• Divya (6/5): Decent stay - Overall stay was decent. apartment size was good for 4 people and had 2 bathrooms. Location was good. Quiet neighborhood. Car parking space was available probably because it was month of August and Milan was deserted except for in the city centre. There was also an elevator which is good. Check in - we had to wait for more than 30 minutes in the heat downstairs because the host did not open the main gate despite several attempts of ringing the bell downstairs and calling his cell. Apparently his phone was dead so he didn't get the notifications. There were no extra towels (just 1 big 1 small for each guest) if you are staying for longer time, would advise to keep few extra towels. We didn't know that hot water had limited capacity until we received check in instructions. By the time 4th person would shower there would be no hot water and we had to wait 20 minutes or more for water to heat up. The kitchen sink had somewhat like split over food stains and wasn't cleaned properly.

• Andrew (10/5): Perfect apartment with everything we needed - Very well equipped, beautifully presented and very spacious. Everything you needed for a long weekend break. Great location for us to be close to friends and family in that part of the city, but still close enough and easy to get to central Milan. Nothing bad to say

• Jennifer (6/5): Spacious apartment but disappointing stay - The location is good for transport links, there is a supermarket a few streets away. Spacious apartment with 2 bathrooms. Electric shutters that block out light. Very clean- floors and bathrooms. We originally booked an early check in. I message the host that we were arriving by 12. He agreed I could leave the cases at 1pm but the apartment wouldn't be ready until 3pm. On arrival we were met by a cleaner who said we could leave the cases but he wouldn't be finished until 4pm. Laughed at our frustration. If we had prior warning we would have changed our plans rather than waste the day hanging around the property. We asked where the coffee machine was (as advertised) or if there was a kettle and if there were any spare pillows as there were 4 for 4 people. He said I could boil a pan for hot water and he would get back to me on pillows. I am still waiting. I found the host very rude. Please note this is a residential property so there was a fair bit of noise from the bar below and the apartment above, it was TVs until the early hours and then washing machines from about 6am. For the price I was disappointed. We did turn the oven on but then opened the door to the smell of baked on grease so chose not to use it (with it being next to the second bed)
• Erez (9/5): Superb - We stayed in the apartment—an adult and two teenagers. All communication with the host was done online and the response was quick. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. It’s located about a 3-minute walk from the metro station, and there’s a large supermarket about 10 minutes away. We highly recommend the apartment and would be happy to stay there again
• Gheorghe (9/5): Superb - Nice location flat is spacious and clean Not the owner fault..but the neighbours from above are walking day and night in high heels with almost no break ..its beyond undeestanding...but i repeat its not the landlord fault
• Margarita (9/5): Great place next to the center of Milan - Everything was fine: the apartment is fully equipped and has everything you may need for a short stay. The location is great, next to a metro station and a tram stop. In 5 min walking distance, there's a huge supermarket with anything you may dream of. The only thing (that is unfortunately cannot be fixed) is the thin walls and bad sound isolation. You can hear everything the neighbors do and sometimes even what they're talking about. However, it wasn't too disturbing, so we liked the place anyway.
• Maksym (9/5): Superb - Everything was beautiful: location, cleanest, facilities. The kitchen is fully equipment: microwave, oven, stove, tableware. I was provided clear instruction for key access. Everything was beautiful. The only thing it is good to have is kettle. It is not very convenient to make a tea in a saucepan.

• Lucian (9/5): Great host, always helpful, the apartment is nicely furnished in Ikea style, but also has some low rating topics. - Two beds, two bathrooms, high water pressure, enough space Too flat pillows, not enough room in the kitchen table, very thin toilet paper, no detergent for the washing machine, a coffee machine would be helpful, too loudy from outside, also from inside the building, walls are quite thin.

• Robert (9/5): Clean and comfortable for 2 couples - two seperate bathrooms are a fantastic thing. You can get enough privacy for two couples. Metro/Underground was quite near. Good pub next door.

• Roxane (10/5): Super clean - Everything was perfect, the appartement is really clean and we arrive early and we were able to leave our luggage. The appartement is a short walk from the transportation and only 20min from the city center which was really great. Also the bar/cofee place just below is great. There is also free and paid parking just in front of it. Everything was great thank you. Everything was perfect, maybe just some coffee will be nice :)
