• Debra (5/5): There are better places in Savassi - Great location! Walkable area with lots of restaurants and sights close by. Electronic entry was problematic from the start and ended with us being locked out of the unit the night before we left. The apartment is on a very busy street and the bed is closest to it. We were not told about the ongoing construction next door which used all types of machinery well before 8am. The bed did not provide egress on both sides—to avoid one person having to climb over the other during the night, we slept sideways with our feet hanging over the edge. We were provided one hand towel, two bath towels, and one half-dollar size piece of soap for two people. When asked for additional supplies we were quoted a price of R$70, and told we could opt to use the washing machine in the unit to wash our towels; however, we were not given laundry soap for even one load. We would have had to buy lau dry soap to wash their towels. This was also the case for using the dishwasher as no soap was provided for that either. The “well-equipped” kitchen had a small fry pan and a small pot—nothing for baking purposes. Two plates, two saucers, and two small fruit bowls. Cooking was out of the question. We weren’t even given a roll of paper towels. The balcony/patio space is wedged between the apartment building and the one next door that is under construction, and it was, consequently, unusable. The apartment is basically one narrow strip—approximately 10 feet wide not including the bathroom—divided into sections.

• Holger (5/5): Pricy and stylish but not really worth the money - It is a stylish apartment. Self check in worked well. The service team was very nice and helpful However, I did not really feel comfortable there. There were homeless people across the street. A construction site on the other. No nice view. If you close the curtains it feels like you‘re locked in a room. The door lock maybe constant peeping sounds at night which was freaky and kept me awake. The windows were open when I arrived and I had to chase mosquitoes every day at my stay. Tiles in the building are broken. No concierge at the door. Overall I would stay at a hotel with a pool and a balcony for less money than here again. (Sorry)

• Bruna (9/5): Apartamento charmoso em ótima localização - O apartamento é muito charmoso, com ótima decoração, cama e roupas de cama. O chuveiro também é ótimo. O prédio é charmoso e a localizaçã é ótima. A entrada foi fácil e tranquila. Tudo excelente. Faltou um secador de cabelo, que depois e disseram que havia quebrado e estava sendo reposto.
• Philippe (4/5): Flat bonito e confortável mas muitos inconvenientes da obra do prédio do lado. Falha no sistema, etc - O flat em si é uma gracinha, muito bem planejado, bem equipado, confortável, espaçoso. Os utensílios estão completos. A cama é boa. Tem estacionamento na garagem. A obra no prédio e na rua: martelete, betoneira desde 7h00 da manhã todos os dias ! Complicação para achar a vaga de estacionamento, e o sistema de entrada e saída falhando muito.
• Ramos (9/5): Muito bom! Voltarei com certeza! - O apartamento é ótimo, muito confortável. Uma coisa rara é ter travesseiro bom, e lá tem, um fino e um maior. Os móveis e acabamentos são muito bons. Nota-se que o cuidado de quem gerencia o local. Cama e cozinha muito bons tb. As portas dos outros apartamentos fazem muito barulho. Tem uma obra no prédio ao lado que incomodou bastante, mas é uma situação passageira.

• Pablo (5/5): Infraestrutura tecnologica boa, infraestrutura fisica ruim, caro mas ok - A recepção dos anfitriões foi boa, as mensagens foram bem claras de como funciona o processo de entrada no prédio, infraestrutura tecnológica muito boa, com cadastro de biometria facial, a hospedagem é ok. Mas não acho que vale o preço que paguei A hospedagem não era a mesma que eu havia contratado, faltou até mesmo a esponja para lavar os utensílios que usamos. O anfitrião tentou compensar a falha que foi de me comunicar em cima da hora da minha hospedagem, depois que eu havia entrado no apartamento que a casa que eu havia contratado estava com problemas de infraestrutura. Aí me deu a opção de cancelar a estadia (em cima da hora: Onde eu ia achar uma outra hospedagem na região que eu precisava naquele mesmo dia e mesmo preço?) ou então ficar onde eu estava mesmo, e como compensação, poderia pegar um dos itens que eles possuiam de bebida alcóolica. Tentaram compensar mas mesmo assim, tinha pedido uma hospedagem com hidromassagem e não havia disponibilidade. O correto teria sido avisado bem antes de acontecer.
• Alessandro (7/5): Recomendo, mas não retornaria - Pedi a antecipação do check-in para as 15h e fui atendido. Bem decorado. Utensílios de cozinha de ótima qualidade. Fogão, forno, geladeira também ótimos. Móveis confortáveis e em excelentes condições. Não há black-out na sala, luz da manhã incomoda um pouco. Cabos curtos na TV, girar para a sala não é tranquilo. Cama pequena. Não há criado mudo. Para acessar um lado da cama vc precisa "rolar" pela cortina. Não há porta entre o quarto e a área de banheiro - falta privacidade. Além disso, casal com horários diferentes vai acordar no mesmo horário. 6 dias, somente uma toalha de rosto para um casal. Tive uma reuniao de última hora às 11h, pedi uma extensão no checkout e pediram pra pagar meia diária.

The apartment offers a practical layout with enough space to live comfortably for long periods, making it suitable for extended stays. The shower head cannot be adjusted, which may affect comfort. There are no spare towels or kitchen cloths, and there is also no backup supply of essentials such as toilet paper. Some kitchen tools are missing, including wooden spoons and a corkscrew. This specific apartment does not receive sunlight from the afternoon onward, which may be a drawback for those who value natural light.
