• Helena (10/5): Rymligt och bekvämt! - Det var otroligt luftigt och fräscht! Badrum i varje sovrum. Lugnt gata. Bara att parkera utanför huset. Sköna sängar. Tvättstuga. Det var inte nära någon restaurang eller mataffär (gångavstånd).
• Martin (8/5): Beautiful home in a beautiful city. - The entry to the house was via a code for a complex door closure system. There was plenty of space and a multitude of bathrooms. For four adults and two teen-aged children, it seemed that everyone had a bathroom of their own. The washer/dryer pair were used often and were valuable. People reported that the beds weren't too comfortable. I had no issue with them. The major problem with the house was the HVAC system. When the AC was on the air was distributed to the rooms via ceiling vents at a very high flow rate. It got so that we had to turn the AC off in the evenings so that people on the lower level could sleep. The fan speed should really be set lower than it is.
• Sheila (8/5): Lovely home, pleasant stay. - The house was lovely, very clean, and the hosts were very accommodating. I merely asked about whether or not the house had a portable crib--they responded no, but immediately went out and bought one! I was quite impressed. Minimal backyard space and not a great neighborhood for walking to restaurants or shops.

• Anonymous (4/5): Nice house but lacking basic comforts - Location and house were great We had 6 people. There was only 1 glass, plate, bowl and utensil set for 6 people. We had to literally do dishes everything we ate. There were no basics like salt and pepper or coffee (just some left over grounds). The house was clean upon first look but was very dirty if you stared too long. The furnishings are minimal at best. Every bed is a memory foam so you have to like that type of mattress. We were not told that someone was living below- it's fine but we were a bit taken aback when someone walked onto the property and around the house- they were very polite and let us know they lived below in the basement unit. For the price we had to pay we expected higher quality accommodations.

• Amy (7/5): Good house for a large group in South Vancouver. 5 blks to airport/dwntwn public transit! - The house was large with many bedrooms and baths. The location was great; close to the airport and public transit to downtown. Jacky, the host, was super responsive and helpful! The house was as pictured on the listing. However, for the price, several things were lacking or in need of repair. -The house had a poorly stocked kitchen and only 1 bath towel per person (for a 4 nights) -I was told there was not a basement unit. The basement unit had a gathering of 6 people in the backyard. It would be helpful to have a blind on the kitchen door to the backyard for privacy from the basement unit renters -There were a few maintenance items: the dishwashers were not working, the garbage/recycling was overflowing, the front gate at the sidewalk doesn't close, the pavers at the gate are loose and a hazard.

• Sally (10/5): Exceptional - We liked the bathroom in every room, the high ceiling, clean, big beautiful house, and how accommodating they are to our request. It's the best. The beds were uncomfortable as they were very firm. We had to buy a topper. The bed also made us itchy.

• Shaun (9/5): Excellent home in a quiet neigbourhood, perfect for larger groups. - Lots of space, bathrooms in every bedroom, laundry on site, large kitchen, master suite has larger bathroom with jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. Lacking a few things in the kitchen, such as an oven mitt, dishcloth and towel, which we purchased at the dollar store and left for the next guests.

• George (4/5): Clean bathrooms and large space did not justify the price, especially a $250 cleaning charge! - Large open house with clean bathrooms in all 4 bedrooms. Very obvious that walls and window ledges have not been cleaned in a very long time! Clearly used as just a rental house with minimal care. Took awhile to find where foul smell in kitchen was coming from... food waste bucket under sink had not been emptied recently. Most of the empty kitchen cupboards were dirty.
