• Estefany Esmeralda (7/5): Bien - La ubicación, está al lado de la estación Central de Milano está a 5min literalmente Nos dieron una habitación en la planta -1, está bien; pero hacía mucho calor, escribimos para que nos indicaran cómo encender el aire acondicionado y nunca respondieron. Si tienes alguna emergencia o circunstancia después de las 19h no te atienden. Nos costó dormir por el calor que hacía, las ventanas no las abrimos porque dan justo a la acera de la calle.
• Odilon (1/5): Decepcionante, cansativa e exaustiva, não consegui domir. - Localização muito boa, próximo a estação central é mercado de Milão Quarto e banheiro com decoração moderna, banho gostoso Acesso ao quarto complicado com escadas para subir e descer com malas não é conveniente, sendo que deveria constar essa informação na página do Booking além do que para entrar no hotel precisa de internet para acessar a página e aperta um botão no site específico para entrar no prédio, após para acessar o corredor precisa digitar código que consta neste site o mesmo para entrar no quarto, essas informações não constam na página do site do Booking. Quarto extremamente quente e abafado, ar condicionado não funcionava, reclamei pôr Wattsapp e pelo site do Booking sem resposta do anfitrião, lamentavelmente

• Adrian (3/5): do not book this accommodation, it’s not a hotel just an over priced and glorified hostel - relativity clean horrible check in process, rude and childishly defensive staff that took an hour to respond, the bed smelt like something rotten, there was only 5 minute of hot water, there was no acoustic insulation with the hallway, one could hear people having trouble getting into their equally tiny rooms for hours on end, there were hard bangs coming from upstairs all night long, the fridge right next to the bed kept turning on and off also creating unexpected noise… All this for an exorbitant $120 euros mid week and off peak (no major events)z

• Andrea (5/5): podían mejor la calidad en relación del precio que se paga - la habitacion estaba limpia a la entrada, amplia para como era que parecia un sótano el tener que buscarte tu la vida porque el personal no esta en las instalaciones, la limpieza dejaba que desear porque en los seis dias que estuvimos ni una sola vez hicieron la cama ni la limpieza de la habitación

Väldigt omständligt att ta sig in i byggnaden och rummet med olika koder etc. Man var även tvungen att fylla i massor av information via en online länk dagen innan som både tog väldigt lång tid och inte kändes tryggt (att dela sina person/pass-uppgifter). Rummet låg i källaren och lokalerna var inte lika fina som på bilderna.

It would be helpful if it is made clear at booking that before one is given access one must pay the local tax. Payment then triggers the electronic process ultimately leading to room access.

Despite texting the "owners" to help us with late arrival no much help was given. Seems like everything is remotely operated. In case there is an emergency or trouble you are on your own !

Initially very frustrating as we didn’t know that the giant gate was a hotel and there was no answer - It was very close to the train station; It was clean and had everything necessary inside. It was difficult to identify as there’s no signs outside saying it’s a hotel. It’s just a giant metal gate.

• André (8/5): - Gostei do facto de se encontrar ao atravessar da rua da estação de comboios de Milão Central e serviu perfeitamente para uma noite. A estadia incluía uma máquina de café Nespresso e duas cápsulas para tomar, bem como um kit de lavagem de louça. Tinha um bom secador de cabelo, a cama era confortável e estava tudo limpo. Como ficamos num quarto dos andares mais abaixo, era estranho pois as janelas eram mais pequenas e altas, apesar de iluminarem bem. Tínhamos o aviso de não incomodar antes do check-out e ouvimos alguém bater à porta antes da hora se sair (seria o serviço de limpeza, não sabemos, mas foi estranho).

В отеле нет служащих, вход по электронному числовому коду на дверях. Номер находится в полуподвальном помещении, имеется небольшое окно

• Minako (1/5): 最悪、絶対におすすめしない。携帯に不具合が生じたらアウト。旅行者にはリスクが高すぎるる - 駅から近い まずホテルの看板がなく、駐車場になっているビルの錆びたゲートにスマホに送られてきたコードをかざして入る必要がある。ここまですでに難易度が高く、携帯の電波がつながらない、バッテリーが切れる、スリにあってしまったなど、スマホが使えない場合はまず建物に入れない。旅行者にはとてもリスクがたかい。コンシェルジュサービスは電話でということだがつながらず、折り返しもなく基本放置され誰も助けてくれない。旅行者に対してひどく不親切なサービスと言わざるをえない。その後も複数のパスコードを要求され、部屋にたどり着くがひどい機械音が鳴り響いており、全く休まらない。こちらもコンシェルジュにメッセージしたが放置される。あまりに落胆し、翌日の仕事にも差し障りがでそうなため、ホテルを移動した。そのクレームに対しても全く連絡がない。とにかく問題が多いため、避けた方がよい

Excellent location, lovely clean room and nice size bathroom with a great shower. Big comfortable bed Could have done with more than one coffee pod but that is only a tiny observation which didn’t impact our stay at all!

• Guest (2/5): - The one good thing about this stay was the location, right across from the train station as we were only staying for one night and had an early train the next morning. DO NOT STAY HERE! We booked because of the available A/C. The air conditioning in the room was broken. Staying in July, the room was extremely hot and uncomfortable. It was a ground floor room so opening the windows meant a lot of foot and vehicle traffic just above our heads. It was far too noisy and did not feel safe to leave the windows open overnight. As soon as we arrived in the room, we messaged the host about the issue, but never received a response. Additionally, the hot water in the shower ran out after about 20 minutes and immediately became ice cold. Following our stay, we again contacted the property about the issues, but have still never received a response. The booking was definitely not worth the value of our stay.

• Manon (4/5): Sale et mal insonorisé - La déco, les équipements de la chambre, confort de la literie. Le ménage n'était pas fait correctement et les draps suspects, des poils sur le lit, des cheveux dans la salle de bain et sur les coussins, gel douche vide. Insonorisation avec les autres chambres et l'extérieur inexistante, en demi sous sol donc on entend tout, les passants et les scooters qui se garent devant à 7h du matin car ce n'est pas double vitré. Propriétaire a parlé d'un geste commercial en dédommagement mais jamais reçu. Je déconseille fortement cet appartement même si l'on peut se laisser séduire par sa localisation proche de la gare.

• Fernando (8/5): Good location, room facilities could have been better - Location was amazing 👏 It was very hot 🔥 You should have been sensitive enough to keep at least Fan inside the room Also, there was no prior indication that my room was going to be low level (windows opened to street level!)! So, even if i opened the windows to quell the heat, all the dust on the street and noises were inside the room.

Отсутствие большой вывески с названием отеля . то что весит очень маленькое Искали минут 30 вокруг и около . 2 Зайти в свой номер еще тот квест Надо вводить коды на дверях и без телефона даже в хол не зайдешь. вывод если телефон сел попасть в отель не получится
• April (8/5): Our stay was only short but it was very pleasant, the bed was extremely comfortable and it had the perfect amenities for - We were traveling by train a lot so being right beside the main train station was perfect. The bed was super comfy and the amenities were great. There was no air conditioning in the room. After being in the jacuzzi the room was extra hot so air conditioning would be preferred. The jacuzzi was clean but when the jets were turned on, debris and dust came out so it made the water look dirty.

• Anthea (8/5): Very comfortable with easy access to transport and airport shuttle. - Location close to the train with the Malpensa shuttle bus just over the road was great. Room was well airconditioned. Communication and online checkin was great. I couldn't find much choice of nice restaurants in the area. Also I couldn't find an iron in the room even though there was an ironing board.

Pas d’accès à votre chambre tant que les taxes de séjour ne sont pas payées, car Booking n’en tient pas compte dans sa réservation ! Les liens informatiques pour payer ces taxes, et parfois, ne fonctionnent pas! Que de codes pour ouvrir toutes les portes (3) ! On a perdu 1h30 devant la porte d’accès de l’établissement ! À fuir !!
