silvia (10/5): una vacanza relax in un posto incantevole - posto incantevole con piscina, giardino curato pieno di fiori e farfalle, mare bellissimo a pochi metri. appartamento molto grazioso con un bel terrazzo. sono rimasta molto soddisfatta dell'esperienza. inoltre Lucia è una donna molto cortese e ci ha dato un sacco di dritte per il posto, davvero un host eccezionale. Per chi non ama gli animali ci sono molti gatti che provano ad entrare in casa ed essendoci molta natura intorno ci sono le formiche ma appena abbiamo riferito alla proprietà della situazione ci ha fornito lo spray apposito.

Tudo o necessário para poder cozinhar caso necessitem, não foi o nosso caso O apartamento já precisava de alguma manutenção, algumas zonas paredes a descascar, alguns bichinhos no chão do quarto talvez das madeiras...

Laura (7/5): Appartement pratique et bien placé pour profiter du cœur de Santa Maria et de ses plages - Super emplacement avec location de scooter et restauration très proches. À deux pas de tout le centre ville et des places de Santa Maria. Personnel serviable et arrangeant. Décoration froide et dénué de charme.
Filoutebidule (9/5): - La vue incroyable depuis le balcon. l'emplacement loin des resorts et près du centre mais avec le calme La plage magnifique au pied de la résidence La piscine avec le coin sable donnant sur la plage L'appart est tres bien et fonctionnel, wifi ok Lucia la gérante sur place, disponible et réactive Le PC secu qui fait bagagerie et peuvent appeler des taxis, les arrivées dans la nuit possible. Le resto au pied de la résidence, le bistro s point sal : une pépite, ne passez pas à côté. Cet appartement a grandement participé à notre vécu très positif du séjour : no stress ! Le seul bémol sur cette résa, fût le responsable de la resa... Les échanges en amont avec lui, pas de souci. On lui donne nos infos vols pour la navette et il a nos dates de résa via booking Arrivée sur sal à 23h15 : pas de navette à l'aéroport (on a pris un taxi pour 20€), pas de lucia non plus à la résidence... Heureusement l'hotel proche nous a aidé pour contacter lucia qui est venue de suite (merci ! Penser à bien récupérer son contact, il y à le Wi-Fi gratuit à l'aéroport)... Elle n'avait pas reçu les bonnes dates de résa ni les infos vols... Et aucune excuse ni un mot de la part du responsable de la resa...

Consiglio anche di migliorare la comunicazione sui pagamenti, in quanto non vengono direttamente scalati su carta ma devono essere corrisposti tramite bonifico o contante all’arrivo, specificando anche che il costo indicato dal prezzo di Booking non corrisponde al costo effettivo.

Tanja (4/5): - L’emplacement et l’extérieur avec la piscine et la plage. L’appartement est sombre et sale. En particulier les ustensiles de cuisine (moka, poêles etc…) sans parler du canapé lit dans la cuisine et du balcon plein de fientes de pigeons. Les draps et les linges ne sont pas changés (9 nuits) sauf si un supplément de 5 euros par personne est donné. Le papier toilettes n’est pas renouveler et tous les meubles sont vieux, sentent mauvais et ferment mal. Le wifi est payant après 10GB gratuit et Lucia est peu aimable. A 11h58 plutôt que de nous demander comment le séjour s’était passé, elle nous a dit qu’on avait 2 minutes pour quitter l’appartement. Tout est vraiment sale de sale. Dommage car il suffisait de peu pour améliorer les choses.

Laura (10/5): Relax e confort un una cornice da sogno - Abbiamo trascorso 5 giorni meravigliosi presso Sal & Love, all’insegna del comfort e del relax. L’appartamento, situato all’interno del bellissimo residence Porto Antico II, è dotato di tutti i servizi, necessari per vivere una vacanza davvero indimenticabile: piscina privata, spiaggetta riservata, reception attiva 24 ore su 24, oltre a un ambiente sempre ordinato, pulito e sicuro. La posizione è perfetta: la via pedonale del quartiere di Santa Maria si raggiunge in appena un minuto a piedi, e nelle immediate vicinanze si trovano ristoranti, bar, farmacia, pasticceria e tanti negozi di souvenir. Un contesto ideale per chi desidera rigenerarsi senza rinunciare a comodità e servizi. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Lucia, coordinatrice Italiana degli appartamenti, sempre gentile, disponibile e preziosa nei consigli, soprattutto per quanto riguarda ristoranti e luoghi dove mangiare. L’appartamento si presenta impeccabile, pulito e ben organizzato. Sono disponibili asciugamani per la toilette, teli da spiaggia per i lettini, bollitore, asciugacapelli e stoviglie varie. NEIL (9/5): Great location, great host. - Host Mrs Lucia was very helpful with luggage storage and arranging taxis. She agreed a time to collect the keys and stuck to it. There were not many sun loungers around the pool and the ones that were not occupied were 'reserved' with the usual all-day towels.
Aleksandra (10/5): - Apartament położony jest w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji — blisko centrum miasta oraz plaży, co stanowi duży atut dla osób ceniących wygodny dostęp do atrakcji. Na terenie obiektu znajduje się blisko basen i plaża , a całość jest monitorowana i stale chroniona, co daje poczucie bezpieczeństwa. Lokalizacja apartamentu na końcu kompleksu sprawia, że panuje tam cisza i spokój, co sprzyja wypoczynkowi. Sam apartament jest w porządku i spełnia swoje funkcje, jednak wymaga lekkiego odświeżenia, szczególnie w łazience — prysznic mógłby zostać poddany remontowi. Ogólnie pobyt oceniam na plus — dobre miejsce na spokojny wypoczynek w korzystnej lokalizacji.

Mario (7/5): Buona struttura ma senza pretese 🐜🐜 - Note positive: l’appartamento si trova in un resort che ha una spiaggia privata e una piscina privata ed è sorvegliato sempre dalla security. È molto vicino al centro e ai principali ristoranti e bar. Note negative e dolenti: nella stanza, soprattutto nel bagno, nel lavandino e sul tavolo, c’erano sempre piccole formiche. Avevamo richiesto un letto matrimoniale ma ci hanno dato due letti singoli uniti che si staccavano formando un buco al centro. Nel giardino del resort c’erano moltissimi gatti e nella spiaggia privata c’erano spesso gruppi di bambini capoverdiani che pescavano lanciando ami dove noi facevamo il bagno. Questi stessi bambini spesso infastidivano TUTTA le persone in spiaggia, chiedendo soldi e cibo (a Sal ci sono dei manifesti che vietano espressamente di dare soldi e cibo ai bambini).. la security non interveniva per mandare via questi bambini. Le lenzuola erano bucate.
Pegaso71 (10/5): - Ottima posizione in un contesto bellissimo e curato. Vicino alla via pedonale con minimarket, ristoranti e ad una panetteria/pasticceria eccezionale (Pão Quente). Dal terrazzo vista spettacolare sull'oceano. Lucia gentilissima. Più che altro due consigli. Una tendina sulla finestra del bagno e cambiare la pentola anti-aderente.

Elise (10/5): - L’emplacement est parfait avec une vue incroyable sur la piscine et la mer. Le personnel est très accueillant, souriant et se rend disponible au besoin. Le lit était un peu dure selon nos goûts.
Rob (10/5): verblijf van eind januari tot begin maart. Lekker een stukje winter overgeslagen. - De onverminderde inspanning van de host. Groot gedeelte van het contact via whatsApp met van de kant van de hostes "Lucia" een zeer korte reactie tijd. Wat o zo belangrijk is dat er, als je een probleem is het ook echt wordt opgelost. Voorbeeldje is dat mijn dochter en kleindochter een weekje langs kwamen. Ik gaf het vluchtnummer door en zij regelt het vervoer en ik kreeg een appje dat zij over 10 minuten bij ons voor de deur standen, en dat al voor een gangbare vervoersprijs (€20,= vluchthaven-Santa Maria). Bijkomende kosten voor het appartement zoals beddegoed en handdoeken werd niet berekend. Ik hoefde slechts de toeristenbelasting te voldoen. De eerste 2 weken van de 6 was het weer wat matig....... maar ik denk niet dat Lucia per whatsApp daar iets aan had kunnen veranderen.

Sunbeds get taken and left empty all day.Please guests respect others ,beds are there for everyone ! A toaster and microwave would have been helpful but not the end of the world . Had to ask for clean towels (didn’t get clean sheets )even though was told get changed after 7 days .

Hugo (9/5): Excelente localização. - Tudo impecável. Localização, instalações, colaboradores. O facto de alugarmos dois apartamentos na mesma reserva e um ser no Porto Antigo 2 e outro no Porto Antigo 3. Grupo de 8 pessoas tinha que usar obrigatoriamente duas piscinas diferentes.

Nadia (10/5): Sal&Love - sem stress ! - Perfeita localização! Adorei a Lúcia! Muito amável, acolhedora ! O apartamento é muito lindo, inserido no Porto Antigo a 2 minutos da praia! Tem acesso à piscina que é maravilhosa também! Todos os dias fomos para a praça principal e estávamos a 5minutos a pé ! Todos os dias éramos surpreendidas pelos gatinhos no nosso quintal. Nada apontar !

Fábio (10/5): Fantástico! Será uma próxima opção no futuro - Localização incrível do alojamento e simpatia da Lucy, a anfitriã que nos recebeu. Ela foi muito simpática e disponível para tudo o que precisámos. O apartamento tem segurança 24h. Estava tudo óptimo.
Kristof (7/5): - Vízparti, központi elhelyezkedés, gyönyörű környezet, privát strandok. Fél évvel előre foglaltam 7 főre, két apartmant és sikerült a 2 legtávolabbi helyre tenniük. Ez nem is lett volna akkora probléma, de a 2 egységhez külön medence és part tartozik, amit megtiltották, hogy együtt használjunk, így egyéb strandon tudtunk csak együtt lenni, ahol fizetős volt. Szerintük ezt előre kellett volna jelezni, hogy ne rakjanak külön minket.Ha ez nem lett volna elég, kérés nélkül küldtek transzfert, pedig volt foglalva. A tudtomon kívül ennek a díját(30eurot) a másik apartmanban sajnálkozva a hölgy elkérte.

Iris (9/5): sehr zentral gelegen, Strand, Pool und Fußgängerzone in der Nähe - Es handelt sich um eine Apartmentanlage mit Security. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Strand- und Poolzugang befindet sich direkt in der Anlage. Wenige Schritte und man befindet sich in der Fußgängerzone mit Bars, Restaurants und Shops. Für einen Badeurlaub ist die Anlage perfekt. Das gemietete Apartment ist in die Jahre gekommen. Das Bad ist renovierungsbedürftig. Für 4 Nächte war es o.k.

Giulia (10/5): - Tutto. Camera pulita accogliente spaziosa ad un metro dal mare. Location estremamente curata con piscina pulitissima circondata da alberi di begonie e piante colorate. Bellissimo. Inoltre posizione perfetta per girare a Santa Maria. Lucia gentilissima e cortese. Niente.

Ferran Puig (9/5): Muy buena situación y complejo muy bonito - Apartamento comodo con vistas al mar. Muy bien situado y con mucha vigilancia. La nevera es grande que era duda que tenía por fotos y descripción. Un horno pequeño que nos fue muy bien para gratinar o tostar , Lucía respondió bien a nuestras solicitudes , las instalaciones del complejo son muy bonitas. Parece un pueblo dentro de Santa maria, la piscina está muy bien pero parece que le han hecho un arreglo superficial cubriendo con lona plastico En 18 dias , no hubo ninguna limpieza a pesar de cobrar 99 euros en este concepto. Un solo cambio de sábanas y toallas en estos dias y tampoco es que estuviesen muy limpias, es algo a mejorar

Radosław (10/5): A Dream Stay at Sal&Love apt in Porto Antigo - I had an absolutely incredible stay at Sal&Love Porto Antigo! From start to finish, everything was perfect. The highlight of the experience was definitely the room with the ocean view. Waking up to the sound of the waves and having that breathtaking scenery right outside my window was pure magic. The room itself was clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The location is unbeatable—super central and convenient, making it so easy to explore the area while still feeling like a private paradise. If you are looking for a place that combines a great vibe with the best views in town, this is it! I can’t recommend Sal&Love enough. I’m already dreaming about coming back!

Brilliant location, great facilities, lovely private beach and pool. The beach bar is excellent! So many great restaurants nearby. Lucia was so helpful from the time we booked the apartment till we left. We would highly recommend staying here!

Laura (10/5): Ottima scelta a Santa Maria - Buona soluzione per alloggiare nel paese di Santa Maria, con i servizi di un resort. Bella la zona piscina e molto caratteristica la piccola e riparata spiaggia. La signora italiana che gestisce le prenotazione è gentile ed efficiente, ed è disponibile anche durante il soggiorno per eventuali necessità. Abbiamo molto apprezzato la premura di far trovare in frigo qualche bibita fresca.
