- Ramiro German (9/5): - La atención del dueño y las comodidades del departamento. Los días que visite el lugar se encontraban haciendo refacciones, pese a ello me parece positivo porque estaban mejorando las instalaciones. No es que se trate de un lugar sucio pero hubo muestras de que se limpió por última vez hace un tiempito, pelusas y polvo en varios lugares de la casa. Por otra parte, el desagüe del baño al parecer se encontraba algo tapado.
