• Alexandra (6/5): Viel zu teuer für das, was geboten wurde. - Die Einrichtung sah modern aus, es gab einen Balkon, einzuchecken war einfach, das Bett war sehr bequem. Bei Problem (Kaffeemaschine) war jemand schriftlich ansprechbar. (Auch wenn sie letztendlich nicht funktioniert hat. Es wurde angeboten, dass jemand kommt, dazu hatten wir jedoch keine Zeit.) Die sehr schwer zu bedienende Kaffeemaschine (Caps fielen immer durch oder verkanteten sich). Die Sauberkeit (mehrere schwarze, lange Haare im Bad und auf dem Bett, Spiegel im Bad nicht sauber,…). Schiefer, lockerer, nachtropfender Wasserhahn in der Küche (daher nur Warmwasser), Silberfisch im Flur, Balkon nicht sauber (Boden u Aschenbecher), kein Spüli da (dafür Spülmaschine u Tabs), manchmal möchte man trotzdem etwas per Hand abspülen/abwischen. Dafür sehr hoher Preis (kein 5-Sterne-Erlebnis, wie angekündigt-eher 3).

• Franz (9/5): Gerne wieder! - Alles in allem ein sehr guter Aufenthalt; wir komme gerne wieder. Nur Winzigkeiten, die nicht der Rede wert sind.

• Delyana (6/5): - Добра локация, тих квартал. Когато пристигнахме (16часа) апартаментът не беше готов, въпреки, че имахме съобщение за настаняване от 15. Имаше дрехи, мръсни чаршафи и кърпи от предишен наемател. Не можехме да се свържем със собственика (изключен телефон) и се наложи букикнг асистентите да се намесят. Седяхме и чакахме до 19:30, за да решат пробрема и да се нанесем. В апартаментите има счупени и неработещи неща. Мръсни чаши и чинии.

• Jérémie (7/5): - Quartier calme rien a signaler , PRESQUE fidèle a ce que nous attendions l hôte bien que ne répondant pas extrêmement rapidement est quand même disponible et serviable , il nous manquer un étendoir dans 1 des logement et il nous l'a fait parvenir dés le lendemain . Nous avons eu 2 mauvaise surprise en arrivant . La première c'est que nous avons constater que le lave linge annoncer comme étant dans le logement sur l'annonce se trouve dans des parti commune et qui plus est est payante ! 3 euros la machine , j'ai beau avoir regarder une nouvelle foi l'annonce je ne vois cela annoncer nulle part . la 2eme c'est que nous avions réserver 2 studio et sur les photo un seul est montré sur le site qui montre la présente d'un congélateur avec le réfrigérateur sauf que 1 de nos logement n'avais pas de congélateur et nous en avions besoin rapport a la conservation de lait maternelle pour les bébé que nous avions avec nous pendant notre séjours, nous avons pu nous débrouiller car nous avions 2 studio mais si jamais cela devais arriver a d'autre personne cela pourrait être embêtant. Il manque un micros ondes pour que les équipement soit vraiment complets.
