• Nick (6/5): Was ok, we had to buy items that should have been in the apartment already. - Location was great. Access was easy. Plenty of space and comfortable. No hand wash liquid in bathrooms. No hand towels in the bathrooms. Only one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom - we stayed 4-5 nights/days, had to purchase our additional paper. No towel to dry dishes. Tiny rubbish bin on kitchen bench that held nothing. Other rubbish bin was outside in the laundry with no bin liner. No instruction about rubbish collection. No floor mat/towel in the bathroom. Pillows in the bedrooms had a bad odor. Broken bottle opener, very limited kitchen items - not ideal if you want to cook dinner.
• Alfredo Luís Gomes (10/5): Espetacular! Indico com força. - Fui surpreendido positivamente com a hospedagem. Apartamento amplo, moderno com duas excelentes camas de casal (King size), tv nos quartos e sala, ar condicionado nos quartos e sala, toalhas novas e cheirosas, cozinha estruturada. Localização excelente a poucos metros do Arpoador com vários restaurantes, mercados e padarias. Só não gostei de ter ficado pouco tempo. rs
• Iván Nicolás (10/5): Muy recomendable. Volvería - Si, es tal cual se ve en las fotos. Súper cómodo y cerca de la playa de Ipanema, súper tranquila. Tenes todo cerca, bares, supermercado y tiendas. Zona segura
• Götz (6/5): - Die optimale Lage. 5 min Fußweg zum Strand. Viele Restaurants und Läden in der selben Straße. Metro vor dem Haus. Portier 24 Std..Gut ausgestattete Küche. Betten unbequem. Möbel waren primitiv und passten nicht zusammen. Nur ein Handtuch pro Mieter. Kleiderschränke waren schmutzig. Zu wenige Wassergläser Hinterer Teil der Küche war ohne Dach und es regnete hinein. Vermieter reagierte nicht auf Reklamation bezüglich zu wenigen Handtüchern.

• Marie-Amélie (6/5): Appartement idéalement bien situé - L’emplacement très très bien! Proximité de la plage, du métro et le marché 2 fois la semaine top! Appartement sombre et problème d’humidité Literie très très mauvaise Ouverture côté lingerie qui apporte des moustiques Ménage moyen et il avait été signalé qu’un ménage au cours de notre séjour serait fait, il n’a pas eu lieu.
• Familia DATRI SAGO (8/5): Hermoso y cómodo. - La ubicación, cerca de la playa aunque lejos de los atractivos turísticos. Una feria hippie los domingos en la plaza... el subte en la esquina... una feria de verdura y frutas otro día.... supermercado en la esquina....negocios de varios tipos muy cerca. Súper limpio y siempre amables. Nos dejaron dejar los bolsos unas horas antes del check in. El personal del edificio también siempre amables y ni hablar de la cerradura con código q facilita el entrar y salir de la familia entera! Dos baños estupendos y cocina enorme y cómoda Que no tiene aire en el comedor/cocina y q la cocina está abierta, se escucha bastante a los vecinos. Claro q en invierno no es necesario pero imagino q en enero se siente. La falta de mesa de comedor y tener q comer sentados en banquetas sobre el desayunador.... (Una cuestión de edad tal vez? ) Me hubiera gustado encontrar algunos condimentos de cortesía... sal/aceite... algún te café para el día q llegamos.

• Asun (8/5): Nice apartment and great location - Comfortable apartment and very secure. We felt very safe and the location is excellent in Ipanema, lots of shops restaurants and a 5 minute walk to the beach. No Aircon in the living room but there is a big fan. Very good value for money.
• Lida (7/5): It was an ok stay - Good location. Not very clean and we didn't have enough bedsheets, towels etc. We asked for some but didn't get a response.
• Tim (9/5): Would overall recommend the apartment due to location and facilities. - Great Location, close to beach, supermarket and some very good restaurants right next to the apartment. The apartment had all the facilities you could require in the kitchen. The apartment had a large permanent opening to the outside (above apartments) in the corner of the kitchen area. There were no issues but if felt a bit uncomfortable from a security perspective. Thankfully there are locks on the internal door leading to the bedrooms so we locked that door when going out or going to sleep. Was probably not necessary but it gave us peace of mind. Was told this was a service entrance.
• Thamara (9/5): Superb - Well located, spacious and renovated. Very good value for money. Living room doesn’t have AC. Something to pay attention to, as the summer in Rio can be quite warm.
