• giorgio (10/5): - Indipendentemente dalla facciata dello stabile in linea di stile con tutti gli altri , entrando ricompensa pienamente quello che si ci aspetta. Complimenti per quanto proposto ai viaggiatori , complimenti ai gestori che hanno saputo offrire un servizio professionale e cordiale.

La douche n’avait pas de pression et elle passait du brûlant à très froid rapidement. La nuit il faisait relativement jour dans la chambre. Les portes des autres chambres grinçaient.

• Roberto (9/5): Schönes apartment mit Flair in mitten der Altstadt - Das Appartment liegt in der Altstadt ganz nah von Piazza Dante und Via Toledo. Die Gastgeberin war ausgesprochen freundlich. Super nett, total zuvorkommend und sehr sympathisch.
• Linda (8/5): - Clean and spacious room We only booked this accommodation because it had a kitchen as we wanted to cook and save money on not eating out but there was no cooking facilities and not many plates, cups or cutlery for the amount of people in the accommodation. Also there were no recycling facilities in the property.

• Marketa (8/5): Ubytovani bylo ciste a prijemne :) Nize jen sdilim par navrhu na zlepseni - Komunikace pred zahajenim pobytu s hostitelem. Hostitelka zmenila kod uprostred terminu pobytu na vchodove dvere, nesly otevrit klicem a pri navratu do domu po 10pm, jsme museli slozite psat a dovolavat se pusteni do budovy pres whatsup. Takove zmeny jsou nutne posilat predem. Kod jsme sice dostali do cca 20min, ale nebylo to nic prijemneho. ———— Zde jsou napady na zlepseni: - osvetleni - zaridit lampicky k posteli. Hlavni svetli neni moc prijemne pro oci - nabijecka na usb C- nebyla tam rozdvojka, pokud nekdo nema konektor, nenabije si telefon/zarizeni - vybaveni pokoje - chybely hacky do koupelny, kreslo ci jine sezeni, protoze tv je prilis daleko - zaclony - nedostatecne a propoustely ven (nebyly dostatecne zatemnujici) - rozbite dvere ve sprse - majitelka chtela v prubehu pobytu nechat opravit (diky za to), ale doporucuji udelat opravy v dobe, kdy neni jikdo ubytovan, kdyz to neni hotelove zarizeni - spolecne prostory - v kuchyni chybely noze a nebylo mozne si nakrojit cokoliv. Dale nebyly doplneny toaletni papiry a na pokoji chybeli a byly dodany az po druhem upozorneni. Doporucuji pridat smetacek a koste.

• andrea (10/5): SEMPLICEMENTE PERFETTO!! - Sibilla è un ottimo alloggio in centro a Napoli, in perfetta posizione strategica, facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi, dall'aeroporto e dalla stazione centrale, comodo per raggiungere ogni attrattiva turistica della città. Zona tranquilla a 5 minuti dalla stazione Dante della metropolitana linea 1. Francesca, la host, è il vero valore aggiunto, gentilissima e sempre disponibile abbiamo comunicato a distanza sempre in tempo reale. Molto comodo il check-in e il check-out indipendente e la possibilità di lasciare in deposito le valige all'interno della struttura. Nulla.

We were a large group and used all 4 bedrooms available at the guest house, which were very clean and modern, and great communication from the host. Wish we could stay longer, would definitely come back!

La camera si trova in una via tranquilla di Napoli, a pochi passi da Piazza Dante e dalla metropolitana, posizione perfetta per raggiungere facilmente i Quartieri Spagnoli, Spaccanapoli e via Toledo. L’alloggio è situato in un appartamento di un tipico stabile napoletano, completamente ristrutturato e moderno, con cucina in comune e deposito bagagli a disposizione degli ospiti. Francesca, la host, è una ragazza giovane, molto disponibile e sempre attenta alle esigenze dei clienti. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Consigliatissimo! Consiglio: suggerisco che le lampade sul comodino piuttosto che con le pile siano collegate al cavo usb per una maggiore facilità di ricarica

• Andrea (10/5): A fantastic stay in the heart of beautiful Naples! - We had an amazing stay at this apartment in Naples. It was immaculately clean, which made a great first impression and kept things comfortable throughout our visit. The space was also very quiet, allowing us to relax and get a good night’s sleep after long days of sightseeing. The location was ideal, right in the heart of Naples with easy access to major attractions, restaurants, and public transport. I could walk to many places and felt safe and well-connected the entire time. The Dante metro station is conveniently close, which makes reaching the place from the train station quick and easy. The host was extremely helpful, friendly, and always easy to reach. Communication was smooth and prompt, and they went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone visiting Naples. It’s a perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and excellent hospitality. Nothing that we did not like, but be aware that there are a few flights of stairs to get to the apartment.

• Saviour (9/5): Pleasant stay - The cleanliness and attention to detail Although the apartment and rooms are very well kept and modern, it is situated in a run down building and not in a prime location. However the metro is only a few minutes walk away.

A sofa in the common area might be a nice addition to relax in the evening.

• Linda (10/5): Amazing host and spotless apartment! - The apartment was very clean and located within walking distance of the town center. It was comfortable and situated in a safe environment. What impressed us the most was the hospitality and kindness of our host, Francesca. Communication was very easy and pleasant, she was extremely accommodating. We even got cute little gift when arrived. Truly one of the best hosts I’ve ever met. Everything was great! The only small suggestion would be to add a few more hooks in the bathroom for hanging towels, useful especially when more people are staying. But honestly – everything was wonderful, and we were very happy with our stay.

• Arthur (8/5): Cost effective and convenient for airport. - I was unsure about the place when we first arrived with the kids but it was actualy a clean, safe / secure and comfortable retreat from the city of Naples. Francesca was amazing, helped us to check in around midnight and leave around 5am - pre booked a taxi for us and was always available to help us if we needed anything. It was good value for money too. 15 min drive to airport or 1hr walk ( i did both twice ). The room was ideal but its hard to say exceptional when we only stayed here because it was convenient for arrival / departure at the airport and collection / drop off of the hire car which we used to tour the amalfi coast - it is close to the airport and had cafes / restaurants close by. I wouldn't visit Naples otherwise. It's on a steep and narrow one way street and the room is on the second floor - we were fine but others may struggle with the stairs. I wouldn't park a hire car here, its way too tight and likely to get bumped - I collected mine after staying here for the first night. Also Naples is very loud - even at night, very busy, very dirty, lot's of litter and graffiti, and traffic / driving is ridiculous.

Imagen I bought online from local shop some spare parts for my old Vespa, and she took up the delivery and left on my room when I arrived to get them. Location is perfect as all worlds best pizzerias are in 700m, you can walk most of the parts of the city. Metro station Dante is very close. Rooms are new, clean and equipped with everything. 10/10 Thin pillows, I wish there was a medium thicker pillows! But the host will upgrade them for sure.

The neighborhood and the building weren’t nice. My daughter said it was spooky but it was the old look of the street and buildings what surprised us.

There was even a secure place to leave your luggage if you came earlier than the check in time and if you want to leave it for more time after you check out.

• Veronika (10/5): It’s simply perfect! - The apartment was amazing, beautiful, perfectly clean and very comfortable. Location and view are perfect as well, it’s a maximum 10 minute walk from the centre, in a quiet, but wide and safe street, really close to public transport too. Francesca is the best host I can imagine, she is extremely helpful and very very communicative, we were in contact from the day of the booking and she answered all of our questions with thought and care. She even let us leave our luggage in a locked wardrobe in a camera-secured room before check-in & after check-out, while we walked around the city. I don’t think we could have chosen a better apartment for our stay, we loved coming back there at night after a tiring day. 100% recommended, we will definitely come back! 😍
