- Kathy (7/5): - Location, views and pool were great The property is showing signs of wear and tear - carpet rippled. Skirting boards and window trims water damaged
- Shu Kim (5/5): Great location however the apartment condition could be better - Location was great, short walking distance to MCEC which was convenient. There was a parking as well which was helpful. Tony made the keys pick up easy and seamless. Unfortunately during our stay, the first few nights were unpleasant due to the air-conditioning not working properly to cool the rooms down. The AC didn’t feel like it was working. We contacted Tony in which he brought us 3 standing fans (at 12.30am which was quite inconvenient), which we never experienced before having lived in many serviced apartments/AirBnB in Melbourne. The fans helped however if AC was working properly it would’ve been better. We also found that the ensuite bathroom had no ventilation fan causing the bathroom to fog up and smells tend to linger.

Handy IGA downstairs and close to Casino too The dining chairs were very uncomfortable, the ensuite was dirty near the shower , the balcony door does not close properly and there was an awful wind whistling noise all night

- Mahdi (1/5): They are scammer don’t worth it - Location The carpet was already burnt b it they charge us cause we had shisha with and blamed us for it. They took 500 dollors out of account that old burns which I already took photos of it when we checked it

- MEGAN (5/5): Great Location, Perfect for small family - The property was clean and well presented with great views of Melbourne and centrally located for the group to head out to dinner at a variety of locations. As we were attending an event at the convention centre the location was perfect. Unit had all the amenities plus washer and dryer. Great small balcony to sit on to take in the view. When booking the property, if you look at the listing (not just on booking.com but other accommodation sites) it mentions King Bed AND 2 Singles with the option to have up to 7 people stay at the property, however the listing should advise King Bed OR 2 Singles. Communication with the property to clarify the bedding layout was challenging with a nearly 2 month delay in responding. Washing machine was not functioning which we advised the property of with no offer of compensation, it was quite inconvenient. The unit is quite small in terms of square footage which the photos don't show. The unit was great but not suited for our group.

- David (8/5): Great location and size with amazing views. - We really liked the location and the size of the apartment. We had a large group and everyone felt comfortable. There is also a tram station outside of the apartment and an IGA located underneath. Our only dislike was key collection. This proved challenging as the pickup location was 900 meters away from the apartment. We had luggage and no car so it was difficult / time-consuming to travel this distance. The host also has no capacity to hold your luggage in the event you arrive prior to check-in.

- Katie (9/5): Superb - Plenty of space for our family of 6. Excellent location and the view from the apartment was great! The included parking space was very handy and check in was very easy. The only negative we had was the water pressure or shower head in the ensuite.

I was very very disappointed in the communication with staff, I was annoyed after paying $2200 for one night that the fans were not working in both bathrooms, there was maintenance that was required, dishwasher was old, definitely time for an upgrade and face lift
For that price tag. Sitting at the dinning table and the air cons condescend is dripping on our head.

- James (8/5): Great place. will be back - Great location, very conveniently located behind Melbourne Convention Centre / Crown precinct. Initially towels were not supplied due to an error with housekeeping, and we only became aware of this the morning after check-in. That said, with a quick phone call to the team the issue was immediately addressed, and we were more than adequtley compensated. Turned a negative into a positive.
