- Alessandra (8/5): Una settimana a Roma - La casa è carina e ristrutturata. La cucina funziona, il bagno anche. C'è un ingresso da ballatoio, che è anche l'unico "balcone", ma il contesto del palazzo è carino e sicuro. La casa è piuttosto fornita (phon, asse da stiro, macchina del caffè, televisione, aria condizionata ben funzionante). Il gestore è stato disponibile e gentile, risolvendo piccoli problemi tempestivamente. Io sono stata nell'alloggio una settimana, per lavoro, da sola, e nel complesso mi sono trovata bene. La zona a primo impatto può non piacere, ma in realtà è piuttosto tranquilla e piena di posti per cenare. Alcuni suggerimenti per migliorare l'appartamento: - mettere delle tende nelle finestrelle in alto lato coorte interna, es. in bagno. - pulire più approfonditamente la casa (al mio arrivo ho dovuto, ad esempio, dare una passata di scopa a terra e levare la polvere dagli armadi prima di metterci dentro i miei vestiti). - fornire sacchetti della spazzatura. - lasciare una bottiglia d'acqua in frigo. - mettere un cestino piccolo in bagno e un posacenere.
- Mauro (9/5): Comfortable place to rest after experiencing the greatness of Rome. - Location wise, the property has great access to multiple local business including restaurant, coffee places, bus stations, and relatively close to Termini (10-15 min walking). The property is well communicated via bus lines to the city centre and sites of interest.
