• Asmat (10/5): - Everything about this hotel was great — the location, the staff, and the overall stay. The hotel is in a very central location, which made everything convenient. The staff were really helpful. I asked for assistance, and two guys working the night shift helped me a lot. What touched me most was that they even refused to accept tips. I honestly felt guilty because they sincerely helped me without expecting anything in return. To the manager, please appreciate and reward staff like them well. I can’t remember their names, but the two night shift staff were truly kind, honest, and always ready to help. Thank you guys for helping me so much, and sorry if I troubled you during my stay. The hotel looks exactly like the pictures — everything was good and felt safe, so no need to worry. The breakfast is more towards local-style food, which was nice, and the rooftop view was amazing. Highly recommended. Not at all

• LAURA JIMENA (8/5): - New property with spacious rooms and high-quality comfort. The soundproofing is fantastic—you get the convenience of the city center without any of the noise. The staff were very helpful and made the stay even better. The property has a nice rooftop to relax at the end of the day The location can be a bit intimidating, especially for a night arrival, as it’s tucked away on a small street full of local shops. However, once you step through the small entrance, the atmosphere completely transforms for the better

• Noha (8/5): - Bonjour, J’ai passé un très bon séjour dans cette hôtel, les personnels sont très accueillant et très agréable que ce soit Sahar, Fifi, abanoub, le monsieur qui s’occupe de l’entretien des chambres, le cuisinier et le directeur. Une terrasse magnifique au neuvième étage, les chambres sont très propre. Encore un grand merci à Sahar.

• Constanza (7/5): Very good experience, just needs to be mor careful with the cleaning 🧼 - Optically the hotel is very nice and modern, the facilities work super well, we had a nice shower with hot water, aircon works great, lift works good too, all the service staff were amazing!! Big breakfast, delicious and fresh, quick service. Mattress were comfy, towels clean and it was not too noisy as we expected for being in main roads :) It was not clean as we expected, mirrors dirty, shower and floor. Unfortunately, I found hairs between the sheets. Some things need to be repaired.

• Akram (7/5): A value hotel close to the Cairo railway station - The room was quiet and modern and the check in was easy and quick. Breakfast was offered the next day. Two lifts were available to use. The location was across a road and a bridge from the Cairo Railway Station, which is why I needed a room close by. The wifi did not connect when I was there and the door handle to get in your room was in need of adjusting. The shower was good but with no curtain you easily got water wetting the floor.

• Ali (7/5): so so - location good but too much noise. I asked the reception to give me a backside room he said ok but ignored. Thats Egypt style . The rooms are good big. The Entrance is so dirty ! Why you not make a clean entrance and a nice name with lights there. The entrance must be cared. Some hours hot water was not available. The breakfast can be more fresh. Some items from yesterday you can feel it.

• Rupak Gohain (5/5): Good Hotel...Very well located...but some staff members need customer engagement training. - - Hotel gave me an early check-in on Day 1. Staff member Mr. Carlos and one more person managing the reception in the morning made me feel at home. - Hotel Staff members I met during my daily breakfast visits to the Restaurant were very courteous. - Also a big Thank you to the Manager Mr. Boris who got the housekeeping job finally every time I escalated to him. Day - 1 - House keeping was non responsive. Inspite of requesting for an extra towel and some drinking water, they did not bother to send it for a long time till I was forced to go to the reception and complain. Even after that there was a delay in sending the same. The reception person Mr Islam tells me with a rude attitude that "you need to inform the reception every morning that housekeeping needs to clean my room".... Day 2 - House keeping did not clean my room. At 5.30pm when I returned to the hotel, I was again forced to go to the reception to request them to send housekeeping to clean the room. Mr Islam behaved as if he is doing me a favour by telling me that he will send someone from housekeeping to clean the room. Also the height of lousy customer engagement was that he tells me that its better to inform the reception every morning to clean the room. It cant get more ridiculous than this. After waiting for quite sometime, I was again forced to go to the reception and meet the Hotel Manager Mr Boris who assured me that he will the cleaned. Waited for some more time and that's when I get get a call from the reception asking if someone from housekeeping visited to clean the room. I said No. After further waiting housekeeping finally turned up to clean the room at 6.20pm. Day 3 - All goes well on 3rd day. Housekeeping cleaned my room after I informed the reception to clean my room. Day 4- Informed the reception to get housekeeping to clean my room. Same story....I return in the evening and find my room is again not cleaned by housekeeping. I inform the receptionist Mr Islam and he tells me with attitude that "the housekeeping staff was busy since they had to clean up 100 rooms during the day".....hence my room was not cleaned. I again had to escalate to the manager Mr Boris. Day 5 - Today housekeeping cleaned my room. However when I entered my room in the evening, there was no towel and drinking water in my room.

• Amr (8/5): I highly recommend this hotel for solo travelers and families - One of the best hotels in Cairo, you feel like home here with amazing staff, Ahmed and Sahar were the best at the reception, with very good room rates, breakfast was amazing and tasty. I strongly recommend this hotel for families and solo travelers. The shower should be closed so that the water won't splash all over the bathroom, but overall the hotel is amazing.

• Erin2132 (7/5): It was OK - The staff is lovely and really helpful with suggestions and direction, the room was big enough, comfortable and clean. The terrace is lovely, you can have meals and shisha, truly a quiet place to unwind in the heart of Cairo. We stayed there for a few days and the hotel reception was being refurbished. It was messy, noisy and extremely dusty. The couches at reception were covered in dust, the marble in the hall was extremely slippery, i had to wait at reception for a taxi and my clothes got dirty. I do understand that it's unrealistic to close an entire hotel for minor refurbishments however i do believe that guests should be informed prior to booking.

• Marion (10/5): Recomendable, considerando precio y calidad. - El desayuno fue bueno, con variedad, pero no mantenía agua, y muy fruta, pero en términos generales bien, considerando precio y calidad. El restaurant y el bar perfecto, la comida rica y además barata, con buena vista en el Cairo. El personal muy amable y con buena disposición, llegué varias horas antes del check-in y me entregaron la habitación. La ubicación céntrica. La habitación grande, y las camas muy confortables. El WiFi, solo funcionó en la habitación, no en otros espacios del hotel.
