• Caroline (8/5): Ideal for a long weekend stay - The location is great. The bed is comfortable and firm enough, a huge tv, and clean bathroom There was a smell coming from the drain of the toilet that was not nice, but it was really located by the floor grid there and did not reach the bedroom. There is a step to go to the bathroom. Fortunately the area is lit all night with the room fire exit so I didn’t fall down, but I suggest wearing an eye mask and ear plugs if you like your deep sleep
• Lara (9/5): It was perfect - Location is great. Room is clean and has everything you need for a citytrip. The check-in and check-out worked perfectly and was really easy. They wanted us to take out the trash by ourselves, but after asking why it was okay.

• Grazia (8/5): Ideale per visitare Atene a piedi - Soggiorno di 3 notti molto piacevole. La struttura si trova in una posizione eccellente per visitare Atene a piedi e raggiungere facilmente i principali punti di interesse. Stanza pulita e ben insonorizzata, ideale per un soggiorno di qualche notte. Facilmente raggiungibile anche dall’aeroporto (metro diretta per Monastiraki). Il prezzo è un po’ alto, ma credo dipenda dalla posizione davvero strategica. Unica pecca, la biancheria non viene cambiata automaticamente, ma l’host la fornisce su richiesta con un costo aggiuntivo.

• Randa (8/5): Good location - Comfortble Room - Value for money - The room was clean and comfortable AC, TV, Dehumidifier, kettle and water heater in the bathroom. Location was great, a 3 min walk from Ermou easy keyless experience. The area is safe. Host very helpful and responsive.

The only small drawback was that for two of the nights we were there, there was an electronic music street festival on the adjacent street that blared music until 11 pm. It was quite the scene! But they finally shut down at it was fine.

Benché non fosse pubblicizzata una vista particolare, avrei gradito sapere, al momento della prenotazione, che la stanza era su un retro (come da foto). Mi sembra un’informazione non secondaria.
• Egmont (8/5): Sehr angenehm, reibungslos und unkompliziert, wie beworben… - Mitten im Herzen vom Ausgehviertel Psyrri, in Laufweite von Akropolis, Monastiraki, der Einkaufsstrasse Ermou — für einen Kurzurlaub gut geeignet. Sehr komfortables Bett. Bequemes Einchecken, problemlose Kommunikation. Sehr professionell geführtes Etablissement. Persönlich fand ich, etwas zu viel süßlicher Duft nach Reinigung des Zimmers, was aber nach Durchlüften schnell verflog.

• Kinga (8/5): pobyt wspominam bardzo dobrze, lokalizacja była wspaniała ale jest kilka drobiazgów do poprawy - ładny pokój, wygodne wejście kodem-klucze nie są potrzebne. Dźwięki z zewnątrz nie są słyszalne i nie utrudniają snu a przy takiej lokalizacji liczyłam się z tym - miłe zaskoczenie! niestety zielone światło znaku „wyjście ewakuacyjne” nad drzwiami utrudnia spanie i było powodem kilku pobudek w trakcie mojego pobytu. pokój był taki jak na zdjęciach, niestety było tylko jedno krzesło a na zdjęciach były widoczne dwa; przydałaby się druga przejściówka w łazience, skoro i czajnik i suszarka mają inne wtyczki niż gniazdka. Ściany na korytarz świetnie przepuszczają dźwięki i doskonale w środku nocy słychać ludzi, którzy wracają.

• Hanu (8/5): The stay at the property was worth the cost i guess - The location of the property is right close to the city center and most of the spots are at walking distance. Access to the apartment was with the codes which gives more flexibility in check-in and check-out. It would be nice if the travellers get some additional towels to use. I know there is an option to book extra things but sometimes there won't be enough time.

Ολα τέλεια, απλά Παρασκευή και Σάββατο ειναι πιο ζωντανά στην περιοχή!Λογικό όμως γιατι τα εχεις ολα κυριολεκτικά στα πόδια σου!

Kendi evimiz gibi gayet de güvenli şifreli otel Asansör çok eski korktuk açıkçası kalacak mıyız diye ama kalmadık:) bir de oda her gün temizlenmiyordu ancak söyleyince temizleniyor o biraz garip onun dışı sevmediğimiz bir şey yok

• Bar (10/5): Very good! - The room was very nice and spacious, everything was clean and comfortable. Right in the middle of Psyri so there’s a lot of stuff to do right under the building, but you can’t hear anything from the room :) There’s no one there (like a reception) but the costumer service were always available by messages, I had a problem once with the lock and they came right away to fix it!!

• Charis (1/5): Felt unsafed and ruined my holidays because of what happened. Imagine being in your bed and hearing the door opening not - - The location of the property is convenient and the room was clean. However, guest safety — the most fundamental requirement — was not ensured. During my stay, shortly after midnight, two individuals repeatedly tried to open my room door using the correct access code. Entry was prevented only because I had engaged the internal safety latch myself out of habit. The latch was not required or suggested by the property as a safety measure and cannot be considered sufficient protection. The property explained the incident by saying that the other guest randomly entered the correct code. This explanation did not reassure me nor ensure that a similar incident could not happen again. After this experience, I did not feel safe during my stay, which is a basic expectation for any accommodation.

• Tadeu (10/5): Top-notch studio in the heart of Athens! - Localização excepcional, perto de tudo, metrô, restaurantes, bares, e muitos pontos de visitação obrigatórios. Fácil de chegar e ir para o aeroporto até mesmo de metrô. De lá vc poderá andar para praticamente quase todo local de interesse. O studio era bem espaçoso, muito confortável e bem aparelhado. Comunicação com os anfitriões via eletrônica, mas funcionou bem. Estiveram sempre atentos, alertando com relação a paralizações nos sistemas de transporte e no que mais pudesse afetar a nossa estadia. Não consegui controlar direito a temperatura do chuveiro.

• Allegra (8/5): Weekend lungo ad Atene - Abbiamo alloggiato in questa struttura per tre notti. La posizione è ideale, a 2 minuti a piedi dal centro, ma comunque silenziosa. C'è l'ascensore. La stanza è ampia, ristrutturata da poco. Il materasso è comodo. Il bagno è ampio, la doccia molto comoda. Ci è stato permesso di lasciare i bagagli prima di effettuare il check-in, ma non dopo aver fatto check-out. La pulizia è sicuramente da rivedere: abbiamo trovato capelli su pavimento della camera e in bagno, e in generale la camera non sembrava pulita bene
• Eirini (10/5): Εξαιρετικο - Ήταν ένα πεντακάθαρο διαμέρισμα με όλες τις ανέσεις Οι κλειδαριές τόσο της γενικής εξώπορτας όσο και του διαμερίσματος ήταν ασφαλείας και δεν χρειαζόταν να κρατάμε κλειδί /, πράγμα που μας ευκόλυνε ιδιαίτερα Η τοποθεσία κοντά στο metro κεντρικά Το Ψυρρή σφύζει από ζωή. Τα παράθυρα είναι ηχομονωτικα αλλά το Σαββατοκύριακο μπορείς να αντιληφθείς ότι βρίσκεσαι σε ένα τόπο με διασκέδαση

• Maria Rosaria (10/5): Consigliatissimo - Posizione ottima, in centro (proprio fuori dal portone un localino di Loukoumades ... squisiti😋 Finestre insonorizzate, pertanto il vociare della strada non disturbava affatto. Appartamento molto comodo e ben tenuto. Staff fisicamente assente, ma molto presente e disponibile tramite chat: chiedono come procede il soggiorno e rispondono subito. Consiglio di mettere a disposizione del materiale per le pulizie (panno swiffer per pavimenti ad esempio): per chi rimane più giorni/notti sarebbe molto utile.

• kyriakos (2/5): Δεν είμαι καθόλου ευχαριστημένος - Μόνο το κρεβάτι Αρχίζω απο το να μπείς στο δωμάτιο πρεπει να περάσεις απο 3 στάδια ασφαλειας και να περιμένεις μεχρι να ανοίξουν οι πόρτες που θες καπου 10-15 δευτερόλεπτα και η πόρτα οταν την ασφαλίσεις κουνιόταν , η τηλεόραση ειναι smart tv αλλα δεν εχει κανάλια ελληνικά και οπως το ανεφερα μου ειπανε έχει υπηρεσία οπως netflix και αλλά συνδρομητικά κανάλια αλλά εμεις δεν εχουμε υπηρεσία σε αυτα οπότε χάλια,μπηκαμε για μπάνιο το νερό κρύο δεν ζεσταίνεται το είχα περίπου 15 λεπτά αλλα τίποτα και οταν μετακοινησα λιγο εφυγε και η σωλήνα του μπάνιου ηταν απο εξαρχής χαλασμένο και το ανέφερα αυτο και μου ειπανε να στείλουμε καποια φαση καποιο υδραυλικό αλλα δεν ειχανε καποια αλλη λύση να μας αλλάξουν δωμάτιο ,βγαίνουμε απο το μπάνιο μουσκεμα και παγωμένα παίρνουμε την πετσέτα και ειναι σκισμένη Ειμαι περιεργος με τόσο καλα σχόλια που εχουν αυτα τα διαμερίσματα ποιος ο λόγος αλλα μπορεί να ειναι το συγκεκριμένο δωμάτιο που πήγα εγω

• Robert (10/5): Pretty much perfect. - Loved the apartment and the location. Excellent facilities, very good communication. With the windows closed, it is also exceptionally quiet for such a central location. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Athens.

Check in on line efficientissimo con gestione di tutto il necessario tramite portale dedicato (comprensivo di suggerimenti e info per girare la città) super comodo.

• Agata (10/5): To był idealny pobyt i chętnie jeszcze się tam zatrzymam. - Świetna lokalizacja - zaraz przy metrze, którym dojedzie się tu z lotniska, w niewielkiej odległości od Akropolu i wszystkich głównych atrakcji miasta. Mój pokój nie wychodził na ulicę, tylko na jakąś ścianę, więc było cicho. Wszystko jest nowe, fajna łazienka, wygodne łóżko. Jest nawet lodóweczka i mikrofala oraz french press do kawy. Wszystko było super.

• María Laura (10/5): - Excelente ubicación y hermoso departamento. Nos brindaron mucha información para disfrutar a pleno los días que estuvimos en Atenas. Definitivamente los volvería a elegir!

• Anaïs (9/5): - L’emplacement est génial, le logement est spacieux et confortable. Le seul bémol était l’absence de volets. Il y a avait des rideaux assez opaques mais le jour rentrait quand même dans la chambre.

• Séverine (7/5): Séjour incroyable dû à l'emplacement exceptionnel mais gros problème de luminosité la nuit à régler. - Emplacement exceptionnel, literie top, informations d'arrivées et départ top, propreté top. LA LUMINOSITE LA NUIT. HORRIBLE ! Pas de volets donc nous passons la nuit à ne pas pouvoir dormir à cause de la lumière de la rue car les rideaux sont trop fins, il faudrait au minimum des rideaux ultra occultants. De plus, un logo lumineux vert indiquant la sortie du logement a été installé pendant notre séjour, il dégage une lumière insupportable la nuit, nous avons du mettre un T.shirt dessus pour pouvoir dormir correctement et enfin, le détecteur de fumée emet des flash lumineux toute la nuit !!!!! Faites quelque chose !!!!!!

• Michel (8/5): Très bien - Chambre très propre et très bien placée Très très bruyant. Chambre sur rue. Et les fermetures des portes avec codes électriques très pratiques mais un peu angoissante quand on est clostrophobe car peur de rester enfermé en cas de panne électrique

• denycarvas (9/5): - La ubicación, cerca de la estación monasteraki, muy céntrico, cerca de bares y restaurantes. Muy bello. Se escuchaba un poco el ruido externo. Lo más malo fue que había un letrero de salida dentro de la habitación, encendido siempre, lo que molestaba para dormir
