- Seow (1/5): Terrible experience at unit B27-06 - We had a very unpleasant stay at The Mark Cheras, Unit B27-06. From the moment we entered, the entire unit was filled with a strong musty, moldy smell. Two people in our group suffered from constant sneezing and runny noses, likely due to the poor air quality caused by mold. To make things worse, we found that the kitchen utensils were moldy, which is absolutely unacceptable, especially since we were charged RM85 for cleaning. It’s clear that the unit had not been properly cleaned before our arrival. One of the chairs had a broken leg, and thankfully, my friend realized it just in time and avoided falling — but it could have led to a serious injury. The air conditioner in the living room didn’t work at all, and there was no fan provided. It was extremely hot, and we couldn’t even sit in the living room comfortably — we had to stay in the bedroom just to feel cool air. On top of all that, we were charged a RM300 damage deposit, and the host’s message suggested that even cleaning was included in what that deposit might cover, despite us already paying a separate cleaning fee. This is very unreasonable considering the poor state of the unit. Overall, this was a terrible experience — the unit was unhygienic, poorly maintained, and uncomfortable. We do not recommend staying at Unit B27-06 at The Mark Cheras, and we hope the owner and the platform take responsibility for the condition of this property.

- Thuta (10/5): ## More than satisfied ## - Lovely and clean room exactly as in the photos, responsive hosts who helped us throughout our stay. The view was also awesome. If you don't mind the location being a bit far from central Kuala Lumpur, everything was excellent.
