• Lidija (2/5): Increase cleanliness of the place and repair the heating system to come again. - Location is good, apartment is specious. Very dirty apartment (dirty dishes waited me in the dishwasher), btw 2-3 days were needed to make heating work.
• Iryna (10/5): Живучи місяць в апартаментах, ми відчували себе, як вдома! - Помешкання нам дуже сподобалося! Простора, тепла квартира, усе є для повноцінного перебування. Місце розташування - хороше - усе поруч, недалеко від центру, вокзал та транспортна розвʼязка теж близько… Рекомендую!

It was difficult to get into the apartment, there was no description of how to open the front door to the house.

• Guest (10/5): - Das Apartment ist sehr groß. Sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, in der Küche war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Schlüsselübergabe war sehr leicht und unkompliziert. Apartment ist sehr zentral gelegen, der Hauptbahnhof ist 7 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen .Man fühlt sich sehr gut aufgehoben, wenn man auch Hilfe braucht.
• Adrienne (4/5): Nem arra számítottunk, amit kaptunk. - A szállás 20 perc gyaloglásra van Graz belvárosától. Az épületbe belépve a büdös kukákba botlik az ember, melyek körül még szemét is található. Az apartman nem volt rendesen kitakarítva, koszos volt a szőnyegpadló, a WC-ben a mosdókagyló, porosak voltak a bútorok. A fürdőben lötyögött a csaptelep. A konyhában a vízforraló gusztustalanul vízköves, a mosogatógép használhatatlan, mert nem lehet becsukni az ajtaját. Nincs konyharuha, edényszárító, így a mosogatás sem annyira egyszerű. Egyébként nincs sok minden, amit mosogatni lehet, mert bár az apartman 4 fő-re is foglalható kistányérból és müzlis tálból is csak 1 db volt mélytányér, kávéscsésze egyáltalán nincs. Az ablakok koszosak, a festék repedezett és potyog, ami kiábrándító látvány nyújt. Nincs mindenhol függöny, így aki a nappaliban alszik, annak korán reggel már nincs sötét. A hálószobában csak 1 db éjjeli lámpa volt, a szekrényajtók pedig fönn akadtak a padlószőnyegen, így ki sem nyitottuk őket. Foglalás és fizetés utám még 200euro letétet is kellett fizetnünk, amiből távozás után egy törött lámpára hivatkozva 40eurot nem kaptunk vissza. Azóta sem tudjuk, hogy hol volt a törött lámpa, mert a tulajdonostól csak egy olyan fotót kaptunk, amin a lámpa talán egy szekrényben van. Feltétezem, hogy esetleg ez lehet az a lámpa, aminek az éjjeli szekrényen kellett volna lennie. Csak remélni tudom, hogy az utánunk érkező vendégtől nem vonnak le ugyanezért pénzt és nem tették meg az elöttünk ott tartózkodóktól sem. Ezek alapján nem ajánlom senkinek a szállásfoglalást ezen a helyen. Ha mégis így tennének javaslom, hogy mindenről készítsenek fotót.

• Yavuz (10/5): - It feels like you rented a flat, but this is only for a few days! The kitchen has everything; plates, knives, forks, a kettle... The rooms are huge! The manager is extremely helpful and answers your questions quickly.
• Busuioc (1/5): - Überhaupt nicht. Das Bewertung ich kann nicht glauben, das sind von Kunde das ist Unglaube un schwierig. Ich glaube das sind selbst geschrieben von immer andere Leute von Familie oder keine Ahnung. Aber die Wohnung sieht nicht aus wie auf dem Foto Bilder nicht aktuell von Anfang an. Ich bin rein und hab ich sofort gemerkt. Haare überall im Bett und Schmutz Dreck Jubal keine Klopapier keine Seife auf der Toilette. Toilette war auch miserabel und wenn du duschen willst, dann musst du Maximilian in 5 Minuten duschen, sonst bleibt das Shampoo in deine Haare. Nicht zum empfehlen.
• Romal (4/5): - ❌ Keine gute Erfahrung. Wenn man das Hotel bucht, bekommt man einen langen Vertrag mit vielen Details und Strafen. Es steht sogar drin, dass man 100 € zahlen muss, wenn man das Zimmer nicht selbst sauber macht! Das setzt einen total unter Stress und fühlt sich überhaupt nicht angenehm an. Außerdem wollte ich wegen meiner Arbeit eine Stunde früher einchecken – obwohl das problemlos möglich gewesen wäre, wurde es abgelehnt. Sehr unflexibel und enttäuschend.

• Tomka (5/5): - A fürdőszoba szépen felújítva. a szoba egyszerű (egy szekrény dupla ágy , 2 éjeliszekrény, 60x200 rakodófelület az ágyneműk párnák paplanok (szerintem) nem voltak áthúzva, ez vonatkozik mind a négy ágyra. Az ágyneműkön vérfoltok ( összesen 3 helyen, az egyik paplan huzat kiszakadva). egy csomó kényelmi felszerelés hiányzott.pld: háloszobába egy kis aztal és két szék Másik háló, vagy nappali étkezőből ágy melletti ejjeli szekrènyek. (egyben itt volt a konyha helye is. A fürdőszobában nem lehetett lepakolni és ruha akasztók is hiányoztak. Amúgy az alapdolgok rendben voltak. Látszik hogy felújítás alatt van a lakás. Azt csak megjegyzem hogy az ablaktokok nem voltak kijavitva és festve Kb. a ház eredeti korának megfelelő az állapotuk.

• Jowita (8/5): - Przestrzeń, wysokie mieszkanie. Wyposażenie we wszystko co potrzebne. Zapach, możliwe że od wykładzin które są w całym mieszkaniu. Klatka schodowa oraz śmiecie na wejsciu do budynku.
• Tomasz (10/5): - Mieszkanie jest dobrze wyposażone i jest w nim dużo przestrzeni. Nasz pobyt był tylko na jedną noc i troszkę żałuje. Polecam zwłaszcza osobom zwiedzającym Graz. Dobry kontakt z personelem i bardzo fajna opcja że jest możliwość zameldowania się samemu. Polecam. Z naszej strony nie ma żadnych zastrzerzeń.

• Sabine (9/5): - Geräumiges Apartment 15 Minuten zu Fuß von der Altstadt entfernt. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter über WhatsApp funktionierte gut. Es gab immer kurzfristig hilfreiche Antworten. Das Apartment befand sich im ersten Stockwerk (nur eine Treppe hoch). Die Waschmaschine funktionierte einwandfrei. Löcher und kleine Flecken in den Bettlaken. Müllbehälter im Eingangsbereich.

• Ferry (8/5): - Die Wohnung ist schön, komfortabel, groß und für Stadtbesichtigung gut gelegen. CheckIn und Out sind denkbar einfach. Etwas Punktabzug gibt es, weil die Waschmaschine immer einen Kurzschluss verursachte. Und die Wohnung ist relativ hellhörig, da Altbau. Und sie liegt an einer wochentags stark befahrenen Straße.
• Simona (10/5): - Appartamento molto grande, con spazi ben distribuiti. Molto pulito e con arredi nuovi e di gusto. Cucina molto ben fornita, con tutti gli utensili necessari. Completo di tutti gli accessori, anche la lavatrice. Comoda posizione centrale, a 20 minuti a piedi dal centro. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo!!! All'ingresso del palazzo sono presenti i bidoni per la raccolta dell' immondizia che, seppur comodissimi, creano sporcizia e cattivo odore. Ma non vi fate scoraggiare dalla prima impressione! L'appartamento si affaccia sulla strada (1°piano) quindi è necessario tenere le tende chiuse per avere privacy. Nonostante la vicinanza della strada peró, la struttura è molto silenziosa a qualsiasi ora del giorno. Un pò esosa la richiesta della caparra...

• manasa (3/5): Contact details mentioned on booking.com don't work. - Close to most of the places like train station, supermarket and bus station. House was clean and good the entrance was maintained bad. Dustbins on the pathway with garbage all around. Kitchen stove was not functional. We booked 3 days stay with a toddler and had to go out in search of fresh food everytime. Microwave oven wasn't there and was received on request. No dish washer tabs/no washing machine detergent... And many things on the listed items were missing. Main thing was the communication. In case of help/ questions the contact number doesn't exist. The response was only on Whatsapp but statement on booking.com was wrong ''contact details". I wouldn't prefer going there as there won't be a support on call incase we need help and have to wait for every response on whatsapp. Though we requested for change of room / immediate technician help, there was no help/correct response.

• Irena (10/5): Tolle zeit in Graz - Das Apartment ist sehr, sehr groß, dass war toll für uns, mit zwei Kindern, großartig. Alle Zimmer waren sehr schön und gut ausgestattet, in der Küche war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Trotz dass Apartment an eine Straße ist rs ist sehr leise drinnen. Schlüssel Übergabe war sehr leicht und unkompliziert. Apartment ist sehr zentral gelegen, der Hauptbahnhof ist 7 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und Zentrum ist such sehr in der Nähe. Bei der Eingangstüre von die Gebäude waren einige Mülleimer und dass macht einen sehr schlechten Eindruck.

• Anisa (7/5): Nice stay, unsafe that people can enter. - The property is beautiful and spacious. It’s clean and is furnished to live in as a normal apartment. I had two people enter the apartment with their own keys. They knocked once and then opened the door immediately, which is extremely unsafe. When I let the agency know they apologized and told me a technician wanted to check the windows and that I should let him in to do his job. It’s obvious they were told to go in if we weren’t there. Also, I’m not responsible for having anyone enter whilst I’m there to do work, particularly when I have my valuables there. We were hesitant to leave because we weren’t sure if someone else would enter the property whilst we weren’t there.
• Валентина (10/5): perfectly - The accommodation was simply wonderful. The bed and sofa were comfortable, and the bed linen was fresh and pleasant. The bathroom was clean and modern, and the kitchen was functional and well-maintained. We had a very relaxing overnight stay.
