The Flat is very pretty and it has everything you need.
The Host was very friendly and always helpful. 😊 It was Not very clean but okay. We had/found everything we needed to make it good for us.
It is in the 2nd floor and there is no elevator- that was no Problem for us Even we were with to small Kids and their grannys on that Journey.

- JSQ1 (8/5): Good Appartment. Wifi not working. - Apparment was great and easy access to Excel London We booked this as there was suppose to be working Wifi, but it only worked half of the time and even then was so slow that we needed use our own SIM cards that cost us quite a lot as we did not have local SIM cards. I the end we needed to go to Excel show to work earlier just to get our emails done.
- Chung (6/5): - it is close to the Excel Exhibition Centre. Two of the rooms are equipped with tables, which makes it easy to work. The shower drain was blocked, and the water drained very slowly throughout our stay. Unfortunately, this issue was not resolved during our four-night stay, which was quite disappointing.
We stayed as a group of three for four nights, but only two rolls of toilet paper were provided. We had to purchase additional supplies ourselves.
There were no paper towels provided in the kitchen

Mi dispiace Mi dispiace tanto dover scrivere una recensione negativa. Mi è stato addebitato la cauzione di circa 406 euro. Alla domanda del perché dopo due settimane non ho ricevuto la cauzione che ho depositato, la risposta del gestore è stata: ( Abbiamo dovuto trattenere la cauzione perché l'ospite non ha rispettato il regolamento del cekout, lasciando le chiavi all'interno dell'appartamento mettendo in difficoltà l' impresa di pulizia ad entrare.) Da premettere che io personalmente 3 appartamenti sul Lago di Garda e non esiste che la mia impresa di pulizia non possiede un mazzo di chiavi personale e pure io possiedo più di un mazzo in più perché può succedere qualsiasi cosa e io devo poter entrare senza problemi. E mai mi permetterei di trattenere una cauzione per un mazzo di chiavi lasciato all' interno dell' appartamento. Se durante il soggiorno dovesse esserci una perdita di acqua o altri problemi e l' ospite non è raggiungibile, non avendo un altro mazzo di chiavi non si può risolvere il problema? Posso capire se uno rompe la TV, l'arredamento, in queste situazioni do pienamente ragione, ma non per un mazzo di chiavi lasciato sul tavolo all' interno dell'appartamento perché abbiamo deciso all'ultimo momento di essere in aeroporto alle 5 del mattino e non sapevo dove lasciarle a quell'ora del mattino. A mio parere sono solamente strategie per incassare ulteriori soldi. Io la chiamo poca professionalità e organizzazione pessima.

The home was neat and the host was very responsive. My family of 7 enjoyed our stay and will sure repeat. I strongly recommend this apartment. Only one toilet

Excellent contact with owners. The furniture was old and tired and didn't do the apartment justice. Some new mugs would be nice.
- Grace (10/5): An exceptional stay right next the the ExCel center. - A very homely and cosy stay in an amazing location right around the corner from the excel center. Everything was clean and tidy for our arrival and was surprisingly more roomy than expected for the 7 of us. Can’t fault it.

- TINA (10/5): Lovely apartment for a sightseeing break. - Absolutely spotless. Larger than expected. Light and airy. Quiet neighbourhood. A slight problem with key collection but my call was answered immediately and dealt with quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend and return. Key collection from a nearby shop. Code sent was not recognised due to cleaner still in the flat and having not yet managed to return keys but we were told to meet her there and let in with no further problems.

The host said they did not realise this, but the signs in the road were not new and very clearly stated for permit parking only
A very stressful start to our holiday under the threat of a parking fine
Stairwell up to the apartment dirty, which is not a reflection on the apartment, but was not a good first impression
The area around the apartment block is very run down

- Nader (7/5): Good only for the price and location If need this part of the town - Location was great for our needs at this stage of the trip, and the availability of three bedrooms was convenient to us The host has a lot of requests regarding chicken and checkout plus we arrived. We did not find the key in the store. We had to wait for about one hour around 4 o’clock and do you into the apartment directly and the cleaner was still cleaning. He is a good boy doing his job. He gave us the keys, the area is very noisy all the time of the day and a lot of people keep their music or TV very loud even after middle of the night and early in the morning that was an almost all four nights we slept there is no elevator, and the stairs were not clean and the paper toilet was not enough for our period

Everything you would need is there, modern facilities and three great size bedrooms. Great instructions for arrival and owner checked in to see if everything was what we needed very much appreciated. Can’t fault the service. No faults to report on the property.

The free parking was a great plus as we had a conference in the area at London Excel. We would like to thank Ketty in particular who was a great help to us as she was directly available when we needed her for questions about the use of the apartment's equipment. Thank you Ketty for your availability. We will definitely be back. See you soon The shower is quite narrow and does not leave enough freedom of movement during the shower
