked to check-in one day later and obviously not pay for the night we didn't stay. Still they charged us the whole amount, despite our efforts in explaining the reason for the request. If you're traveling during winter time, make sure the central heating is working properly. During our stay, we could only heat the apartment with AC and the floors were super cold.
