The host, although we communicated just through whatsapp, was very nice, helpful and friendly ❤️ The room too small for a family of 3, the location was close to the meteo stration, but had to change 2 metros, sometimes 3 to get to the areas of interest in the city center. We would have preffered normal breakfast (cooked), therefore we ate out for breakfast. We dod however enjoyed having a kitchen.

• DM294 (9/5): Super ubytovanie - Komunikácia s majiteľom bola rychla, všetko vysvetlil. Nemal som žiadny problém. Raňajky boli ok. Izba bola krásna čista. Výhľad bol pekný. Hneď vedľa metro zastávka. Kúsok od ubytovania obchod, bar, kaviareň. Jediná vec ktorá nám trocha prekážala bolo umiestnenie na 7 poschodí, avšak bol tam výťah, ale neodvážil som sa doňho ist. Taktiež metro zastávka je linka C ktorá končí o 21:00 a je nahradzana autobusmi

• Renan (10/5): Greatly surprised by quality. Great cost benefit as well. - The room was perfect! Very confortable and clean. We felt at home. After walking through Rome like 20KM a day it was relieving to know we had comfy spot waiting for us. Even far from the city center there are plenty restaurants and spots for quick snacks around. Metro is just across the street so very easy to get in and out. Self checkin and checkout experience was absolutely frictionless and hotel staff always responded promptly through whatsapp. Not about the hotel, but if you are basing your travel around metro, be aware that line A is closing early at 9pm, and depending on where you are, that is an important spot to get back to the hotel via public transportation. We were not aware of this and had to find alternative ways to get back.

• Earl (10/5): Amazing comfortable space with easy access and superb hosts! - The breakfast was bountiful and self service, so you could dictate the amounts and also the time you wanted to eat. A step up from the original continental. The hosts have redefined what "good service" means. Always available and ready to accommodate any requests and needs, even if it is something they could easily say they are not responsible for, they make every effort to make sure you are taken care of. The rooms are huge (the bed makes you feel like you are being hugged by the clouds after all the walking and exploring), the views nice. So close to the metro (Teano), the bus and a short walk to a shopping centre. There is a lovely Italian bakery close by, that sells amazing sweet treats. No regrets whatsoever booking this place, and glad I did after the horrors of previous places on this trip. Will definitely be back! I really did not find anything I disliked about the property or my stay. it is a bed and breakfast and offers exactly that, a comfy bed and good breakfast. I perhaps would consider adding signage outside the property as it was a bit confusing to know which property it was, especially with other people in the building not knowing about the B&B.
• Vlad (10/5): Exceptional - Really clean, and the furniture is high quality (and this applies to everything). The breakfast was enough, had everything I needed. I did around 30-45 minutes to the city center from the location, and the local restaurants around the location were really good. It was above my expectations and the host is really nice. Thanks a lot for the memories.

• Tal (5/5): Not suitable for families with small children - Clean and new room, comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchenette with coffee and light refreshments, quite place, good service. The complex is located in a poorly maintained building that smells of decay. The elevator is very small. The area itself is unpleasant, and there's a smell of garbage on the street. There are cameras in the kitchenette where guests prepare coffee, which feels uncomfortable. The shower stream was very weak. The location itself is very poor, about half an hour by metro from the city center and requires a transfer. Not suitable for families with small children as it's difficult to move around with strollers. Additionally, they didn't provide a mattress for the baby cot, only a board.

• Srncová (10/5): Thank you for the pleasant accommodation. - Everything's fine. Price/quality ratio great. Everywhere was cleaned and ready. Breakfast good, nice kitchen where you can make your own breakfast from prepared ingredients. Very pleasant and nice owner. Earlier check in was possible by appointment. Helpful also in other questions to travel around the area. I couldn't find anything.
