• Bernie (9/5): A very comfortable and enjoyable stay. - The flat was in a nice quiet, peaceful location and there was minimal noise inside the residence. The indoor heating was quite hot and we could not find a way to turn it down. This was not a major issue however, especially early in the morning. The flat itself is very secure in lovely little cul de sac. The main bathroom was lovely and the kitchen had all the necessary accessories to make our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. The heating was set quite high. We had to open a few windows to cool down in the afternoon.

• Anton (9/5): Overall, we liked the stay and found the place to be a good value - The main advantage of this apartment is its excellent location. It’s situated in a very cozy, beautiful, and quiet neighborhood, close to parks. Given the great location and the large size of the flat, the price is very fair On the downside, some basic amenities were missing. For instance, there were no hangers in the hallway, which caused significant discomfort as there was nowhere to hang our coats. Also, the main light switches in some rooms didn't work, so we had to manually turn individual lamps on and off.

• Brian (8/5): Good location for the family to get to various locations - Location to sights A/C not strong enough . They did provide fans and thankfully it was cooler weather. Did not provide enough face towels and ran out of toilet tissue

• Ziyad (10/5): Great location, great setup, great support by online staff. - Everything was arranged in a proper way. The kitchen stuff seemed new or not been used. The stairs were narrow, so lifting the luggage to upper floors needed some struggle. But that would be the case with townhouses.

• Amparo (8/5): Apartamento para 5 personas en el centro de londres, perfecto para pasar 4 días - Lo mejor sin duda es la situación, está en un barrio muy tranquilo y en el centro de todo, puedes ir andando a la mayoria de los sitios que visitar en Londres. La casa estaba bastante limpia, y no hemos tenido problemas a la hora de acceder. También tiene una mesa en la cocina amplia, en la que hemos desayunado y cenado los 5 que íbamos sin problemas y cómodos. Dice que tiene 3 baños, pero hay uno que es minúsculo, casi no puedes lavarte la cara, además al estar en la planta baja, la habitación del primer piso(que es más bien un despacho con una cama extraible), no tiene baño, por lo tanto resulta incómodo bajar y subir escaleras para ir al baño por la noche. Tiene 4 alturas, por tanto a mi que me tocó dormir en la última, resulta incómodo subir y bajar tantas veces, pero bueno, es lo de menos, pero eso sí, las camas son bastante incómodas.

• Sulaiman (6/5): جيده الى حد ماء - الشقة مكونة من أربع طوابق: الطابق الأرضي: حمام صغير و مطبخ واسع مجهز بأجهزة وبعض الأواني يعتبر جيد من ناحية الاستعداد للطبخ. الطابق الأول: صالة معيشة وغرفة نوم صغيرة. الطابق الثاني: غرفة نوم واسعة نسبيًا وحمام. الطابق الثالث: غرفة نوم صغيرة بداخلها دورة مياه صغيرة وشرفة، لكن الشرفة مخيفة قليلًا. لاحظت وجود كاميرا فيها، وهذا أزعجني لأنه يمس خصوصيتي، كما توجد كاميرا فوق شباك المطبخ (الشباك بالسقف). من ناحيه النظافة جيدة بشكل عام نظام الطوابق مرهق وغير مناسب للعوائل أو الأطفال. الشقة كئيبة ولا تستحق سعرها الحالي، ربما لو كانت أرخص تناسب مستواها. وجود أغراض شخصية للمضيف داخل الشقة أمر غير احترافي. المكيفات موصولة بأنبوب على الشباك ويجب ترك الشباك مفتوحًا ليعمل، مما يعني النوم والشباك مفتوح، وهذا غير مريح. الشقة تقع على شارع جانبي وليست على الشارع الرئيسي. الستائر لا تعزل الشمس بالكامل ويدخل الضوء للغرف. بالنسبة للموقع أقرب بقالة صغيرة تبعد دقيقة واحدة، أقرب سوبرماركت وكوفيهات تبعد 10 دقائق مشيًا، هايد بارك تبعد 15 دقيقة، وهارودز 19 دقيقة مشيًا واقرب محطة باص 7 دقائق
• Hazel (9/5): Great place in an excellent location. Good host communication. - The home is very nice, large, clean, and quiet. They also have air conditioning, which was great. Also the host graciously allowed us to leave our bags for a couple of hours after check out so we didn't have to lug them around with us before heading to the airport. The home is several flights high and has no elevator, so it would be very hard for someone with mobility issues. We had heavy luggage, and I ended up just leaving it on the main floor since it was too hard for me to carry it up that many stairs.

• Gabriel (10/5): Such a great stay! - Location was spot on. The place was super clean, really comfy, and the bed was amazing. But honestly, it was the staff that made it extra special. Everyone was so helpful and really easy to talk to, and you can tell they actually care, which isn’t something you find everywhere!
• Jake (6/5): Good location, false advertising about the A/C. Not suitable to summer unless you want to suffer. - Location was great. Clean and able to use the kitchen. NOT air conditioned! The property says in the name and description that it is air conditioned. There is no central A/C. Instead, they have two room units that do not exhaust the hot air outside, so it just gets cycled back into the room it is trying to cool. When it was just mildly warm outside it was very hot and stuffy inside. Also several of the fans and window switches did not work.

The place is large and there is a lot of space to fit a group of people. The kitchen is large and well equipped. The host was very responsive to our questions and requests. The place has 4 floors (incl the entrance). For us it was fine, but does not fit everyone.

Found a wonderful pub around the corner--The Horse and Groom https://maps.app.goo.gl/Eoy6FMLKRQdsFGRd7 I expected better sleeping beds. And there is a step down into the kitchen which one has to watch out for.

• Talal (10/5): Excellent house and will book it for the next visit - So quite and isolated from crowds, it has a security walking around the neighborhood , our visit during winter time so we didn’t look after the air conditioning but there is a fans in each room All was great

Well equipped kitchen on the ground floor as well as toilet/shower. Two rooms on the next floor, a large bedroom and bath next floor up, and another bedroom and toilet/shower at the top floor. There is also a terrace at the top floor. Nice and clean, all appliances working fine, large and comfy beds, great stay, would come back any time, highly recommend ed. WiFi not quite working at the top floor. Pans seen better non-stick days..
• Peter (7/5): Amazing location, but unsuitable for older people. - Location is fantastic. A quiet, private cul-de-sac only 5 mins walk from Victoria Station. The property was immaculate throughout, and features a lovely little roof-top terrace area. Unfortunately, whoever designed the kitchen thought it was a great idea to hide the fact there is a step down by making the step exactly the same colour as the kitchen floor. There were 3 people in our party, aged 50, 53 and 78. All three of us fell on that step. The 78 year old lady hit her head, gashed her knee and elbow. We were extremely fortunate that her injuries were that superficial and did not require calling am ambulance. We had to line the area with magazines & put a chair in the doorway to act as a hazard warning. The place was so hot (in October) we had to throw open all the windows. The Wifi is really poor when you're on the third floor

The house itself is beautifully designed and incredibly spacious. Inside, the living room is cozy and perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing, and the flat-screen TV was a nice touch. The kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances which made cooking easy and enjoyable. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable to sleep in with the clean and fresh linen. The walk-in shower was a highlight, and the soundproofing and private entrance added an extra layer of privacy. The free WiFi was reliable throughout our stay, which was a huge plus. The host was incredibly accommodating and friendly and made sure we settled in right.
