• Teresa (9/5): Highly recommend. - Excellent location - few minutes walk to the Coliseum, responsive host, daily clean ups, high ceilings, AC, huge bathroom. Loved the breakfast and the extra bottles of water that were provided daily. Lots of cafes, grocery shops and restaurants nearby. Construction noise in main lobby during business hours. We were out most of the day so wasn't a big issue.

• Noelia (10/5): - La habitación muy espaciosa y limpia, hemos estado muy cómodos. Aldo y Jason han sido muy amables facilitándonos la llegada. Se encuentra muy cerca del Coliseo y es fácil encontrarlo. Cerca de transportes y restaurantes, nosotros fuimos a la taberna del Migliori, donde la carbonara estaba increíble! Todo perfecto durante nuestra estancia. Gracias!
• Christiana (9/5): Very cute room that is also clean and has a very big bathroom with a really nice shower. - The room is really cute and the bathroom is big/ very nice shower. It’s small but has everything you need and is clean. We were out and about all day so we just needed something comfortable and reasonably priced/ didn’t need to be big. It was perfect and nice that it was so aesthetically pleasing as well. The staff are very friendly. I appreciated having a mini fridge and wine opener in our room. They collect the tourist tax in cash which was a little hard for us because we needed cash for other things. Would be nice to have an online system. But they were flexible as to when we paid it so that was nice.

• Bruna (10/5): Amazing! I loved every minute of it, and can't recommend it enough! Worth the money. - Honstly, this might be one of the best place I ever stayed. I went with my father, as his birthday trip and it was our first time in Rome. The location is GREAT. Very close to the metro and there's a bus stop right across the street. There's a Carrefour right by it, and an amazing restaurant, with great prices and amazing food (Trattoria Luzzi) very close to it. We did everything either by walking, bus and from airport to the B&B, we took the Leonardo from Termini and then 2 stations to get to the Colosseo. The space was very clean, Jason was so kind and sweet. I had a little trouble with my bag strap that kinda ripped and he helped me find a way to fix it. I felt very safe inside the building and also around the area, walking at night back from touring all day, or going out for dinner. The room was BIG, enough space for bags and there was a mini fridge and a tea kettler. Honestly can't recomend it enough! I miss it already, and can't wait to be back! Nothing. Everything is great!

• Armando (5/5): Cuarto espacioso pero no es un hotel - Cuarto espacioso, limpio e incluye agua, café y tés. La gente que te atiende muy amable. El dueño se la pasaba mandándome mensajes que cuál era mi hora de llegada yo no entendía su insistencia hasta que descubrí cuando llegué que en si no existe recepción, simplemente llegan a la hora que arribas para darte las llaves y cobrarte los impuestos, los cuales no puedes pagar con tarjeta de crédito, siendo que si eres un hotel o b&b tus clientes lo más seguro son extranjeros y lo más sencillo para ellos es pagar por medio de tarjeta no efectivo. Si necesitas cualquier cosa tienes que considerar que como mencioné no hay recepción y al menos esperas 10 minutos a que lleguen para que te puedan ayudar.

• János (10/5): The best, I have ever been. - Everything was perfect. Aldo and James were extremely kind and flexible. The locations is amazing. The size of the room is big enough and it was cleaned every day. They also called us taxi and stored our luggage after checkout. We will definitely come back soon. -

There is a lovely neighbourhood across the road with good restaurants, bars and breakfast spots. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room were great to have. It was all good.

På taget kunne der blive en fin terrasse, hvis man stillede nogle stole/borde og parasoller/solsejl. Udsigten derfra var fantastisk.

• Simeone (9/5): Un ottimo punto d’appoggio per visitare Roma, con un’accoglienza calda. Torneremo sicuramente - L’esperienza è stata davvero piacevole. La stanza, seppur piccola, è arredata con gusto e cura nei dettagli. È dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno comodo e rilassante. Il bagno super moderno e molto grande, pulito. La posizione è davvero imbattibile: a pochi passi dal Colosseo, permette di vivere Roma da una prospettiva privilegiata, con i principali siti storici facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. I gestori sempre disponibili, cordiali e molto attenti alle esigenze degli ospiti. La stanza si affaccia su un cortile interno ed è quindi un po’ buia, ma resta comunque accogliente e silenziosa.
• Micaela (7/5): - It was a lovely room. My only complaint is there was no where to relax in the building outside of the room. You could stand up on the rooftop but would be nice to have a seating area for customers to relax in the sun after a long day sightseeing.

• Sibylle (9/5): Ein gemütliches, zentrales B&B für Ruhesuchende. - Wir haben die Ruhe genossen und die Nähe zum Kollosseum. Das Frühstück wird im Zimmer reserviert und war sehr reichhaltig. Wir konnten unsere Wünsche anbringen und die wurden gleich umgesetzt. Das Zimmer war gross und hell eingerichtet und es war sauber. Die Betten sind bequem. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Badezimmer ist gross, aber Hacken zum Aufhängen der nassen Badetücher hat gefehlt.

Large bed which is very comfortable, rooms located on the second floor with large lift available to bring your bags up. The bathroom is also very large and has a great shower. Sound proofing of the room is great, very quiet at night, so I slept with ease. The host is very easy to contact and replies quickly on whatsapp. Walking distance to all major tourist sites in the city, but also a tram to trastevere stops right outside the door, and the metro outside the colleseum is only a short walk away which can get you to Vatican City.

• Elise (8/5): Make sure to ask about city tax and late/early check in when evaluating the price. - Spacious rooms, 10 minute walk to the colosseum, plenty of restaurants in the area, comfortable bed The city tax is not included in the credit charge, so we had to pull out 104 euros in cash. We also had to pay 20 euros for a late check in that we were not told about when making our reservation.. It is less of a hotel/b and b and more of an Airbnb/short term rental. You need 3 keys to enter the property from the street and get to your room. The neighborhood is a little rougher than central Rome, with the ground level entry covered in graffiti, but well lit. Other locations will be more convenient for those needing late/early check ins or those who would appreciate a front desk/concierge services.

The biggest issue was rooms were not soundproof and can hear the other guests come and go. There are only two rooms so it’s not a lot of traffic.

• Natasha (9/5): Excellent big apartment in a city center. - Everything was excellent. It's a pleasant, clean, and cozy location close to the city center and the Colosseum. We had a great time sleeping there. I would make one improvement, if I may. Since the Fohn blows too hot air, no regulation possible, it is particularly harmful to blond hair. Please replace it. These days, you can easily purchase more appropriate devices at decent cost. All other services were very good!

Bigger bathroom ( generally we have seen very tiny at our stays) There was no microwave in the apartment. There was constant construction disturbance from the adjoining apartment during our stay.

It was very calm in the nights (except for the one night when there was a concert in the flat above us). It was overall a bit further from all the main attractions than I imagined. There was absolutely no view from the windows and almost no natural light in the room. I think this specific room should cost less than the others.

Aldo and his staff member (I’m so sorry I forgot his name, but he was exceptional!) were very lovely, professional and accomodating. The room and bathroom were quite big and spacious, bed was extremely comfortable and was kept very clean with regular housekeeping every day. Just a quick shout out to the onsite staff member (again, I’m so sorry I forgot your name), you were excellent and very professional. We really appreciated your help and advice on where to go etc and extra thank you for also organising our departure taxi. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend. Nothing. We will 100% be coming back to stay

• Efrain (10/5): Excellent location, excellent services & excellent accomodations. - I was a little nervous about the fact that we were very close to the Colosseo, thinking that the closer you are to the main attractions, the less quality you get. However, to my surprise, the room was great and clean, and the bathroom was very roomy. The services from the beginning, even before we arrived, were excellent. Our contact person was Aldo. He reached out to us a few days before our arrival & helped us with clear directions & Jason, our contact person, when we arrived, was by far friendly, attentive to our needs, and very kind, which helped us feel good about being there. Thank you so much, Aldo & Jason. You made our stay very comfortable. Special thanks to Jason. Great representation of B&B La Finestra Sul. The Nava's I can't think of anything. We were pleased.

It was a lovely walk from the hotel to the center, also easily accessible by bus and metro. We will definitely stay here again. We loved everything about our stay!

Room was spacious and comfortable, good hot shower. Lots of resteraunts in walking distance as was ancient Rome. Bit of a mission unlocking doors, going up the lift, more locks and corridor before you get to the room. Its fine once you get used to it tho.
• Krzysztof (10/5): We had everything we needed and more. We felt home and enjoyed excellent location. It wasn't cheap, but such are tim - Style, decor, attention to detail (also in practical sense: travel books, maps, umbrella to borrow, tea kettle, and more). Gorgeous high ceilings, spacious bedroom and bathroom, white fresh furniture, big comfy bed - that's all high standard. We felt good there. No shortcuts, only good care. We have no complaints, only appreciation.

Jason who did the meet and greet and cleaned the property was excellent The B&B is based in a residential block where some properties are privately owned. The communal areas are quite dark and in need of redecorating, including the courtyard which could do with some plants and seating.

• Julia (7/5): Most gorgeous stay, but loud. - I loved the area, and the layout of the room, the furniture and everything was nice and clean, and it had a cute vibe, + it was at the perfect location SO close to the Colosseum The noise. It was insane. The first day, which was a Monday, there was some party above us that lasted until 4 am, and not just casual music and people laughing, it was yelling and jumping and everything, we couldn't sleep at all. We contacted the host, who said they try to reach out to the people above us, but they can't do anything because it's not their property, which is understandable, and the next day they spoke directly to the residents above us. Even though there was no more party, they were still very loud every night, and we could hear every step. It's a shame, because otherwise it's a perfect accommodation, but not being able to sleep really gave us a hard time.

Jason, our host was there to greet us and to answer any questions we had. He was very pleasant, friendly and well mannered and answered all our queries, very helpful.
