Possibilité de prendre une douche après le check-out, ce qui peut être vraiment top si vous avez un long trajet derrière car il fait très chaud et très pollué à Hanoï. On entendait beaucoup les bruits de la rue tôt le matin, alors qu'on était au 7ème étage. Le petit-déjeuner pourrait être meilleur.

• Lyndon Wayne (10/5): - Fiona welcomed us and arranged all our stay. This included transfers and advice on local attractions. I know this is common in most hotels, but Fiona and all the staff we met, were exceptional. From the welcoming drink in the foyer, to the complementary fruit and wine in the room, the service was truly exceptional. The staff are charming and smile all the time, they are well trained, professional and smartly dressed, a true delight to interact with. The rooms, we stayed in, two, as we went to Halong Bay and returned to the hotel, both were very roomy, tastefully decorated and exceptionally clean. The location is great, train street is a 10 minute walk and there's a geart restaurant just around the corner. If and when I return to Hanoi, I will certainly stay at this hotel. Nothing.

Las 2 habitaciones, estupendas; limpias, amplias y cómodas y el desayuno muy bueno. El personal, excelente. Agradecemos mucho el detalle del hotel de guardarnos las maletas después de nuestro Check-in porque nuestro avión salía a las 12 de la noche y permitir que nos diéramos una ducha antes de salir para el aeropuerto y después de haber estado todo el día recorriendo Hanoi con temperaturas altas.
• Franziska (10/5): Perfekt… das Hotel mit dem Service muss man erlebt haben - Es stimmte einfach alles. Wir fühlten uns wie die Könige. Jeder Wunsch wurde einem von den Augen abgelesen. Wir schliefen im „neuen“ Teil des Hauses, welcher im Juni 2025 eröffnet wurde. Moderne Zimmer, ein ultra bequemes Bett, frisches Obst, Wasserflaschen und eine Flasche Wein standen im Zimmer für uns parat. Begrüßt wurden wir persönlich von den lieben Menschen der Rezeption direkt als wir aus dem Auto ausstiegen. 2 Pagen kümmerten sich um unser Gepäck. Die beiden Herren stehen unermüdlich den ganzen Tag vor der Tür und öffnen den Gästen mit einem herrlichen Lächeln und einer freundlichen Begrüßung die Tür. Nach einem feuchten Tuch und umfangreichen Informationen zum Hotel wurden wir persönlich zu unserem Zimmer begleitet. Dieses Hotel lässt keinen Wunsch offen und wir können es jedem empfehlen. Getoppt wurde der Service bei unserem checkout. Wir haben nichts erwartet und wurden mit einem kleinen Verabschiedungsgeschenk überrascht. Der Service nahm kein Ende denn unser Rückflug ging erst spät am Abend. Also wurde uns angeboten, dass Gepäck aufzubewahren und bei Abholung im Duschraum eine frische Dusche zu nehmen, um nicht verschwitzt zum Flughafen fahren zu müssen. Das Grab stand vor der Tür und es wurden uns 2 Wasserflaschen mit auf die Fahrt gegeben… jeder Mitarbeiter war zu jeder Zeit freundlich, zuvorkommend und äußerst angenehm. Wir waren sprachlos und waren froh, zum Abschluss unserer Vietnamreise dieses Hotel gewählt zu haben. Wir kommen sehr sehr gern wieder… Nichts weil alles perfekt war

Unser Familienzimmer war groß und komfortabel, mit 2 Zimmern und 2 Badezimmern. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls perfekt. Man konnte nicht kalt duschen, allerdings haben wir uns auch nicht nachgefragt.

There in an on-site spa and they do a wonderful job. My stay was short but jam-packed with excitement. Right in the middle of Old Hanoi Town, you have access to everything. There wasn’t anything I did not like about my stay. I had a wonderful stay.

Zeer attent en vriendelijk personeel. Vervoer vanaf de luchthaven werd perfect geregeld. Hetzelfde gold voor de simkaarten. Deze lagen klaar bij de receptie. 4 GB per dag , 28 dagen geldig voor 300.000 VND. Bij vertrek werd nog geïnformeerd naar de rest van de reis. Zouden we vanuit Hanoi vertrekken, dan konden we gebruik maken van de douches en de koffers achterlaten, zonder te overnachten. Klasse. Al met al een aanrader. Niets

Breakfast good but not great, disappointing fruit, smoothly sour and staff not as professional as rest of hotel. The packed breakfast we good was the worst we had on our 3 month journey and we ended up throwing it away 😞😞

Location is pretty convenient from some of the attractions. The staffs were awesome. Was looking forward to using the gym facilities but it was not well maintained. Eggs were made to order, and clean-up service was brisk and efficient. The beds and pillows were very comfy. However, what makes this hotel shine is the customer service. Staff went out of their way to ensure your visit was perfect, and since it was our first time in Vietnam, we had a lot of questions and tour requests, which were handled promptly and always with a smile.

• Margie (10/5): Best stay you can have in Hanoi - If I could give more than a 10 I would. The staff are over the top great and did so much out of their way. The breakfast was fantastic and ordered the omelette because it's the best I've ever had. I felt sad leaving because they made me feel like family. Location was right in the heart of everything you would want to do. We walked everywhere. Very little, they could use more help at breakfast to take orders but they are so friendly and remember you when they see you it was so small, I hate to mention it.

My friends and I (4 ladies) stayed in a Family Suite, which has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It was clean, comfortable, and came with ample towels! The room, and the hotel in general, looks exactly like the pictures! Everyone on the staff was extremely welcoming and kind. I was there to celebrate my birthday, and when we got to the room the staff had decorated the room with balloons and other celebratory decorations. It was perfect. And, the breakfast was tasty with a nice spread of various types of breakfast items, including made to order pho. Thank you to the breakfast staff for the dessert and song the morning of my birthday. I highly recommend this hotel, and I really appreciate that they went the extra mile to help me celebrate my birthday. I look forward to my next stay! The only thing I didn't like was the gym. There's no railing on the stairs, and all of the equipment is placed extremely close to each other. It's also a very high traffic area for both guests and employees.

• Emerson Carlos Daniel (10/5): A wonderful stay with the most hospitable staff - This was our first accommodation in Vietnam of our romantic getaway, and it was a wonderful welcome into the country. We arrived at around 2 am, and the check in was a smooth and easy process. Communication was excellent. The hotel is excellently located, at just a short walk away from many attractions, including train street. The room itself is renovated, spacious and luxurious. Very comfortable all in all. Additionally, I had asked for the anniversary package, and it was well above my expectations. The additional flower arrangement was an amazing touch. After check out, the hotel allowed us to leave our luggage all day with them, and also gave us access to their wonderful shower room to freshen up before our overnight departure. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. I’d like to extend particular gratitude to Manh, Xuan, Martin and Kim for going above and beyond, making this a very memorable stay. Nothing

• nina (9/5): Mainio hotelli monipuolisella huonevalikoimalla. - Ihana henkilökunta! Kaikki olivat todella ystävällisiä, ammattitaitoisia ja kultaisia. Aamiainen oli hyvä, ja henkilökunta ravintolassa ystävällistä, osaavaa ja avuliasta. Perhesviitin twin-sängyillä varustetussa huoneessa ei ollut vaatekaappia tai mitään vaatesäilytyspaikkaa. Suurentava peili ja parempi valaistus kylpyhuoneessa olisi avuksi.

• Loganathan (10/5): Royal stay - Premium is newly build building next to acoustic hotel. Luca the pic upgrades the room for me to Royal. Very good stay and everything awesome
